My wife and I visit this nail spa about every three weeks and both get a pedicure and my wife a manicure. We always make appointments with Dion and Heidi and both are excellent. Very friendly, strike up funny and entertaining conversations. We have reached the point where Heidi charges her portable fan for me each time I come in. We highly recommend this business and if possible ask for Dion or Heidi. You won't regret it.

SOPHIA IS AMAZING GO TO HER!! She did so well with the shape and length, the nail is perfectly smooth and has imperfections! Recommend her totally !!

This week, I experience Dip nail spa for the first time. I've been to a few different nail salons in this one by far exceeded my expectations when I called and made an appointment. They were very nice and accommodated me the same day. I was fortunate enough to get Linda who kept me smiling and laughing With her fun stories and her good nature as she did my pedicure. The environment was clean and well kept and the workers all seemed very friendly and happy after my pedicure was done. Kim did an amazing job with my backfill and gel nails. she took her time and it showed, I love my nails so much and I've already gotten a lot of compliments. I will definitely be coming back again.

I was the winner of the latest LV bag raffle! Thank you SO much Dip Nail Spa! I have been a customer for years now. The owner, Kim, is always very welcoming and Heidi is an amazing nail tech. The salon is beautiful and well kept.

It was my first time going to this nail salon, Cindy did my nails and they turned out perfect!! She was efficient and very personable. My 5 star review is purely attributed to Cindy and her work. However... there was a bit of tense energy when I came in. A nail stylist scooted my chair over (without asking or saying anything prior) to squeeze in her client where I was sitting because the nail light at the other station broke - moving me in the middle of 2 nail stations. The client chimed in saying she didn't feel comfortable moving me when I had been waiting. My mother in law who took me to that salon as a treat on her also asked why I was being moved. The nail stylist started to argue with the other employees causing a bit of a scene and ultimately grabbed her things and quit - leaving her client with unfinished nails. I was more so confused but was in good spirits - I had to wait an additional 30 minutes but was glad I got paired with Cindy. I understand the holidays are stressful and it must get overwhelming with walk-ins so I don't put it past her for walking out honestly lol. Just wanted to provide a bit more context to my entire experience so my review isn't misleading.

I have been enjoying this new nail establishment for a few months now. I go into the nail spa thinking I want to work with one individual, but they are inevitably off for the day or on vacation. I am a creature of habit, so I always get a bit worried when working with a new nail tech. Honestly, I have not had a single bad experience with any of the techs whether it be for a pedicure or my acrylics. I have worked with John, Andy, Mindy, and Heidi. They are all professional, efficient, and gentle (I have severe arthritis). read more

I absolutely love this place! I have been to several salons in the area over the years, but this one is my absolute favorite. It's extremely clean, modern, and the staff take all the necessary COVID precautions. Although Dip is their specialty, they have a few staff members who do great acrylic work! Made an appointment for my friend and I At 11 on Sunday. We arrived a little early but we were still seated right away. We both got SNS. There were so many colors to choose from! The ladies that helped us were very pleasant and did a wonderful job. Nails are smooth, and not thick like dip can sometimes be. The owner was so friendly and very funny!!! The inside is very beautiful and the pedicure chairs have a lighted bowl. They looked really cool. My friend and i left very happy and will definitely be back! read more

I got them done just now and I am extremely happy with the outcome. I've been to previous salons and had bad experiences and this was the first time that I left super happy. The workers were very friendly and nice as well as completely heard out what I had in mind and gave me advice. In terms of the environment it was very clean. This salon was so welcoming and service was great. Everyone was friendly. I came in for a soak off after getting my nails done for years. The two ladies I had were very gentle and cared about my natural nails a lot, as well as respected my time to make sure I was ok with staying longer to make sure they got my nails healthy. I just want to tell the world that as a male, I now get monthly pedis at Dip Nail. I used to be shy about it but now it's my go to place. the owner, LaLa made me feel special and comfortable. from the massage chairs to the wonderful way they take care of my feet is beyond belief. I love this place and I love the employees and the value I get for my money is fantastic! upscale location and amenities! thank you LaLa! read more

I love the pricing and most of their nail techs. I have received only two bad pedicures there and I am sure they would have compensated if I complained. This salon is very convenient and priced well with services, so I almost always go her for my nail services. read more

I'm not sure what's going on but my experience was not the best. Went in for a manicure and pedicure with black polish but left out with an incomplete pedicure and no manicure. The lady weirdly cut my toenails off and could not polish. She had polish all over my cuticles and said it was like the because of my toes. Really!! After that they had the nerve to keep asking me to get the manicure...NO! THE ONLY THING I WANT IS TO GET THE HECK OUT OF HERE!! Now I have dirty looking toes because she left the black polish underneath my toenails. Send an ambulance!! read more

Ingot an SNS manicure here by Dustin and it was really great. The salon is brand new and they are fully equipped with plexiglass and taking proactive measures to social distance and keep everything clean. They have the largest selection of colors to choose from, and the technician that did my nails did a wonderful job. The prices are fair and I will definitely be coming back here in the future. read more

LA did a wonderful job on my full set nails. I've only ever had a full set once and I didn't like them so I had them removed the next day. LA really took her time shaping my nails so they are a great fit for me. I wouldn't think I could get nails like these at a salon! Would think I need a personal nail tech. LA is great. My last visit was not great. The man who did my dip nails was in a rush and condescending when i asked him to be more careful with his drill. I decided to give this place another chance so I came in for dip nails and got lucky to get Kelly. She did an ombré on my nails and they are thin and beautiful! Went in for a pedicure and it was pretty terrible. I let the woman know I had calluses and needed her to focus her time on that. I told that she could forgo the massage and just focus on callus and cuticles. Truly the worst experience. When I voiced my concerns I was told she had cancer . Which of course I am sorry to hear. Went in today to get my daughter a gel manicure for her bday and my daughter was so excited to get the full manicure service that we've gotten at all the places we've gone before.. they typically soak your hands- clean up your cuticles, clip/ file- paint and then finish with some sort of little 3-5 min hand massage w lotion at the end and put some cuticle oil on ur cuticles but this place didn't do any of that- she came in sat down and instantly started drilling her nails, gel applied & cured and was done. When paying for a gel manicure I expected more then just applying polish and being done. They do offer a "paint on nails/toes ONLY" for way cheaper then a manicure/pedicure but I don't know why I paid for a manicure when all they did was paint them and tell her she's done.. if a paint and go is one price and a manicure is like $15 more you'd think they would actually do more then a paint and go.. Maybe they just did it that way cuz my daughter was young? But that's kinda messed up cuz I paid the normal price.. my daughter gets nail services often and is quiet and extremely patient so idk ‍ the lady wasn't very welcoming to my daughter didn't even make small talk or say hello just asked "what color do u want" and never said another word.. it's fine not everyone has to be talkative but you'd think you'd greet a kid or ask if today is a special occasion or ask their name.. just to be...welcoming? To be fair the nails turned out decent, no complaints there but it's only the first day so I can't speak to the longevity.... The receptionists up front are very kind tho and the facility is pretty, clean and nice and cool so that's great as many nails salons are small and hot. So figured I'd write all the pros and cons. read more

At first I had a different opinion about this salon. Though, after today I can definitely say I will be coming back. They strive to have all of their clients satisfied and are willing to fix anything to make you happy. Susan did an excellent job on my toes. She was sweet and attentive. Cindy did my nails, she was an expert and knew exactly what I wanted. Reasonable prices and quality work. The salon itself is nice and clean, quiet and comfortable. The receptionist was also very helpful and made sure that I was taken care of. Overall, it was a wonderful experience and I definitely recommend this place to anyone in the Lake Pleasant area! read more

I came into this nail salon with simple request. I didn't have all the time in the world and the nail tech Andy did consider the time he took. However, I asked for dip powder with a chrome overlay and he apparently decided he wanted to do acrylic overlay. I didn't ask for that. I also didn't get acrylic tips or anything put on. These are my real nails. I'm not a fan of how they turned out but more importantly he did what he wanted to accomplish what I asked instead of what I asked. When I got up to the front counter they asked for $80!!! I have never paid more than $65 and that's with acrylics, designs, dip or gel or French tip! Absolutely insane for white tips painted on and a chrome overlay. I will not be back to this place at all. Poor job, poor communication and Rob you of money. I didn't have time to sit and argue about the price but I should not have paid that. They need to make it right! read more

They will charge you anything, ask for the price upfront. They put too much powder so the nails are lumpy. Just bad, go down the street and get better service. read more

My first visit was excellent. My second visit was ok and my third visit was a total disappointment. My nails were rushed. I think the owner did my nails and she was rough and shamed me because my cuticles were bad. The technician doing my granddaughter was rough and dinged her a couple of times. I leave a healthy tip because these people work hard. Maybe it was a bad day. Saturday. Lastly the fumes were so bad. I had a headache after. read more

Sadly, I do not recommend this place, because of its lack of customer experience and vibe. If you want a steller experience go to Polish Room 2 (basically across the street next to Walmart) I am a repeat customer there and they are top notch!!

We came back for our appointments the next day and enjoyed our 1) full body 60 minute massage and 2) 60 minute hand and feet reflexology sessions. Everyone is polite and professional and the facility was clean and neat. Plenty of oil and scent options and the best part is it is not a pretentious setting and atmosphere like so many other are. It's just a great overall value and experience and we will both be back.

10/10 do not waste your money here. I learned that a long time ago but against my better judgement I went there to have my acrylic soaked off since I received a gift card for my birthday. During the initial drilling of my nails, the tech burned me because she was drilling too fast. Then instead of letting my nails just soak, after about 3 min she went over them again with a drill which is not industry standard (I know because I have my nail license in a different state). She proceeded to cut my other pinky with the drill so I asked her to only use a nail file and allow my nails to soak off longer. She seemed to get upset at that and would not speak to me in English even though she had done so before. Someone else came over and asked me what the problem was so I told them and that I only wanted a nail file to be used. Then the woman I'm assuming is a manager came over and sat down. She grabbed the drill and I said "I do not want a drill used on my nails". She very rudely replied "I know" and then put the drill down and started wiping off my nails. She grabbed my left pinky extremely tight and then grabbed the drill again to use on my nails. I told her again that I do not want a drill used on my nails and I will leave if this can't be respected. I had to yank my hand out of hers because she was still planning on using the drill. Words can't express how upsetting this is that she clearly stated she knew I didn't want a drill used but still tried even going as far as holding my finger very tightly. Another nice gentlemen came over to finish soaking off my nails the correct way but even he left me with a mediocre gel manicure. I will never step foot in there again and you shouldn't either. read more

Recently found out my usual nail techs moved to this location (Tee & Sing). I've been to many nail shops and have had my nails done by so many nail techs but none have done my nails so beautifully, give me excellent service, and are so kind and patient to me than Tee & Sing. It's hard to find good nail techs nowadays so I'll follow these two wherever they go even if it means driving across cities just to get my nails done by them....THEY'RE THAT AMAZING!!! read more

She was so amazing and felt like she listened to what I was saying and my concerns. She went out of her way to show me what my nails will look like in order to make sure I would be happy.
