I had a golf ball-sized dent on my car's hood. After some research, I found Dings out Right and hired him to remove the ding. He came to my place but added an extra $25 to the original quote for fuel costs. I agreed, as long as he did a good job. It took him about 20 minutes to remove the dent. However, the interior of the hood had some paint removed. While the ding was gone, a visible line remained at certain angles. He claimed this was due to the hood being aluminum and that he couldn't get it perfect. Another place quoted me more and said its 1-2 hours for the job, and I believe they would have done it right. If you want perfection, he's not your guy. The fix was better than the golf ball-sized dent, and the line is only visible at the right angle. I can live with it, but I'd rather pay a bit more for a perfect result. read more

With 30-day temp tags still on my car I had a little mishap with my mountain bike and car resulting in about six dings. Great job! Brian was very responsive and was able to come to my office a day or two after we talked. He explained the options and how he would remove the dings. One was very minor and in a location that would be expensive - he explained that and we agreed it wasn't worth the money. He completed the work in about an hour. Wow. Let me start off by saying Brian is extremely kind, courteous and helpful. He saw me extremely late on a weekday as that was the only time I had free that week. He's done work on my 06 Acura TL as well as my mom's 08 Acura RDX. He's extremely thorough before he starts any job, as he will go over every detail with you and then after the repair he does the same instead of just handing you the keys and sending you on your way. This man knows what he is doing and he is also just a downright awesome person. I would recommend anyone I know go through Dings Out Right solely based on the fact that I trust Brian with any part of my car. You have to see this to believe it! My husband was hit by a deer last week (yes, the deer hit him---he was stopped) while he was driving his vintage Mercedes. After crying A LOT, he called me that morning, and I took a look at it. Broken side light on the right and TWO DENTS upper right side of front quarter panel. My husband's pride and joy was injured!! I surfed the net for 'paintless dent repair' thinking that since there wasn't paint damage MAYBE it could be fixed. I called a few places (bring it in let us look at it yada yada...), and took a chance calling DENTS OUT RIGHT. Brian called me right back, and we agreed that time was of the essence, and he said he could swing by this weekend. I got a call a few hours later, and one of his appointments changed, and he was in the area. He stopped by about 3:30, and by 5:00, the DENTS WERE GONE!!. AMAZING!! You can't even tell. His price for both dents (he fixed a small one on the hood to show us first) was very reasonable considering his expertise, and the time frame (same day repair). We are talking under $200.00. I ordered the new side light and front light frame, and all totaled my husband's Mercedes was back in service within a week, for a grand total of $340.00. WE ARE SO HAPPY!
