Beautiful establishment with a fantastic happy hour menu! I tired over half of the items on the happy hour menu and they were all delicious and came out hot! I highly recommend this place and will definitely be back. The only reason why I didn't give them a 5 star review is because of the service. It wasn't crowded at all and the waiter was slow to attend to the needs of the table. My water ran out a couple of times and at times I was looking for someone to order another drink or menu item. I'm currently dining at diosa on Valentine's Day, and although it's clearly busy, the overall experience has been disappointing. When we arrived, we were given a buzzer to wait for seating, which felt more like a fast-food system than a sit-down restaurant. It set the tone in a way that didn't match the atmosphere the place seems to be going for. After being seated, I noticed the use of plastic napkins instead of proper cloth napkins, which made the setup feel less polished. The biggest issue, however, was the wait time. It took about an hour for our food to arrive, which is excessive even on a busy holiday, especially without clear updates from staff. The printed menu is also poorly designed. The text is off-center and difficult to read, which makes ordering more frustrating than it should be. The staff themselves have been polite and professional, so the issue does not seem to be with them individually but rather with how the restaurant is managed. Finally, when it came time to pay, we were handed a loose receipt with no check presenter, which again felt informal and unorganized. Overall, despite the holiday rush, the service flow and attention to detail did not match the appearance of the restaurant, making the experience underwhelming. read more

I'll talk about the last couple of dishes I've enjoyed here. -The Food Recently, I've made it a point to come out and try the weekend brunch menu. I've tasted the Avocado Toast, and on another occasion, I tried the huge serving of Chilaquiles. Both are amazing dishes, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. -The Service Up to now, I've had great experiences with my servers. They provide excellent service that aligns with the beautiful aesthetics of this place. -The Ambiance This place has a very nice upscale environment. I love my Sunday brunches here. Good Happy Hour! I enjoyed the chicken quesadilla. The staff were very friendly, especially our server, Danny.

We came in about 12:15pm on Saturday. Asked for a table for 4. We weren't told there would be a wait, just they would let us know when a table was available. After 20minutes, a party of 6 walked in without a reservation and were seated within 5 minutes. We let another 15 minutes pass by and asked about the table. We were told the full party had to be here prior to being seated. This would have been ok, if we were informed of this requirement prior to waiting over 40 minutes for a table. read more

The young man who served us was so friendly and polite, he made our drinks with love and treated my husband and I to a lavender champagne and dessert. The food was perfect! Don't really understand why you have a reservation system and still have people wait. Just FYI, if you have a reservation, you will still end up waiting over 30 minutes. Update: we got seated after waiting 45 minutes. We didn't get our food until 9:45. Our reservation was at 7:45. KBBQ has a limit of 2 hours. It was astonishing how long we waited. Servers, you won't be seeing much of them also they're dressed like Old Navy Employees. The fajitas had a gross sauce on top and a bunch of greasy fajitas. The beans tasted like canned beans. EYUCK! Don't know why we bothered to ask for a dessert menu, never got one. At this point it's already 10 pm. Honestly don't waste your time at this place. It's a want to be Javier's. Bad service, food is mid, no flavor, no salt, no steak knife's. Want to be high end restaurant that lacks class and service as well as quality. Valet as soon as you walk at the front door lobby girls are cute and nice the servers were really cool and shout out to the shot server she made our night.
