I purchased a Stratosphere Pro system that easily runs 6 monitors (can split each into multiple screens). The customer service and communication was better than expected. I consulted a few engineers with machine building experience before designing a custom order. The experts at Digital Tigers made recommendations (some upgrades and some downgrades) based on their experience and potential compatibility issues with different designs. The staff have lots of experience with people that Trade Stocks for a living and know how important reliable equipment is. I trust them completely to get the right combination of equipment that gives me a hassle free use. I have had to get support from errors I made in trying to tweak software and upgrades to windows that for a few minutes made me CRAZY. John is without a doubt one of the best support guys around. He has been on my machine with remote access and fixed things very quickly and one time after a windows upgrade crashed everything he patiently walked me through the process on the phone and had me back in action pretty fast. I'm very dissatisfied with this company. I have purchased 3 computers and large multi-screen displays from them. I have one computer that has broken multiple times. It's still in warranty but I rely on it for my business so It's quite a challenge when it's not working. I feel that I have been VERY patient with them. I wanted them to replace it because at this point I feel that it is a lemon. They are willing to fix it but not replace. I have to drive over an hour round trip to their business to drop it off as well as pick it up. I went with this company because I heard they are the best. They have really let me down. I am a business owner and have to make customer service decisions all the time. I typically will do whatever it takes to make my customers happy. Sometimes I even lose money in the process but I want to keep my customers happy and I want them to refer their friends. I ordered a $5,500 high end pc with 6 monitors from these guys in 2017. I also recently purchased $2,700 laptop. My previous employer purchased a $3,500 machine from them at my request. So 3 purchases total. I have been amazed at how responsive these guys are with support. the machines are beautiful. there have been things i needed to sort out with regards to configuring the machines etc. every time i call they pick up immediately and problem solve real time. if you are an equity trader and want a high end machine with big monitor array I highly recommend these guys. i have referred them to another friend of mine who also purchased an expensive machine, same feedback. they really stand behind their products. read more

I bought a trading computer system from DT in April 2017 and I am very happy with the product and their service so far. There has always been someone to answer the phone when I called. This may not be what was promised but I am just stating a fact. I never had to wait on the line for assistance with my order. I purchased my original system with Digital Tigers in 2007 (1 30" inch monitor / 4 20" inch monitors) and while the 30 inch has been replaced, the computer is still working great!! I purchased a second custom system with capabilities for 14 30" monitors in 2010 and it has given me no issues. Moreover, I have found in the past that they have gone over and beyond the call to help me with any and all issues related to setting up certain things on my system.
