This place is a nice Dions restaurant and they have improved in customer service since my last visit. I also noticed that the restrooms were more sanitary and supplied with enough paper toilet and enough paper towels. The restrooms also have a children changing stations for mother's. I particularly like the half salads available at Dion's. The chef salad is one of the best. Good size and reasonable price. The garlic toast is also a good side. I probably would of rated this particular location a 4 star, however, I noticed while dining in the tables had not been whipped down and floors were not maintained. Stopped in on the way to meow wolf, grabbed a slice of pepperoni and green chili's. They cook it fresh when you order so I had to wait about 10 mins before it came out, but the crust was had the perfect crisp on the outside and was soft and fluffy inside! Pepperonis were crisp and curled at the edge as they should be, the green chili's were marvelous! Ranch was .55 cents but worth it! So good They even sell it by the bottle! read more

you can't place an order online and they do not answer the phone to place an order. Forcing you to wait in the pick up line to place an order and then wait. They did not bring our order to our car we had to get back in the line of cars to pick up our order. I guess they don't like money or want business. read more

Let me preface this by sating I onlybwrite reviews for stellar experiences and completely awful experiences. I wish my experien e at Dion's was stellar. I ordered online for pick up to save time for my hungry family. Only a 30 minute wait for pick up (or so I was told on the website when I ordered). When I arrived after 28 minutes I went to the pick up window (which is apparently only for in house orders) and was told I needed to wait in line. Nevermind the order was already paid for and there was about 20 people in line. It took another 18 minutes to get to the front of the line to collect my mediocre pizza. I ordered online and it said my ONE pizza would be ready at 5:25 pm. I got there at 5:40. Wasn't greeted by cashier. Just stared at me until I started talking . He came back and said my order would be ready in 15 minutes. Which would mean I have waited over an hour for one pizza. I paid online and wanted my money back. So the manager (Jen) who looked 15 years old never apologized and said she couldn't refund my card. All she could do is cancel my order in system. These kids need adult supervision. At this point we are hoping they actually give us a refund. This is the third time that we have ordered from this location and haven't received the correct order. Each time they have said that Door Dash was at fault. BUT... we order from Door Dash frequently and receive correct orders ALL the time. Not with this Dion's location. It's too bad. read more

Due to short staffing online ordering can not be picked up. Have to wait in wrapped around line to go thru their drive thur. Be prepared to wait for an average 45 minutes for greasy pizza and brown salad. Dominos is cheaper and has easy pick up inside for carry out. Also want local go to backroad or uppercrust Dion's is not worth it at this location. read more

ordered on line and was told i could pick up my order at 12:24 , drove up to the window and was asked to pull into the parking lot and my order would be brought out . i waited twenty minutes and finaly decited to go in . they had not started on my order and i was offered a free brownie to calm me down, i passed and told them i just want my order. fifteen minutes after i walked in i got my order . fifty minutes to make one sandwich !!! never again , subway is right across the street and has never taken longer than ten minutes. read more
