Dimassi's is a fave for me and my niece. We go every time she comes to town and eat until our bellies are just about to pop. On our last visit, we were the only people there for like a full 30 or 40 minutes and had the buffet all to ourselves. It was nice and clean, bright and wonderful. I love that it's so easy to eat healthy here and still get full or you can go all out and just eat anything your heart desires, which is exactly what I did on my most recent visit. I start out with salads, the delicious yellow lentil soup and hummuses, then move on to the hot veggies, then a little rice and the meats, typically I'll do chicken and/or the kafka, refills on the hot veggies and maybe some more of that yummy lentil soup. The little falafel balls are so delicious. I basically eat those with every round. I love dipping them into the lentil soup and the different hummuses. Then the grand finale, their delicious desserts: baklava, namoura, rice pudding. They have almond cookies and a few other options as well but didn't have them on our most recent visit. The dessert bar also includes fruit: grapes, oranges, pineapple. Dimassi's is delicious. Don't forget to grab a small cup of their cardamom coffee on your way out but be careful if you stuffed your belly, the coffee might put you over the top if you know what I mean.

Just finished having lunch with my girls and I'm glad we chose, Dimassi's. It's a great place if you're looking for a clean buffet with a variety of delicious options that taste like a homemade Mediterranean feast. From the creamy avocado hummus to fresh salads, cucumber mint yogurt, the well-done and tasty grilled chicken and beef kabobs - it all hit the spot. When you're fixing your plate remember to grab a basket of naan which you could dip into the lentil peas soup. The price isn't too bad. It's usually $17.99 for lunch, $19.99 for dinner. If you plan on visiting during the holidays you'll pay a little more. It's $23.99 during the holidays. And, kids eat for $8.99. Still a great price for the wide selection of mediterranean dishes. You'll get your money's worth.

This is in the old Cafe Express restaurant space. It was interesting to see how they updated the design to suit Dimassi's. I think the decor is really nice. It's comfy and they play traditional music in the background. The food selection is plentiful so everyone should find something they like. My favs were the Baba Ghanouge, the Ozie rice, spinach, pita bread (so fresh), roasted veggies, eggplant, the meatballs, the gyro meat ( so tender), falafel, the thyme pie, jam cookies, and the baklava (divine)! And there was oh so much more to choose from. On diet? They got you. Want to pig out? They got you! Would I go back? Absolutely. But come hungry as you will want to try everything!

Absolutely delicious!!! I have never seen a Mediterranean Buffet and I am very glad we stopped by! Scrumptious food, everything tastes authentic and fresh, and all cooked perfectly well. This is an all you can eat and drink buffet but with quality. The service was lovely the owner was very nice to greet us and the men picking up the plates were fast and attentive. The ambiance is modern and causal vibes. Highly recommend to anyone in the area! :D

Fresh, delicious and plentiful. We stumbled across this place when we were in Webster and we'll definitely be back. This place is very clean. Gloves are mandatory while serving yourself. Employees are constantly cleaning things up. There are plenty of options including salads and hot dishes. There's even a dessert section.

Everything was fresh and warm. So many drink options and pricing is not too bad, albeit expensive on the weekends as expected. Meat was definitely on the dry side especially the gyro which was underwhelming but the kebab was amazing and all the other dishes were great. Selection for the buffet was not overwhelming and the hummus and Za'atar were some of the best! Great place to come if you want a filling meal.

Gorgeous & spacious interior but there are quite a few kinks that need to be worked out! - Ample parking in the gigantic lots out front - Service is very limited which I like. You seat yourself & immediately head over to the buffet line. They ask you to wear gloves to serve yourselves. Pick out whatever drink you'd like. When you're done, get up & pay. There were 3 employees working on a Saturday night: the cashier, one cleaning tables, and the cook. The biggest thing I wish they could improve on is how the food can get VERY cold, especially the meat entrees that are supposed to be warm. They're barely heated to begin with, and by the time you eat them EVEN if you move along fast in the line, it's already super cold. This included the baked fish, gyro, chicken, the rice next to it... Even the complimentary lamb shanks that come w/ the weekend dinner buffet were cold too :( This happened the multiple times we all went to get more food. Perhaps they can put an optional food warmer on the sides somewhere in the future? I found especially the meats to be difficult to enjoy when they were like ice :( It's fair price $20.99 per person for a weekend dinner, and nowadays that's a steal. But know ahead of time you're coming for quantity.

Lots of veggies choices. Scant meat selection. Wide and clean restaurant. I would give 4 stars if less pricey.

Drinks: my gf had an old fashioned, my friend and I got the petal punch and a fourth friend got a European beer I think and we all enjoyed our drinks. My friend and I agreed that the petal punch was the best cocktail we had both ever had. The lychee and mint is just PERF! Food: we tried as much as we could. The momos was yummy and came with a great sauce. The tandoori chicken drumsticks with the sauce, YUM. I knew it was going to be great. The veggie samosas were also wonderful. The mint chutney is my preference over the tamarind, but both were good. Chicken mungfali- 10/10 but wish it were a little spicier. Chicken korma- spicier than I thought but delicious 10/10. The Nutella samosas were the only thing that was disappointing. They were way crunchier than we expected. The picture of them made it look softer and flakier than it was. Especially with the price point of $16- was not worth it. Service: our server, Magic, was great to us and showed us all his faves. Inside: very lovey inside and very clean. Can't wait to come back again! I heard they have a lunch buffet but didn't see it on the menu. I need to do some research on that!

And, against our…read morebetter judgement because the place only had about 40 reviews - which could easily have been a lot of friends and family dropping 5 stars upon opening - we gave it a shot. It was just okay. The good: Service was great. These folks greeted us and sat us quickly. Food came out hot and prompt, and we were checked on without being intrusive. Bathrooms were clean! The bad: The food just wasn't that great. The fries had good seasoning but I had quite a few that were more limp than crispy. The chicken shawarma wrap - my friend had the beef wrap - was somewhere around the quality of a really good soft taco from Del Taco - and I like Del Taco, so this is not as much of an insult as it might sound. I would just expect more from a chicken shawarma wrap - I was missing those bold but warm Mediterranean and middle-eastern slices that I would normally expect from a good shawarma. And no garlic sauce! I would definitely expect that classic garlic sauce on the wrap. I may be leaning too heavily on previous experiences with a good shawarma, but I just wasn't feeling this place. I would honestly give a 3.5-3.8 if Yelp would allow, but not in the cards. Not a bad little spot, but if you are expecting to be blown away by bold flavors, you might want to hit a different spot.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm Mediterranean charm. The restaurant is beautiful, inviting, and filled with Greek-inspired décor. You can choose to dine inside or relax on their lovely outdoor patio. Our waitress, Rachel, was exceptional--friendly, attentive, and genuinely hospitable. She made us feel right at home! We kicked off our meal with a couple of appetizers, and they were every bit as impressive as they were delicious. The hummus was smooth, creamy, and served with warm, fluffy pita bread. We also enjoyed the falafels--perfectly crispy on the outside, soft and flavorful on the inside, and even better dipped in their spicy feta spread! For my entrée, I chose the Lunch Special featuring a savory spinach pie, served with a fresh Greek salad and a cup of their famous Avgolemono (Greek lemon soup) . It was light, comforting, and packed with flavor. My grandson ordered the Chickpea Salad , a dish he loved so much on a previous visit that he couldn't resist ordering it again. That's always a good sign! My husband selected the Stuffed Shrimp Special . The plate was absolutely beautiful--jumbo baked shrimp stuffed with a savory crab dressing, served over a bed of mushroom orzo. It tasted every bit as incredible as it looked! If you're ever in Seabrook, Texas, and you're craving something fresh, flavorful, and satisfying, I highly recommend Athena's Corner Greek Restaurant. You'll enjoy a relaxing atmosphere, outstanding hospitality, and food that's made with care and bursting with authentic flavor. Best Bites Approved! Have you been to Athena's Corner? It's parked in the lot of a gas station, but also car shop, so parking is a little tight. The menu is to the point, with the main focus being on grilled items and wraps (like their name says). One thing to note is that they do offer rice as a side, but it's not mentioned on the menu. The service is friendly and they try to bring out the food as fast as they can. We got the beef shawarma with fries and the beef chunks with fat grilled (mention it to them if you want medium) over white rice. Beef shawarma is a large portion and it was served cut up. The meat was juicy and I loved the sauces and the veggies in the wrap. Also, loved the fries! They were seasoned very well. The wrap and fries also came with 3 different type of sauces: garlic, spicy, and the pink sauce. Garlic sauce was good, spicy sauce was spicy, and the pink sauce was my favorite, a slight mix of both. The grilled beef over rice was also delicious. The yellow rice was finished for the day, so I got the white rice and it was fluffy and went well with the meat and grilled veggies. The meat was a liiitle tough, but you can mention if you want it rare/medium/well done to them. Veggies (onion, tomato, and pepper) were grilled nicely. I enjoyed eating here, and I'll definitely be stopping by again whenever I'm in the mood for some grilled food or shawarma. I was invited to the food truck and this is my honest review.
