The bases include greens, farro, or rice; and there are about a dozen market sides to choose from. You can't go wrong with their charred brussels. Their sides are also classically seasonal, which makes for exciting and fresh options throughout the year. We had a small issue where after picking up 3 marketbowls, we realized one bowl was missing the protein, which definitely ups the overall price. We called this store to let them know, and without hesitation they apologized and refunded us for the bowl missing the chicken. The same freshly made, seasonal menu served in city locations is now available to locals without having to cross the bridge. There is seating inside this establishment enough to accommodate about two dozens of dine-ins. It is also one of few select locations that opens for business 7 days a week till 10pm. Coincidentally, it would seem that Dig's buddy, Sweetgreen, has also made it all the way to WillyB as well, and situated comfortably next door. It was garlicky, crunchy, fresh and seasoned perfectly. The carrots were great too and perfectly roasted. The brown rice was a littleeeee bit hard but it was good. The protein was delicious and such a good portion. Cons: I wish seating was a bit more comfortable and less "stylish". I also wish there were more drink options. They didn't even have bottled water :(. Other than that it was a really good first impression. I love some dig inn. I remember first moving to New York City and seeing the well advertised baby pink bags wondering where it came from. Once I was filled in, I tried it for myself and fell in love. This is the perfect place for a healthy filling meal. I was first introduced to the grain farro here so I get it all the time now. With loves of greens and veggies, while their meat is tasty sometimes I skip past it and get an extra veggies because their veggies are just that good. This place turns eating healthy into a cakewalk. Only ordered on Doordash a couple times, having tried the meatball, roast chicken, and salmon bowls. My experience is purely based on having the food delivered and doesn't account for i.e. decor or customer service. That said, this place is AWESOME. The roast chicken is tender and deliciously charred, even eaten cold out the fridge the next day. The meatballs are big and flavorful, and the spicy marinara on them is likewise very good. The sides are likewise fantastic and inventive - the faro, cheesy cauliflower, lemon charred broccoli, mint and mixed green salad, cashew kale salad, and roasted seasoned carrots are all absolutely fantastic. The portions are very generous, both for meat and veggies, and at 14 dollars a bowl for a meal-and-a-half, I'm really happy with the place. I really wish I could give a 4.5 review, because the only thing I've disliked is the salmon. It's nicely charred with crispy skin, but it's so dry as to be essentially inedible. I want to like it because the place is so great and it's healthy, and maybe it's juicier in person, but the only thing on the menu I wouldn't give two thumbs up is that. Don't let that discourage you from eating here though - the variety and quality of the rest of the menu means you could eat here every day without getting bored. read more

I've ordered here a few times for pick up. Seems most folks picking up are from Uber Eats delivering. Last time they couldn't find my order but I personally found it sitting on the table by the utensils. Today I go to the pick up counter, show my order from DIG app and the African American woman says with an attitude 'I can't see your name'. I don't work for DIG technology. If you wanted my name on top of the app, tell corporate to program on the app or simply ask...nicely. While waiting I saw them bag an order that looked like a family meal and put it on the pick up counter. I went to the side of the counter just to look if it had my name on it. I then hear in a loud nasty voice 'you can't be behind here. You can't be in the kitchen'. Mind you if you were a customer coming from the where you order you'd be exactly where I was. Not in the kitchen and certainly nowhere near the cash register. She well knew I was simply waiting for my pickup. She could've just said 'your order should be ready soon'. She then proceeds to get the pole with the rope and puts it to the side of the counter. The way it's positioned really didn't do anything since customers need to past into the dining area. I felt like I was being accused of attempting to steal pickup orders. The order came soon after. Everyone has their standards and to me the entire experience would've easily been positive. Just simple suggestions such as. 'I'm sorry I can't see your name. What is it? I'll check on your order.' 'Sir I'm sorry but you can't be anywhere near the pickup counter. It's policy. I know you are still waiting on your order and it should be ready soon'. So simple if you ask me but rather than risk getting another gust of attitude, I won't be back. read more

I've been to this particular Dig Inn 3 times and I really wanted to give this place a higher rating, but after 3 attempts, me thinks not. So the first time I went, I used their nifty app to order my food. I arrived and not only was my food not ready, they couldn't find the order in the system. I had to show them the app. Then they told me it would be an additional 10 minutes or so because they always make the salmon fresh. OK, that's fine. Ultimately I received the food and it was good. The staff were definitely scattered and not moving very quick. Second attempt. I order in person and order the same thing that I did last time. The staff, once again moving at a glacial pace, finally gets my order completed. The girl at the register couldn't seem to figure out her register or how to ring me up so while I waited, people behind me kept being checked out by the guy next to her. I'm trying to be patient, but come on. Finally, we're done. I sit down to eat and the salmon had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for a while. Dry beyond belief. Meh. Third attempt. I order in person and this time opt for steak. They tell me the steak is being finished up and should be ready in 3 minutes. Again, getting through the line is painfully slow. No one really seems to know what they're doing. Do these people really get trained?! I get checked out and 10 minutes later I check in and apparently they forgot about me (and the steak) which was sitting on the counter. They finally get the bowl to me and I'm told they are out of pesto. Sigh. OK. Whatever. I look down and the steak is so rare that the blood is squishing onto the plastic cover of the bowl. I give it a chance, but the steak is very rare and super chewy. At this point I give up. Sorry Dig Inn. This is a new location. Each customer, thus, came in, and touched every single bag to see if it was their order. This occurred today at 4pm. When I saw this, I told the young white male to turn the bags so the order ticket faces the customers so they won't keep touching bags that are not theirs. Instead of having the common sense to see that this is the safest thing to do, the employee dismissed me twice by not responding to my feedback and saying, "Goodbye. Have a nice day."
