Talk about horrible service. I live and work around the corner. The last 3 times I have been there they can't seem to get the order right. How hard is it to make a plain cheeseburger and fries no salt. Not only does it take like 20 minutes but they have made it wrong the last 3 times and these are about 6 months apart visits. It seems that I often find myself in Long Beach, primarily for medical appointments or to accompany clients to theirs. On one such visit, I happened to drive past Dino's burgers multiple times. This morning, I decided to stop and treat myself and my client to breakfast there. The establishment had a nostalgic diner ambiance, with green booths and a television playing Mexican music. Apart from my client and me, there was only one other customer present that morning. He mentioned that he had been a regular there for breakfast for the past ten years. Big Dino breakfast was far more than I could eat myself. Portion sizes were huge pancakes that were creamy and sweet. Even the hash browns were crispy they hit the spot. You have private parking in a huge parking lot, and restrooms were available for guests. read more

I gave this place two separate tries, and as far as the food the meat is completely flavorless. This includes the hamburgers and the super nachos. It's lacking season and citrus. The restaurant needs to be cleaned and they need to wear gloves. The tortilla chips are store bought. Gross! The dude cooking the food was putting food in his mouth and picking his teeth then handling food WITHOUT washing his hands. No mask on either. He also cross contaminated food. Watched him pull lettuce out of a tub then wipe the tub with a rag he used to wipe down a cutting board after cutting chicken. The guy was also rude to the young female cashier. All the bad reviews are from when the previous owners were in charge of the place . When I'm the area this is our go to spot . Customer service is great and the new owner is super friendly! Definitely cleaned the place up and you can tell it's a major difference. Try the milkshakes and the caramel and mocha extremes ! And the Bacon burgers are the best here. Under new ownership. The Greek owner Dino has moved into the neighborhood. I got a cheeseburger for $3.29 which is a good value for a frozen patty. Plenty of parking and freeway close. Friendly front counter staff. I recently went back for the breakfast special. It was the early bird with 3 eggs and 2 pancakes for only $2.29. Very disappointing Got a bean and cheese burrito it was big(definitely enough for two people).... But beans had no flavor, don't taste or see any cheese. I asked for green sauce said they had none. We also got onion rings and deep fried mushrooms. Onion rings and mushrooms tasted like freezer burn. Also the blue cheese dressing we got tasted like it was spoiled. We didn't eat it. When you charge $6 for a shake, it better be an ice cream shake with actual ingredients! I've twice received strawberry milk (with syrup) for my money. Also, when I pay $16 for a combo, it's an insult to pay an additional 3% because I used my card.
