I stopped by for lunch, ordered a bacon cheeseburger combo, and headed back to my office a few blocks away. I took a bite or two of the burger as I worked, and a few sips of my drink. This review was way over do. The people that work here specially the son's owner have the worst customer service. They make mistakes in orders and don't take accountability or even apologized for their mistakes. Just now I order a salad by drive thru and had to go down in person and told them they had done my order wrong which I had clearly asked for extra pickles, the son's owner throws 4 pickles yo my salad with an attitude and no one even said sorry or apologized for the error. I've had many issues in the past for not adding ketchup or syrup to breakfast purchases and they always seemed to give attitude. This place treated our disabled and students with special needs group disgustingly and then told us to leave because we were making them uncomfortable only AFTER everyone had paid for food and that we were scaring away customers. Very poor service towards those with special needs. Restaurant Staff was rude to us telling us to move so their regular customers could be served first even though we were in line before them. We were told that a reservation was needed when the restaurant only had a handful of other parties and there was plenty of space. Manager mentioned that we turned his regulars away because we were taking a while ordering french fries. Then, the manager proceeded to take a newspaper away from one of the students who was reading it. We were told all of this after they already took our order and served the fries that the students paid for. While the students were eating, the manager just watched us. But today, Cashier girl is on the phone while taking our order, smh. While I had to listening to her conversation, I get it, you don't have anyone to pick up your son. It's fine, but go to the back and take your call, I could wait. 5 minutes after ordering, she bring my food with cashier still on the phone, arguing with someone on the phone about her son. I couldn't ask her for chiles, smh, and owners didn't bother at all while seating and watching her do this. Dad owner and son owner arguing in the lobby, and being loud about how son owner has been working here since he was 15 years old, in my opinion you been here but have done nothing but made it worst! The worst part, is that one of his customers comes in to grab a refill, and son owners kicks him out all because he had a speaker with him.
