The buffet was very nice... Everything was fresh.

First time... But pleasantly surprised. The food is on par with Fadi's... but it is a buffet. So you can try things you wouldn't normally try. The location is very clean... Well serviced. You basically come in sit down and eat... And then pay on your way out.

Fallafel, pinto salad, chickpea salad, hummus, Baba Ghanoush. I forgot the name of the veggies

Excellent food! I got all the vegan stuff, and I have no notes. 10/10, including the baba ghanoush. The pita bread was also super fresh. Ambience was nice as well.

Food was not fresh. Owner's grandkids wore no masks or gloves when getting food, but they expected patrons to wear them.

Great variety of choices. They had single use gloves available for use at the buffet. Will eat here again.

I have a quite joyful reaction when I see baklava, and theirs did not disappoint.

The…read morelocation in Fort Worth was there for what must be 30 years and had an amazing menu with loads of vegan options and a vegan section on the menu. This menu was definitely Hedary's light, it was a very very small menu. There were only 2-3 vegan options here and one wasn't prepared that day. They need more vegan options. I wish Joseph Hedary was still cooking in Fort Worth.

They have their own gardens where they're really farm to table. We ordered the mezza to share between the 7 of us. The pitas were fresh out of the oven and the hummus, baba ganoush, tabbuli, falafel, labni, cucumber & yogurt, olives, feta cheese, and mixed pickles were all so fresh. It was the perfect starter to get our palettes clear for our main entrees. My mom ordered hedary's chicken, husband ordered the meat combination, and I had the lamb loin kabob. My mom said her chicken was a bit salty for her taste, but it's because she doesn't salt anything. Husband really loved all the meats in his dish, and I think I should've ordered the lamb medium rare because the medium was a little too overcooked for me, making it a little chewy. Flavors were great, just not as tender as I was hoping. Service was wonderful, we had Ella as our server. She seemed so sweet and nice. Overall, if I'm in Allen, I'd come back to try the other items, maybe just not the lamb.

Husband ordered their beef plate with rice and salad for $14.99. Both plates came with a huge pita bread. Portion sizes were huge! I really liked their pita bread. It was really good and chewy. Only downside is their meat. They give you a lot, but the chicken was dry and overcooked. They also slice the meat really small, so I wasn't a fan of that. Beef was cooked well, but wasn't a fan of the small slices of meat. They don't have water, only bottled water in the fridge. They do have a hot water dispenser though. Friday night around 7, not busy at all. Overall, it wasn't bad. I would be fine with just an order of their pita bread with hummus.

We weren't disappointed: food was fresh & delicious, portions were generous and atmosphere was nice & clean. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars as they didn't have any of the dips, sauces, etc on hand to sell like at the Farmers Market - they said they were out and making more soon.
