Very little customer service or regard for what a customer wants. Came in for pedicure and dip manicure. Was put in the pedicure chair where the man quickly came to start on my nails. Had absolutely no time to pick the color that I wanted, even showed him a picture so he could help me. Told him I wanted it exactly like the photo but he was more concerned with how fast he could get it over with. I would much rather relax and enjoy my pedicure instead of having someone try to file off my dip polish and burn me. I was in the salon for 35 minutes. Worst experience I have ever had. Was also charged wrong on my card. I am not one to complain but I am paying for a service, I would like it to be enjoyable and not feel like an inconvenience. read more

I don't even know where to begin besides the customer service and at home quality they have at this nail salon is top-tier. I've been going here for almost 8 months now and have never had one complaint. The atmosphere in here is amazing. I specifically go to Cindy and she does an amazing job every single time it takes her time. Everyone here is not in a rush to just get your nails done They do what you want and deliver it. Had a gel manicure three days ago...polish was not applied all the way to my cuticles, so after 3 days, it looks like it has been weeks since I had them done. I called today to see if I could come in...they said they had availability...UNTIL I told them I needed a redo and all of a sudden they were booked solid. Went in today to get my daughter a gel manicure for her bday and my daughter was so excited to get the full manicure service that we've gotten at all the places we've gone before.. they typically soak your hands- clean up your cuticles, clip/ file- paint and then finish with some sort of little 3-5 min hand massage w lotion at the end and put some cuticle oil on ur cuticles but this place didn't do any of that- she came in sat down and instantly started drilling her nails, gel applied & cured and was done. When paying for a gel manicure I expected more then just applying polish and being done. They do offer a "paint on nails/toes ONLY" for way cheaper then a manicure/pedicure but I don't know why I paid for a manicure when all they did was paint them and tell her she's done.. if a paint and go is one price and a manicure is like $15 more you'd think they would actually do more then a paint and go.. Maybe they just did it that way cuz my daughter was young? But that's kinda messed up cuz I paid the normal price.. my daughter gets nail services often and is quiet and extremely patient so idk ‍ the lady wasn't very welcoming to my daughter didn't even make small talk or say hello just asked "what color do u want" and never said another word.. it's fine not everyone has to be talkative but you'd think you'd greet a kid or ask if today is a special occasion or ask their name.. just to be...welcoming? To be fair the nails turned out decent, no complaints there but it's only the first day so I can't speak to the longevity.... The receptionists up front are very kind tho and the facility is pretty, clean and nice and cool so that's great as many nails salons are small and hot. So figured I'd write all the pros and cons. read more

I don't know what happened to this place. They just don't care at all about the customer. I have gone here more than 10 times. It's close to my house. I wanted this to be my place for nails. But the techs here are just too careless. I have long natural nails, the tech over used the drill and made them super thin and then bend my nails while removing the remaining dip product. When finished I felt like they were not as strong as usual. I was right because three of them cracked within two days. When I went to have them repaired the woman who sits in the first chair on the right refused to fix my nails! Yes she refused to repair my nails unless I had them replaced. She kept saying I needed a new set. I said these are my nails, a new set of what??? Pass up this place. They need serious customer service training. Why open this type of business if you wanttreat people like that read more

The owner did my nails and after I looked at them they were all crooked and the polish didn't cover my nails completely. When I asked if she could fix them she tried to say they are supposed to look like that because there coffin shape but they actually square shaped. She then tried to file them for me as a fix which was not fixing the issue as it's now making them very short. I got my toes done as well by Mia and she was amazing and very sweet and did a great job. read more

I usually go here to get my nails done and they usually look great everytime! However this time was not the case. I asked for an ombré nail look. She laid down pink acrylic powder and then went over it with polish in pink and white. Any place i've ever been aside from here does the ombré with the acrylic not polish. I was in the chair for two hours and the length and shape do not look cute for the eye at all. The nails are far off from the inspo pic as well. Cindy started off on my nails and then another lady came into help with the polish ombré. Filed down the length and absolutely messed up the shape so that upset me. and then when i brought it up to her she said that she offered to stay and that her child was in daycare and that if i wanted them finished it could be by her or i would wait for someone else. and was very rude about it. So i told her she should finish and she went on and did. The set was $92 Dollars which to me is just absolutely ridiculous. At the end of the day i will not be coming back i don't think because up until now the service and everything was great everyone was really nice. Came in here not too long ago to get my nails done, I decided on acrylic nails and I wanted to an ombré pink and white color. Here's where the problems started! So the person that did my nails was named Danny. Not only did he refuse to paint my nails the color that I WANTED! He also called me boring, and as if calling me boring wasn't rude already, he kept on insisting another color. I refused multiple times politely but he kept on insisting it would look better. Instead of creating a scene where I would be gawked by everyone around me, I went along with the suggestion, peer pressured into it. During the service this guy never listens, always getting distracted and is off in his own world (fitting for someone who peer pressures me into doing something I didn't want) doing whatever he wants even though I complained many times he was being too rough and carless with my hands and that he might cut me. This Danny has his head so far up his own rear he can't even hear anything. After it was all done I looked at my nails with disappointment because they looked terrible, so bad as if my 1 year old daughter had done them. If I ever decide to come back here I will make an appointment to see anybody else but not Danny! read more
