If I could give a zero I would. The story below is why. I just left this restaurant with a group of my friends. We all sat down together, we placed 3 separate orders and we waited for our pizzas. Their pizzas came out quick and they even said it was good. I was excited for something that would never come. I waited patiently about 20 mins before I went inside and asked the status of the order. Apparently the work order was never printed, I recognise the pos so I know it was a simple user error. They said it would be 20 Mins, then there was a same size pizza they just pulled out of the oven that had one topping on it (pepperoni) I ordered a bunch of toppings; I asked them if I could have that one and they can keep the extra cost, but they said they couldn't give me someone else's pizza. I reluctantly agreed and asked for a refund since they haven't put a pizza in the oven. Looks like they are setting up the refund when I see a pizza I ordered go into the oven, the owner (I presume) asks me what I'm waiting on. I told him a refund to which he replies no refunds but they'll work something out. Then refund me and then he shockingly asks me to pay for small orange soda. I told him to be reasonable because I'm not paying for that. It's the least they can do for my trouble. Virtually no cost at all. Total amount of time so far is about 40 mins. My friends waited for me outside. I told them what happened and the owner came outside asking me why I'm spreading lies to people. I told him "these are my friends, I can say whatever I want to them; and even if they weren't I can say whatever I want to anyone." He shied away and we went out separate ways. TL;DR didn't get my food after waiting 20 Mins, waited 20 Mins for a refund, to which he wanted me to pay for the drink, then chased me outside to prevent me from voicing my experience... to my friends. read more

Found Dino's over two years. It was very close to the Hotel. Wanted to get a pizza this past winter but they where closed for renovations. So over Labour Day weekend went back to get a pizza. Turned out to be a great little find. This Small place is family owned and ran. This is not you cookie cutter mega chain pizza place, which I love. Not every single pie is the same. What stands apart from this pizza place is the service. While I waited for the pizza. The bartender, waiter, cashier, manager got me a Yuengling and my bottled waters. Even though it's was dinner time he had time to chat. The pizza is good, the crust is the best thing. It's thin crust, and crisp. The kids loved their own small 9" cheese pizza. The first impression was grim. There was almost no one inside. Only half the menu was available. I ordered a large pizza, half sausage and mushrooms and half cheese and chicken wings to go. After a loooong wait, about 35min I got my food. The pizza was really good, nice crunchy crust, sausage and mushrooms were on point. Chicken wings were crunchy and cooked well with good sauce coverage. Although out of 10 wings, that was advertised, i only got 9. Not sure if it was "Myrtle Beach 10" or they forgot how to count. This was not only the worse food I ever had, the service was horrible. I ordered two pizzas, wings and ranch fries. It took 50 minutes to get my food. And it's not because they were busy. Pizza was delicious. Service was fast and friendly. The manager there will check in on you and ask if you want more drinks as he clears dirty plates at your table. The best turkey sub I've ever had, ever. We stayed at the Sea Mist Resort, which is walking distance from Dino's, last year for 4 days and ate there every single day for lunch and once for dinner. I got the turkey sub every time. It was just so good. My husband switched it up and got several different things, all of which he absolutely loved. He especially loved the cheese steak, but he also tried the meatball sub and a burger and was more than impressed. We are going back to stay next month for several days, and I cannot wait to get back to Dino's. I will do my best to try the pizza this time :) I'm sure it's also wonderful. Update: we revisited Dino's this past weekend during our stay and we were beyond impressed once again. Not only was the food incredible (the bread and cheese on their subs is to die for) but the service was top notch. Art (sp?) is a super cool guy. He greeted us with a smile right off the bat and talked with us while we were there and again we came back later in the evening. The girl (not sure if her name) worked her butt off as she took orders and seemed to also prepare a lot of the food. She was also very friendly. We did try the pizza this time which we were very glad about. Delicious. Already looking forward to visiting Dino's again next year. This is just a little hole in the wall pizza shop and bar. We ordered 2 pizzas and a salad- both were good. We had good service as well. The food was okay but the customer service was terrible we waited at least an hour for our food after I asked what was taking so long. I believe our food was given to other guests, but was told different. This place had "No Refunds" placed on the overhead menu... this I should have seen as a red flag., also they did not give free refills on drinks. When I went to complain about the wait for our food the 15yr old waitress said that there was no manager on shift and when asked to speak to someone in charge the 15yr old waitress said that her mother was there but she would not come out and speak to me. The offered us refills on our drinks that we did not need and free fries because my children were hungry.., I did not want compensation of food, all we wanted was acknowledgment of what they did wrong and and an apology. If ever in Myrtle Beach, SC, DO NOT EAT AT DINO'S PIZZA BAR & GRILL!!! Terrible customer service. My husband and I ordered wings initially. Then ordered fries shortly after. After waiting almost thirty minutes, i assume the owner brought the fries to the table without the wings. He said they would be out soon after checking our first ticket to make sure we ordered wings. Well, after seeing a family taken wings who came in much later than us, i called the man back over. He stated that he only took pizza to them which still doesnt explain why we didn't get our wings first. He argued with me about that family not having wings so I told him thst the lady working the cash register took them out there. He then tells me it will be twenty five more minutes because the wings had to be "fried hard". WHAT??? Then i see them go to the table to check their ticket. It was a busy Friday night and they were swamped. We ordered the shrimp basket and it was crunchy and fresh; their wings were really nice and crispy and good flavor. Pizza was ok, not the best and it took a while to arrive and was lukewarm when we got it, but not bad. They take credit cards but there's a $10 minimum purchase required.
