Legitimately the worst Dior I have ever stepped into. First of all I waited in line for over 30 minutes to enter, that was not issue at all I get it's Valentine's Day. However when it was my partner and I turn to enter, they allow the couple behind us to enter the store no biggie but the sale associate that was supposed to help us end up completing ignoring us but helped out the couple behind us LOL. I guess you have to wear to wear a Chanel bag classic flap to get better service in store. I spent 20 minutes waiting for SA to approach me to ask me what I wanted. I came in specifically for a saddle bag or a groove 20, I just needed to try on to see which purse I liked more. I work in an industry where folks make commissions, it is wrong for a paying client that is about to hand you thousands of dollars to feel like they to have to flag you down especially in a designer store. Unfortunately I circled the whole store not once was not acknowledged, got tired as soon I walked out my partner and I was getting ready to leave out the store guess who we see SA who completely ignored us for Chanel couple that did not make a sale and had the audacity to ask us if we found everything okay as it looked clearly looked like we were leaving... Honestly the money we would have spent at Dior we spent it at Louis Vuitton in Bloomingdale's because they treated us better there. read more

I was sold glasses that had a deep scratch in them they were presented to me greasy so I couldn't see the scratch also I asked for a bracelet I told her it was for a women but didn't mention it was a men's bracelet just that men like women's bracelets and vice versa. This is my first time, and last time, shopping with Christian Dior because of the awful customer service I received from this store. I worked with Caroline in the store to purchase a purse through the mail (UPS). She guaranteed that the UPS package would require my driver's license and signature to be delivered to my house. She also said she would text me the tracking number. After 10 days of no communication, I reached out to Caroline - no response. I finally received a text from Dylan two days later saying the bag "will be sent to you by tomorrow EOD." Again, no UPS tracking number. When I arrived home from work 17 days after I purchased the bag in store, the package was in my house (even though I didn't sign for it). When I opened it, the bag was beautiful but looked like it had been used. I brought the purse back to the store in its original packaging and was told I couldn't return it because it looked "used." Also, Caroline no longer works at Dior, according to the Asst Manager, LEON K. Leon also told me in the store that he would secure images of the purse before it was shipped to me to prove it wasn't used. I never heard back from LEON again. I have Ring camera video footage to prove I didn't sign for the package. I've tried working with the SF Dior store and they referred me back to this store. Dior at Valley Fair mall sold me a used bag and won't do anything to make it right. I still have the bag in its original packaging, never used by me, and I'm hoping the Manager (Jin) will do something to make this right. Until then, this review stays on Yelp, and I'll never make a Dior purchase again. read more

3 months later. I still don't have the charm for my lady dior that they said they were going to ship to my house. I called the store 3x and never was given any resolution. They were just saying they would call me back and not even a call back from my SA was done to let me know what is going on. They said the charm was never sent at all. I could've come back to the store physically but it would be a 2 hr drive from where I leave which is such a hassle. It is really disappointing to shell out that much money to for their products and get this kind of customer service. This is an update review. It could have been worse of a review if I had actually been let in and there was no line (cyber Sat)This has been an ongoing "tunnel vision" issue really since the store opened. I understand that the store wants to limit traffic, but what they are doing by slowing down the traffic (even for repeat customers who buy) is that the store wants to attach an associate (on your back) rather than letting you browse. Its silly and yes even on black Friday weekend this store and it is the only one in all of the Mall its just not going to be a place where you can simply "run through" get ideas then come back etc. Even Hermes at Stanford has now "thrown open its doors" a move I was actually surprised on my last two visits.. They let you browse and if you want a size etc you simply wait and ask etc. Dior needs to get a clue. I was in London a month ago and all the boutiques (Harrods, Bond Street(though some lines but it moves quickly). I can go else where to drop my money which for this BRAND wow . Again I literally watch the only people in line just well leave. Five people came out and I was the only one in line. The guard had simply no idea when I would be let in and its irritating watching a sale in progress and well we are all busy. We can't just sit outside "to be let in" . Silly they have to get a grip. Corporate has to intervene or pretty soon the reviews will be one star and that is horrendous for a boutique high end brand such as Dior. Sad. read more

Super happy they finally added Dior to Valleyfair! My go to gal is Anh. She's always super helpful & kind whenever I visit and makes each visit so seamless! The security guards are also so nice! The lines can be long here, but if you're able to wait and find an SA you can build a relationship with (preferably Anh!), that's the key to avoiding the long waits. The process that this company makes you go to return an online item is horrendous! Bought my wife a tote, she wanted the smaller tote. We were going to return the bag at their store but because it was purchased online it had to be returned via UPS. Didn't have the packing slip with us, so we decided to still buy the medium tote and return the next day. I scheduled for UPS to pick up at 8-12pm... no one came to pick up... I took back to Dior store to have them ship it out to make sure there would be no hiccups. The line was only 4 people ahead and we would have to wait... I became really frustrated that a brand that charges an arm and leg goes through hoops and bounds to get a refund. I shipped out the return on the 15th. My package got stuck somewhere in LA for days, to finally arrive confirmation in NY on the 27th. They said they would review it... instead now it's the 4th and I only get a notification that my return was cancelled with a notification that I will be getting the bag back on the 10th. I've got 30 days to return this item. Will I be SOL? This process is horrible, do not buy anything online as it will be a headache and deal with in-store only. If it's too late to return the large tote, I'm going to go and return the store bought item. Such a pain in my ass, that I'm going back and forth to make a proper return! Rude experience unfortunately. I came back to change sizes for a pair of shoes. My boyfriend and I were rushing around to do holiday errands and were dressed down, wearing sweatshirts. Upon arrival, our sales consultant obviously looked us up head to toe and then rudely asked us, "What do you guys want?" No worries, everyone has bad days, but as we returned the shoes and tried on other shoes to find the right size, it became more evident that he did not have any intention of helping us beyond throwing shoes our way and then walking away. It's a little disheartening to be treated this way and made me feel uncomfortable as we wanted to shop more. In addition, he never made eye contact with us, did not say goodbye, and rolled his eyes when I asked for a new bag as the handle on mine broke. While I understand we could have looked a little more put together, I thought we all learn to not judge by appearance. On a good note, the security guards are so sweet and apologized for our bad experience. Might have to order online from now on. read more

Horrible customer service. I called the store 5 times to check the availability of an item and each time I called no one picked up. What's the point of having a phone number if no one's going to answer. It's ridiculous anyways I finally got a hold of a sales associate who had an attitude for no apparent reason. They need either start answering the damn phone or remove the number because it should not be this difficult to contact the store. Well. It pains me to write this review but here I go. First, I love Christian Dior. I am always searching the website/ visiting stores when out of town and purchasing items. I live in the Bay area and the nearest store for men's clothes is at Westfield Mall in Santa Clara. That said, I have never physically gone into the store because of what I have heard to be poor customer service by friends and by Yelp. So I was in the mall and decided to give them the chance and I am so sad to report the reviews are correct. I ordered a shirt and was told that it would be in around 1 week. I was told to follow up midweek for status which I repeatedly did with the rep via cell. Initially never heard back so called the store and after many attempts, someone finally answered and told me they would check the status and call me back and never heard back. Eventually, I just called back and finally got a hold of Alex the manager who was very polite and apologetic and I canceled my orders. I understand that orders take take to come in but I felt like I was having to beg for updates on status. Just sucks cause I was so hoping the rumors were not true about the service and I could pop in and out and get my favorite items. Back to ordering on line. read more
