I've been to Little Greek four times. The first three were four star experiences, the last was a two star experience at this location. My friend and I ordered two very different things and both felt really unwell the next several days with GI issues that started within 12 hours of eating here. The meal sat almost immediately off in my stomach after finishing it that day which was different than the other times I had visited too. I had the tilapia pita as a wrap option. The setting is casual and lowkey for meeting and it's affordably priced for the food, but just be mindful maybe the food quality isn't always consistent. We probably just had really off luck, but I haven't been able to stomach the idea of returning since then, unfortunately. :( read more

I'll be honest, at first glance, I did not have super high expectations. This is a storefront restaurant and it was Saturday night, it was already getting dark and it was raining really bad and there was only one person inside and it did not look very promising. My husband has a very sensitive stomach and Greek food is pretty full proof so I told him I was fine going in since we were in town for the weekend and I did not feel like driving around in the rain and this was close to our hotel. When we walked inside, it smelled absolutely amazing, they had just received a huge order for a bunch of salads and were assembling them and the smells inside were just, mesmerizing! My husband loves the lemon rice, chicken soup so we ordered a bowl to share just to warm ourselves up. We also got the appetizer platter which was way more food than we expected and everything was hot and fresh. I ordered the Olympian and that sucker had to weigh over a pound! It was so filled with meat, this one was a mixture of chicken and gyro. And don't even get me started on how perfect the french fries were. Every single item was delicious, it was so big I had to just eat all the meat, lettuce and tomato like a salad, I could not finish the pita. Fast and friendly service. I think their gyros are as good as any upscale Greek/Mediterranean restaurant around. Online all sandwiches and wraps can be customized down to the smallest detail. I'm usually a togo diner so I can't speak on the ambience compared to someone who may dine in at this location. But all in all great prices for good quality food. read more

What a fun fast-food approach to Greek food! I love the easy walk up and order approach. I also appreciate the ease of finding nutrition information on their website. I was able to preplan my lunch and get optimize my yum factor while keeping the calorie spend low. After you order at the counter, you get a number and head back to your table to wait. Food is delivered where you sit. It would be good to swap where the order station is. Currently, you have to wander through the small dining area to get to it. It would make much more sense to be at the opposite end, making it a breeze to walk in, order, then head down the line to either pay or grab your drink then sit. But this is a little thing. Anyway, really delicious food. I'd order the Greek salad again. It was very filling, even without the potato salad (took that off to save calories). More like fast food for greek food while missing the flavor of love I enjoy in greek food. The GOOD: The store was clean and the employees very nice. Their Avgolemono(lemon-chicken &rice) soup was Great. Very creamy and smooth. Also a good deal for under $6 a bowl. The BAD: I got the Gyro Pita and was soo sadly disappointed. I have never had gyro meat that I found grissle in Till Now and the meat had a mild flavor but no real "spices of love" that a true greek lover would understand. The tzatziki sauce was almost non existant and truly lacked in all flavor as well. The only reason I would ever stop again If in the area would be for the Avgolemono. I was so disappointed in the gyro I wouldn't want to waste any money trying anything else. Soo... 3 Stars only because the soup was so good. If not for the soup I would have given 1 STAR ONLY. We have ordered from here three times, and every time a part of the order is missing and part of what we get is wrong. Today we had three visitors from out of town that had to leave 30 minutes after the food arrived. None of them got their food. The food we did get was wrong and had several pieces missing. Fire gyros that are straight gas no cap this stuff filled me up and they even gave me a discount cuz they have promotions on Monday where gyros are $1.50 off (so $7 for one). Pita was soft and warm and the gyro was generously filled with meats and veggies. The subtle acidity of lemon chicken rice soup went well with the gyro and the crackers gave it a nice crunch. Best Greek salads around, and conscientious and caring staff. We will continue to go here...they do a great job! One manager, in particular, is usually there when we come, and he outdoes himself with beautiful presentation and fresh, tasty ingredients. Not sure why my wife and I haven't found or tried this restaurant out until today, at the recommendation of a friend. We went for lunch just a little bit ago after some sweating playing pickleball at the local rec center with a small group. Clean restaurant and you knew the food was good just by the aroma walking in. I ordered the olympian pita because I felt like I could handle both chicken and gyro at the same time after burning some calories earlier in the day, and I handled my challenge very well. It wasn't hard to do because the meat was juicy and tender and the pita bread was pretty darn perfect. The cannoli we had with chocolate chips was a fitting ending to a great meal. I looked at my wife after our meal and we both nodded in unison, knowing that we will definitely be back. Can't believe we hadn't known about or tried this place for the 3 yrs we've lived in Plano. It was so good I went twice in one week! On my first visit I had a greek salad with gyro meat on top. A wonderful salad with fresh ingredients and tasty feta cheese. And the Gyro meat was moist and very delicious. My second meal was the Gyro platter. I swapped the rice for grilled veggies. Not impressed. I prefer not to try new restaurants from what I'm familiar with. But I wanted to give them a try. The cook put on fresh new gloves when he started cooking. The cashier and or staff making the meals kept same gloves on entire visit. They went to the back, they say down at a table and back up to the food line. I ordered the "spaghetti " meal. The noodles had been over cooked. And appeared to have possibly been in a cooker for an extended time. When we were asked how the food was when leaving... We did mention the pita was great and the noodles had been over cooked. Or sitting for awhile The food worker verbally agreed that the noodles may have been. We did not expect him to agree with us. Instead of complaining we left after we threw our trash away. I will not be returning to this location. My baby will be able to eat as leftovers because it is extremely soft and mushy.
