A hearty and hefty amount of meat was also mixed into the sauce, all pairing perfectly with the thick pappardelle pasta. The sauce was so perfect and delicious, I even took the left-over sauce home to plate on my own pasta. I would highly recommend Parma Trattoria for authentic and delicious Italian food.

Two entrées the tilapia specialty and a risotto-style dish also felt somewhat overstated compared to expectations and unfortunately they were way over salted. To the restaurant's credit, concerns were addressed politely and professionally, though the offer of a replacement felt a bit scripted as the evening was growing late. We did choose not to accept the replacement. Overall, however, the atmosphere, hospitality, and thoughtful service made for a very pleasant evening.
