My daughter went there to get silver purplish hair color (her hair is already bleached and ready to go). She ended up with blue and green. The roots were dyed correctly but this lady decided to do her own spin and dyed the rest blue. She charged my daughter $320 for doing something my daughter did not like. My daughter ended up with this hair to attend a much awaited event! I feel like she was taken advantaged of because she's young and timid. I really love my hair cut! Christine is great, took her time and friendly. Very straight forward. She asked me what kind of hair cut I wanted and I showed her a picture of how I wanted my hair. She said ok, I can do that. Usually, when I go into a hair salon the hair stylist gives me suggestions on how my hair should be whereas Christine listens and she's happy to cut my hair the way I want it. Christine did an amazing job with my hair! the last stylist I went to didn't know how to work with thicker hair so she just did a straight across cut and had me out of that chair as soon as she could, ruined my hair and I had to wait till it got long enough. My mom and I wanted to get our hair done for a religious holiday and only had less than a day to find a place to book an appointment. After messaging several places on Yelp, I came across Dior Studios. Christine was prompt with responding to my messages and was incredibly sweet! She called me and we discussed what we wanted and she had me text her photos just to give her some ideas. I told her my budget and she was EXTREMELY accommodating, I didn't feel pressured to get a certain hairstyle or color and she made sure my requests were granted with the budget I had and with regards to my skin tone. She also was incredibly nice to squeeze both of us in on her busy schedule. Christine is dedicated, respectful, honest, humble, and KNOWLEDGABLE in her craft. Her whole studio was clean and she had an AC running and music playing for a nice ambiance. She was kind to offer me snacks and water and checked in to make sure I was okay, and also made sure to sanitize the seat and all her tools throughout the entire process. I could not have gone to get my hair done with anyone else. I received so many compliments the next day and I was beyond grateful for her giving my hair the glow-up that it so desperately needed. I wish I could give Christine more stars. Such a wonderful lady - very clean salon - and she offers ALL the services (including massage - for women only). I was unhappy with the cut I got from my last person, and I had put off getting my hair cut since them. I showed Christine what I wanted and she gave me a great haircut. I tried this place out as my regular hair lady and I couldn't find a good time to set an appointment on a week that I had a ton of social events, so I tried out this salon by sending out a few Yelp messages. Christine was kind and made home for upon short notice, but I wasn't very happy with the service itself. I asked for wash, volume, teasing and curls and she was kind of vague about letting me know the price later...it was wayyy more than any salon and I let her know so she kind of evened out the price saying if I come back every week she'll keep it like that. Unfortunately, she ran out of hair product, rushed my service, was on the phone the whole time and did not wear a mask. I wish she had tried a little harder and I would have gone back, but she told me the next day she'll redo it if I bring my own product. It was too much work at that point so I was overall unhappy about the experience but I'm giving 3 stars for her apologizing and offering to fix it. read more

It's been a year since I got a haircut, and it was definitely time for a change. i asked for layers but keep the length, and she delivered. It's her own little workspace in the garage, it's cute and super clean! Christine is a huge sweetheart and wants to make sure you like what you see before you leave. if i could give it 0/5 stars i would. the first picture is what i asked for and the second is what i got. i was very unhappy and she still wanted me to pay full price, she was very rude and called me disrespectful when i tried to talk to her in the nicest way saying that i was unhappy. as you can see this is nowhere near what i wanted. i offered to pay a fraction of the price since it was not what i wanted at all and she didn't let me leave. i am not really a "karen" if you will but the difference between these two pictures is very different. She was very disrespectful when i told her i was unhappy and didn't want to pay for something i didn't ask for. she then called her husband who not only was very belligerent but proceeded to call my boyfriend and i broke because we didn't want to pay the full price and he was saying we don't have enough money. when the whole reason why we didn't want to pay is because we didn't get what we asked for. we called the cops because she held us against our will and in the end i paid 200$ for what she did to my hair more so just for the products because she was trying to charge 350$. overall it started out good she was taking care of me but in the end she didn't really care for what i wanted. read more

She was so hospitable and I love that she has her salon at her residence. She was so inviting and kind. I chose her because of the color work I saw on her Yelp. My hair was wrecked after having extensions for way too long. I have fine hair that needed a lot of TLC. She gave me an awesome correction cut because I had cut my own hair. She gave me a full highlight and was so tedious in checking my ends to make sure the bleach wasn't left on too long. I specifically asked for non brassy blonde and she was able to give me a highlight with the violet tone on the ends that I wanted.
