Amazing place! This is the place to go if you want seafood, excellent dishes and great food presentation. The service was fantastic, our waiter was even suggesting a pineapple sauce to go with my Hawaiian shrimp and it was fantastic! The place overall was clean and has a good overall ambience.

The food is amazing. My absolute favorite is the Marlin tacos and the aguachile en molcajete! I don't know if any other place that serves Marlin. Also their mangonada margaritas are very good. We had the pulpo dish the other day and it was super good as the pulpo was cool correctly, therefore it was super tender (No rubbery) and well seasoned. Our server Angie is the absolute best, super nice, super attentive, always smiling and anticipating our needs. Always a great experience with Angie!

The salsa was good. Service slow. Food higher priced than expected and portion small for price. Will not be back.

Overpriced and took too long to serve. The food was mediocre. Probably wouldn't go back. Our server however was pleasant!

Even getting there at 545 on a Saturday night, we had a 35 minute wait. The decor inside is super cool. Since they're owned by Babes, you can see a strong resemblance. Our server was outstanding! Quite honestly he was the highlight of our evening. I believe PJ was his name. So helpful, friendly and funny. Unfortunately, that's where the greatness ended. We both ordered the 10 oz ribeye. I had the squash and my wife had a baked potato. Both of our sides were just barely luke warm. Disappointing. The steak tasted good but also "barely" lukewarm warm. Even when it tastes good the temperature of a good steak is paramount to your experience. Not quite sure if we are willing to try again.

I took a few pictures, and took it all in on our way in. Once inside, there is Western/Mexican art along the walls and comfortable cushioned round-back chairs--very comfy. Slow to be greeted but seated right away. Our server, Jared, did a wonderful job in all areas. I had the 10 oz ribeye, salad, and potato wedges. The wife had chicken tenders, salad, and fries. We got it all started with fried baby portobello mushrooms. My steak, cooked medium rare, was perfect size. Our salad was fresh and crispy (a real surprise). The house fries and wedges were really good. The mushrooms were a great start to our meal. They also have Lunch and Dinner Menu Specials that run $15 and under, with several decent options to choose from. We're very pleased with the value, pricing, and menu options at Sweetie Pies.

They've got the meats! LOL…read more This is my favorite place to shop for meat, fish, seafood, and some hard to find and unique frozen foods and dessert. Wild Fork has better prices on high quality meats than other grocery stores. Their triple blend burgers (brisket, chuck, and short rib) are restaurant quality and reasonably priced. They also have some items you rarely find in America like ground Ostrich. I haven't tried it, but I'm open to it. The staff is friendly and always available to help or answer questions. The store is pretty on the inside and well laid out. I suggest going when you have time to walk up and down each aisle. Even though I have a list, it takes me a while to decide on what I'll buy because they have so much to offer. This trip I got those burgers, brioche buns, frozen yucca chunks, steak, branzino, and a ton of other items that I had not intended on buying, but just couldn't pass on. They do have some nice sales as well! This location is in a shopping center with plenty of parking. The store is medium size, but it will take you a while to get through all the interesting offerings.

I also had a single Raw jumbo gulf oyster and then the fried oyster platter. Both were so delicious. (I wonder if they would consider frying the jumbo oysters?) and washed it down with a huge Michelob Ultra. The perfect after church lunch. Us Southern Baptist worship hard! My wife had the jumbo fried shrimp plate, the shrimp were fried perfectly but the cornbread batter seemed to not stick properly, need to egg wash first?, but was delicious no matter and to top it off she had a large frozen margarita. I tasted it and was glad I was driving and not her! The place itself was Louisiana dive bar vibe, very laid back with plenty of TVs to watch your fave sports team. And the star of the show were the wait staff, friendly and the perfect amount of attentiveness. Two thumbs up. Definitely coming back!!
