Everything was delicious but prices are on the slightly pricey side. For example, my salad with the chicken was $35. It wasn't a large salad either, like some places have. At least I was full. I know it's a steakhouse but it's not giving "upscale steakhouse". The waitress had a "shadow". They were both very friendly and attentive. We will definitely come back but maybe on a cooler day.

We opted for a couple steaks, mine was small and medium well-not at all what I asked for. Needless to say, who I was with received a nice cut and great tasting steak. The Brentwood location might become my new breakfast spot. It's tucked out of the way, near the baseball fields, in a business park. I was familiar with the location, as my girls used to go to Black Diamond gymnastics in the past. Parking was plentiful and the outdoor patio seating was very pleasant. I was meeting someone there for breakfast. When I arrived I was directed to their table right away. I was Immediately offered a drink and they were very swift with service. They have quite an extensive breakfast menu and I look forward to coming again and trying more items. This trip I got the linguica omelette with pepper jack cheese, country potatoes and sourdough toast. The omelette was a very good size and very tasty. I loved the country potatoes, the seasoning was great on them. I wish they had a little more char, but that's just me. The meals came out quickly and staff was very attentive. I definitely look forward to coming again and bringing the family. I think the menu has enough variety for anyone to find something they like. Again, staff was pleasant when arriving and leaving greeting me on the way in and thanking me on the way out. Seems like a great staff and they care about their patrons. I'll be back again soon!

On this second visit, the restaurant was pretty empty. Two to three tables were busy, and behind the counter were four waitresses. We were seated right away, but no one came by to take our beverage order. We had time to review the menu, make a decision, and sit there and wait. In addition, a waitress checked on a table by us, and did not stop by our table to check in. The wait led to "Should we leave?" "Yes." Upon walking out, they said thanks for stopping by. Did they even realize they did not serve us or were they being passive aggressive? Their servers have terrible customer service. and I'm sure these are the same people who demand a 25% tip for providing no service. Train them or get a new team.

Service is always kind and timely. No rushing or making you feel unwelcome. VERY kind and attentive staff! The ambiance is ordinary, but very clean. There is a bench for people to sit while waiting on seating or their mobile orders. Payment is up front by the door, conveniently next to the display case of great baked items and pastries. So I sat back down another 8 minutes, still no sight of the waitress so I got up, and I walked to what looked like the kitchen, stuck my head in and said to someone in there I'm starving. Can I order some french fries please? She said OK so I went back and sat down, two of my friends walked in and sat down at the table with me. They said they're starving as well, finally a waitress RUNS by and we ask her if my other two friends can order some food, she's like yeah, Run runs off and comes back. It came with a small serving of caramelized onions on the side and a small amount of sauce that tasted somewhat like A1 or a BBQ-style steak sauce. I appreciated that neither was poured over the steak, so the flavor of the meat wasn't covered up. The pork chops were cooked perfectly--very juicy and flavorful. My only complaint was the demi-glace. The chops were drenched in it, and I think serving it on the side would make a big difference and let the quality of the pork stand on its own. The kids' butter noodles were a little watery, but overall they were fine. Overall, good service, well-cooked proteins, and an enjoyable meal. A few small changes, particularly serving some of the sauces on the side, or at least not touching the star of the plate, would make several of the dishes much better.

They literally just admitted they forgot it and had a very "oh well" attitude. My expectation would have been that they saw how large our bill was (a large party with many alcoholic beverages consumed) and they would have done something to expedite my order. Nada. 2. They kept bringing out dishes and drinks that no one ordered, and I GUARANTEE that they snuck these on the bill whether or not the staff left them at our table. For example, they brought at least one drink no one ordered, and they brought chips and salsa that no one ordered. Additionally, they brought a burger, that no one ordered and no one claimed, so they took it back, probably threw it out, but I GUARANTEE they snuck it on the bill. This to me seems very unethical, but I guess the manager told them what to do to keep the doors open. Watch out for this if you are with a large party. 3. We had a large party and ordered lots of food and drinks, and I know the people that I'm with are big tippers so the staff was very well compensated despite carrying out a less than an average job. It's a very unfortunate situation for me as I suffered and they profited due to high tips and bringing out extra food that no one ordered. Also, it's hard for me to have sympathy as I saw that they were NOT using paper and pencil to take orders, rather, they had digital handheld POS systems and I witnessed the waitress type in my order (specifically). That order should have gone directly to the kitchen, and I'm sure the POS system put it on the bill and it wasn't removed. Alas, I did not see the bill, so I will never have confirmation. Finally, I asked them if they took my meal off the bill, and they said they did, but because of the above mistakes, I highly doubt they deducted my meal and they extorted an additional $25 out of my group.
