I had been communicating with a salesperson here for almost two weeks and told them in advance that I would arrive between 2-3 PM. I arrived around 2:30 PM, but we still ended up waiting nearly another hour because our salesperson was busy with another client. I completely understand that dealerships get busy, so I asked if someone else could assist us in the meantime. Eventually, another salesperson helped us look at the GLC Coupe we were interested in. We were serious buyers and ready to make a deal that day. The biggest problem started when we discussed financing and leasing. I have an approximately 850 credit score, excellent credit history, and a long history with Mercedes-Benz, including multiple vehicles that have been successfully paid off. Despite that, the financing numbers being presented to us were extremely disappointing, including rates that went as high as around 10% - 8%during the discussion. Even the lower financing options we discussed were nowhere near what I expected with my credit profile. What disappointed me even more was the attitude during the negotiation. Instead of trying to find a reasonable solution and earn our business, I felt like we were being pushed away from making a deal. When the manager became involved, the customer service did not improve. In my opinion, the management team could benefit from additional customer-service training, especially when dealing with serious returning luxury-car customers. The unfortunate part is that we were considering purchasing multiple vehicles. After leaving this dealership, we literally crossed the street to BMW. The difference in experience was night and day. They treated us professionally, worked with us on the numbers, offered a much more competitive deal, and we purchased a vehicle for around $60,000 that same day. Mercedes didn't lose our business because we couldn't afford the car. They lost our business because they didn't give us a reason to do business with them. I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1 because I believe every business deserves an opportunity to improve. I also have documentation and photos from the experience, but I'm choosing not to share them publicly at this time. I genuinely hope management takes feedback like this seriously and focuses on improving both the customer experience and the way financing options are presented to highly qualified buyers.

I brought my vehicle in at 11:00 AM for an oil change, tire rotation, and basic service. I was told it would take approximately two hours. At 1:10 PM, I asked for an update because I needed to leave by 2:00 PM to pick up my child from school. What happened next was extremely frustrating. I was made to feel like I was inconveniencing them by simply asking where my vehicle was. Raymond, the technician I was dealing with, wasn't even in his office. I then had to wait for Jack to get off the phone so he could help me. Jack walked through the garage twice looking for my vehicle and couldn't find it. He eventually went looking for the mechanics and lead technician, only to find out they were at lunch. At this point, all I cared about was getting my vehicle back so I could pick up my child. Jack eventually found the vehicle and brought it around for me. Then came the part that absolutely infuriated me: after waiting more than two hours, I was told that THEY HADN'T EVEN STARTED SERVICING MY VEHICLE. I had given up two hours of my day off for what should have been a simple, routine service. This wasn't some complicated repair. This was an oil change, tire rotation, and basic maintenance. And it gets worse. I also needed the lug-nut key replaced because the last time I brought my vehicle to Frontier Toyota, the key was not returned to me after service. Now I'm driving around with a missing lug nut, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about how my vehicle was handled during my previous visit. This experience was beyond disappointing. Acting like you care about your customers and actually showing that you care are two completely different things. Today, Frontier Toyota showed me that my time and my business were not a priority. I expect management to take responsibility for this situation and make it right. Given the inconvenience, the wasted time, the previous issue with my lug-nut key, and the fact that my vehicle wasn't even touched after waiting over two hours, I believe the appropriate resolution is a brand-new five-year warranty covering the basic services on my vehicle. I have given Frontier Toyota my business, and I expect better. I am extremely disappointed, and I will absolutely be reconsidering where I take my vehicle for service in the future.

Followed the typical buying conversations (Down payment, interest rates, finance, etc). Worked with Mario in Finance for the final stages of the purchase. In general the experience was solid, yet still pushy in some instances but that's expected in any dealer car purchase. The only feedback I could think of was focused on minimizing the time spent in the physical dealership. Especially after already deciding on the purchase and driving from 50+ miles away. Total time spent onsite was roughly 2.5 hours, which i thought was on the excessive side. I understand they want to be in front of potential buyers, but in an increasingly online world folks will want that flexibility.

Instead of receiving support, I was shocked by the final bill, which included unexpected charges for things like "exterior misalignment," late fees, and other costs that made no sense. The car I returned had zero damage. The bumper was perfect, there had been no accidents, there were no scratches, and the tires were in normal condition. They added damage charges just to bill me. I always made my lease payments on time, often before the due date, and fulfilled my obligations before my lease ended. This was an extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. I will never lease or purchase another vehicle from them again.
