Everything looked fresh and inviting but most things lacked seasoning. The tabouli needed more lemon juice and salt. All you tasted was parsley. The gyro meat was dry and again not seasoned. They have S&P at the table but it didn't help much. But the 2 things that really turned me off was the temperature it was hot was sweating while trying to eat but the drink machine was out of carbonation they were told by several people. We were there for 30 minutes and they never fixed it. So probably won't be back to this location. read more

Birthday Mediterranean Food Day. My sponsor is trying to impress me. We dined at Dimassi's for lunch. Buffets are really hard to pace myself, I'm sure no one else has that issue. First run appetizers, second protein, third dessert. They had some very tasty offerings. Lynelle and I rarely get the same food. I would describe the food but can't spell or remember the names. We did not sample even half of the food between us. The flavors are milder than traditional Mediterranean, but that works well here. We finished up with Arabica coffee to wash down the flavors and cleanse the pallet. Pretty strong but not as robust as Turkish coffee. read more

There was no signage stating that the weekend cost was 21$ per person. Needless to say I was shocked when the total for myself and 2 daughters was 74$!!! Needless to say we will not be back and I will not be recommending! read more

What a disappointment. We were looking for a Greek restaurant and this came up as an option. The building looked nice and the inside was nice but the food was some of the worst Ive had, and I have traveled all over the USA. Everything was so so dry and had little flavor. We went here looking for Greek food and left there to continue our search. read more

There was a good selection of food; however, the quantity and quality didn't match the out-the-door value for the meal. (The price to eat was expensive.) I was after some other food and they were closed and saw Dimassi's Med and thought I'd give it a try. I didn't even notice it was a buffet until i was inside. I normally stay away from buffets but this was a fun one. First off it is huge! So many thing to try by the time i got humus n salad i had no room for falafel grape leaf and gyro meat. The folks running it are very quiet but it's clean and plentiful. Some buffet's can get sloppy or the dishes are not appealing but the presentation here is deluxe and matches the atmosphere. When we went in there, there was barely anyone there. Most of the food there was not good and went to waste with service members taking full trays back and replacing them with more full trays. Deserts were good though. Overall it was pretty bad. read more

I am very excited about this place! The food is delicious and fresh! I'm so glad I was able to try so much good food here. The place is very nice and clean. You can tell that they take pride in their restaurant. The service was great. Sorry about the picture the presentation was better but it was too good and I dug in asap. This place was absolutely DELICIOUS!! Everything was fresh, warm and cooked perfectly. The Rose Waters my favorite drink at this place, you cannot find it anywhere. We tried almost everything here and we loved about 97% of it. They had a limited selection of dessert. The baklava was the best out of al of them. This place had a huge selection! For COVID, you must wear gloves and sanitizer your hands while selecting your food. This is a Buffett and they kept the entire place clean, disinfected and provide the items you need. As a habit, I tend to be rather poetic and wordy, sprinkling English Lit dust on writing reviews and such, but there is just not much more to say. Here's the conversation: "This place is great!" "Oh, yeah?" "Try it out yourself. You'll see..." And then you put away your toys and go back in from recess... bested by a foodie. If you have the opportunity, go in the evening, when they offer the shank, but don't fill up on the rice and dolmas, or you won't like yourself very much. (Not that I've made that mistake, before). Huge variety of Mediterranean dishes to choose from. This buffet has so many choices of fresh fruit, vegetables, pita and delicious entrees. The seating is not comfortable, like a cafeteria, but it is clean. Your choice of sodas or teas included. There isn't a good dessert area, very bland cake and baklava, soft serve ice cream and pudding. The weekend price is high at about twenty four bucks a person. I may go back during the week if it is less in price. Great if you want to try several different Mediterranean dishes and can eat enough to make it worth the price. read more

HUGE selection, clean and open atmosphere, all the traditional favorites and a few unique items, and all for a very reasonable price. Great place for hungry Texans craving some Mediterranean food. I believe this style of Mediterranean cuisine is Turkish and/or Lebanese (great kofte/kefte, etc., and some of the light fixtures resemble this region). Saw several tables with families that looked like they came from these areas, which is a great sign the food is well done and authentic. read more

First off this is a really clean buffet. We got our meals to go but it is totally worth dining in. The options were amazing and the salads were epic. The breads were fresh and replenished and for it to be a Tuesday evening the restaurant had quite a few families dining in. The taste was outstanding! We had the tabouli, cabbage salad, za'atar, chicken kabob, rice and falafel, and some of the broth and curried carrots from a baked chicken dish. Everything was divine! Horrible service. When I asked for assistance I was ignored. Water dispenser was not working and there was a guy checking the food while on the phone. When I asked him for help he just said its in the water dispenser and walked away still talking on this phone without ever looking over. Problem was water dispenser was broken. Don't order take out. Dine in is good but take out was not such a great experience. I ordered 8 of the stuffed grape leaves and they only gave me half, also ordered an extra kafta kabob and only received one order. The Greek salad was just iceberg lettuce it had no flavor and the avocado hummus tasted like old avocado. Also ordered baklava and for three dollars I received two TINY pieces of it. I mean like two one inch squares of it. I have bought a tray of it for three more dollars at the Euro Indo Market. I paid $36 only to received half of what I ordered. When I called from home after I noticed the girl on the phone said verbatim "what do you want me to do?" I don't know, refund my money since I'm 20 minutes from there at this point. She said to remind her she owes me next time. Fair enough I guess but I won't do that. Moral of the story: check your order before leaving the restaurant. read more
