This place was kind of tough to find. The entrance is all the way behind the building and office entrance. I get there and got help right away. I filled up my form and we checked out my damage and went over the dents and scratches on my car that are already there. Then he got enterprise to pick me up and it was easy. Unfortunately I didn't get his name. This place only services insurance companies. They have a huge garage not cluttered like most shops. It's about 2 weeks for my car repair that's standard depending on your car model and type.I will definitely consider this place and recommend it to people read more

1. they will tell you that they are on your side but in reality, they are on insurance side to make more money 2. they will advise you to fix other visual damage with your car even though it has no relation and tell you it's related again to make more money. 3. the receipt says 6 months warranty. Issue keeps on coming back but they don't want to fix it anymore and passing their obligation to the dealership, really? 4. I don't see any reason to pay someone doesn't resolve the issue, wish I can get my money back. read more

These guys were super pro and did an amazing job with my car. The car was in great condition and I got swiped causing severe damage to the back of my car. These took the car and communicated daily with me regarding the status of my cars repairs and parts en route. The car looks like new and it's hard to even see the part that was fixed. Vandals broke into my car and trash that whole side. Western was the closest and this is a good neighborhood. There was a dispute with the insurance company so before they got started, 3 weeks went by. The work itself only took 11 days. When the car was finished, the bodywork and paint were perfect. I felt great getting my car back over a month later. Driving away into the sun I noticed my newly tinted window was scratched. Cloe a Western Collision took care of that by paying for a re-tint on that window. Got me wondering, so then I checked my mileage, to my dismay, 250 miles had been put on. I am beyond irritated with the service in this center. For starters, one of the women that works in the office was blatantly disrespectful and constantly tried to dismiss me while also downplaying my concerns with my vehicle. Also, they took a disrespectful amount of time to fix a simple issue in my car. They never gave any updates and when I called to get said updates they would once again either not answer at all, or answer with a vexed tone that made it seem like it was somehow my fault that they haven't finished my vehicle. Much to my chagrin, I swiped a pillar in a parking garage with my 2011 Infiniti. I brought my car to three different shops for a quote, and ultimately settled on Western Collision Center in Granada Hills. My reason for choosing this shop was the friendliness of its staff; the cleanliness of all areas of the workshop; the fact that the shop was certified for Infiniti repairs (plus other premium brands like Mercedes-Benz, Porsche, etc.); the very modern and up-to-date equipment on hand (including the paint bays and aluminum tools); and the free full detailing they give the car after repairs are finished. Also, the other shops I consulted wanted to replace my quarter panel (very invasive and just plain lazy), whereas Western Collision said had high-grade tools specifically for working on the newer aluminum alloys in high-end cars and wouldn't need to replace anything. One of my concerns was that my vehicle has a newer paint called Malbec Black that contains reflective metal dust and has a special sheen to it. It was only just introduced in 2010, and I worried that no auto shop would be able to match it. Well, I'm happy to report that Western Collision matched it to perfection! The repair is seamless - I've shown my car to several people, and they cannot believe there was ever damage to this car. The paint, metalwork, and detailing are flawless. The repair took 24 calendar days, although probably 5-10 of those days were simply insurance company delays while Travelers whined and moaned about having to pay more than they would have if I'd taken my car to a production shop (where they would have chopped off my quarter panel and affixed a new one with an ugly seam, but in only ten days). Forget the fact that I've been paying in premiums for years and years without any liability until this accident! The office manager, Shant, held his own and eventually managed to work out an agreement after speaking with a higher-level adjuster at Travelers. What's really funny is that the amount of money Travelers was complaining about (and saved) wound up being nearly the extra it paid on my 24-day lease from Enterprise due to the delays. Talk about cutting off your nose to spite your face :) I highly recommend Western Collision Center if you want your vehicle repaired correctly. Shant isn't going to cut corners and just do a patch job, and anything that can be repaired with detailed labor isn't going to be unnecessarily sawed off your car just to save time and some hassle with your insurance company. On top of this shop's vehicle repair expertise, the staff is friendly, knowledgeable, and always looking out for your best interest. The office lobby is clear, modern, and stocked with some snacks and drinks. There are even chargers plugged into the outlets in case your mobile device's battery needs a boost. In summary, I brought in my busted vehicle for repairs and drove off with a brand new-looking car with no signs of the damage remaining. Paint matched perfectly, as did the shape of all the curves and corners. Staff made me feel like their most-important customer, and went the extra mile for me in all areas. Update: 09/12/2018 Well I came to find out the parts that my truck needed were really back order. So I raise from 1 start to 3 stars. The reason I do not give them 4 is because of the lack of communication from their office. One piece of advise if the personal can not handle the work load and make your business successful. You need to hire another person so the business structure is good. A good foundation will make your business successful. For things a business needs to succeed. 1- money a financial advisor 2- sales a good team that will make the business tribe 3- systems. A good system to fallow up with customers. Accounting payroll etc 4- customers Good luck with your business and hope this help you guys grow. My experience with this body shop has been nothing but a headache. I took my truck as Progressive recommended them. One piece of advise for this business: if you do not work on a X type of vehicle why would you take it in? You wasted over two months of my time giving me excuses that they keep sending you the wrong parts. The first time i believed you, second time i gave you the benefit of the doubt but the third time i know you lying to my face. I own a business and if i did that to any of my clients i would be out of business in a heart beat. When i told you if you are going to waste my time lying to me, i rather pick up my truck. I was hopping a response like let me see if we can over night the parts to make you happy or assure me that you care. NO!!!! your answer was come get it we will bill for what we have done. This receptionist can care less and if i was the owner i will have a talk to her about customer satisfaction and service. I had a very odd experience with Western Collision Center. I was referred to them by CSAA insurance as a guaranteed auto body provider. So I had my car towed there to get an estimate to see if it was worth getting repaired. I of course expect to get an estimate first then make a decision. Two days later I get this very odd text message: "Hello (wrong name, not me), This is Cleo from Western Collision. I'm going to start writing the estimate on your vehicle. Please reply yes so that I may start the estimate and repair your vehicle." Wait. Shouldn't I get an estimate first then you may start the repair? Shouldn't the insurance company be notified of the cost before starting the repair? Why wouldn't you take the time to call me instead of texting me? This isn't a dental appointment. As much as I love leasing from BMW because of their excellent and cost-free service, they reallllly get you at the end for any bumps, dents, scratches, damage, etc... I learned that lesson at least 3 times when I got hit with huge fees at the end of my lease. That being said, when it came time for me to return my 2008 BMW 528, a couple months ago, I knew I needed to repair the significant damage to my car before turning it in. I had multiple dents and scratches, and had gotten into a fender bender just weeks prior to my lease expiration. My dad, recently had his Mercedez S500 repaired at WCC, and couldnt stop raving about the place. He highly recommnded for me to give them a shot. I walked into the shop and was SHOCKED. This place was STATE-OF-THE-ART. Car companies can shoot commercials in there! Every single member of the staff was professional, knowledgeable and extremely nice. I dealt primarily with a lovely woman named Shanet... she was amazingly nice! I also dealt with the manager, Shant. Me and Shant hit it off instantly -- I've never met anyone that knows this much about the automobile industry. He gave me a ton of personal attention and did a fantastic job! Very clean and brightly lit shop. I mean you could do ballroom dancing in the garage, just hang a chandelier. Quick 1-day turnaround for them to replace the rear bumper & reinforcement bar, replace a tail light, and paint/refinish the front bumper since they already had the parts on stock. Chloe who sits at the desk and Eddie who manages the place were very professional and they are interested in getting you back on the road.
