We ordered a lb of brisket, 1/2 rack pork ribs, Mac n cheese, buford stew, baked beans, and banana pudding. Pork ribs were def the winner. They were fall off the bone and seasoned very well. Didn't even need sauce. Brisket did not seem fresh honestly. I can tell by the color alone. Also not a fan of how it was sliced. I'd rather a couple good whole slices than random half slices. Wasn't a big fan of the sides. Buford stew (their version of Brunswick) was definitely hearty full of protein. Beans were undercooked. Mac and cheese was rich and creamy but grainy. This place is an absolute must try! We have been missing a BBQ spot in the area until I tried this place and this is definitely the place you want to go!! They are still getting their feet wet with building the business, seating is limited (for now take out would prob be easier but they do have some seating-I'm sure once they build a big customers base this will change. And with the quality of their BBQ they will easily build a good business guaranteed!) I can easily say they are up there with Fox Bros! Truly, truly delicious. But the star for me is the Mac and cheese. It is hands down the best GF mac out there. The pulled pork was delicious, but I might try a leaner meat next time. The slaw was beautiful - crispy and fresh, not soaked and limp like so many other places. And it had little pieces of fruit (peach? I should have asked before I left) which added nice flavor and sweetness. I mentioned to the owners that I drove an hour to go here and they were so incredibly kind and generous to me.
