Larry and his team put a 4" suspension lift on my 2019 rear wheel drive F-150. I also bought wheels and BFG tires. It took a week to get the parts and less than 2 days for installation. My experience was very positive and I will definitely be back for more upgrades.

This place deserves 5 stars just for being called "Dirty Parts" and having a slogan that is "FOR THOSE WHO LIKE TO GET DOWN ON ALL FOURS." Now I don't know anything about four wheel drives or off-roading, but a friend dragged me here once while he was looking for some special part or something. Being a girl who doesn't know anything about trucks or vehicle parts, I was a little bored, but the people there were really helpful to my friend, who got everything he needed + helpful answers to some questions he had. (No comment about my personal knowledge about dirty parts or about me getting down on all fours. I'm a lady, remember?!)

Another great install from the team over at Dirty Parts. The team always does great job. I can't recommend them more. If you need a good part for you truck, and need it installed professionally, come here. If you want a crappy job, and a cheap part, don't come here. Great and unbiased information flows out of this place.

Lucky my truck didn't burn. Larry is super knowledgable and good to deal with. BUT.... be careful who does your work there. I had a number of lights wired to an sPod. There was a perfect place to run up the wires from the back to the front along the frame, and tie into the sPod. For some reason, the guy that did the wiring thought it would be better to route the wires DIRECTLY above of the exhaust, right up next to the cat. I am dealing with cleaning up melted plastic wire harness tubing which melted in more than and few places and oozed down like lava. The once ribbed tubing is perfectly smooth in many places now. I have no idea how this did not start a fire but I am damn lucky I still have a rig to drive. Going to Re wire here and have a much more professional job and properly routed wires.

I received excellent and professional service from a more than patient Kristina, who answered the flood of my lengthy questions in detail. While the services rendered all came out great and I never had any issues with the products for the entirety of me owning the car, it took a rather negative experience with another installer on my current car to realize how knowledgeable and professional Kristina / Impero actually is. During my negative experience with another installer, I received more support, more useful and accurate information from Impero than from the place I was having issues with at the time. In retrospect, I would've been better off had I just gone to Impero again right away with my new car, but I wanted a specific brand of tint that Impero isn't offering (for good reason, as I now know) so I went with a different installer (who even charged more). I can't recommend Impero highly enough to anyone looking to get their windows tinted, or their car wrapped, Kristina really seems to always keep up with the latest products and knows what's currently best on the market.

I then received multiple delays, first being told it would be ready Saturday night, then Sunday, and ultimately not receiving the vehicle until later. Two days later, I picked up the car and was charged for an XPEL PPF installation and was provided an XPEL warranty. The following day, I inspected the vehicle in direct sunlight and found numerous installation defects also observed damage to two window trim components, damage to paint on the door and found that the reflectors had been covered with film/tape. I then had the vehicle inspected by another professional. Based on that inspection, I was informed that the material installed appeared to be 3M vinyl wrap rather than XPEL PPF. Concerned about these findings, I returned to the Tint World location twice on Thursday, once around 11:00 AM and again around 3:00 PM. On both occasions, no one was there. The store was empty and in disarray. No one responded to my repeated phone calls and texts. I called an area manager at Tint World as well and haven't heard back.

Unfortunately, right after the camera installation, my car started making a noise it had never made before, coming from the same area where the installation took place. Alonzo believes it may be the brake booster. I can't say for sure the installation caused it, but the timing is concerning. Lucky for me, I was helped by Luis and it's safe to say HE HOOKED IT UP! I'm honestly glad I trusted his recommendations and his work. I originally been looking into the Wolfbox 3-channel system, specifically because its popular with the bronco but after explaining to him what I wanted and the kind of coverage I was looking for, Luis recommended the Acumen M4 Quad instead, It gave me four camera channels with coverage for the front, rear AND both sides of my Bronco. I've been sideswiped before, so having that extra coverage was a huge selling point for me. Now when I look at my Bronco and know I have cameras covering all four sides, I genuinely feel more secure no matter how crazy LA drivers / traffic gets. The finished setup is seriously PRISTINE* My rearview mirror is now a digital display for the camera system, and Luis installed cameras underneath both side mirrors that integrate with my turn signals. When I signal, the camera for that side comes up on the display so I can actually see what's next to me which is better than most new-age stock set-ups. But what really impressed me was how CLEAN the installation came out. Look at the pictures! Nothing looks like it was just thrown onto my car. Luis even CUSTOM PRINTED a mount specifically fitted for the spare on my Bronco to get the best possible view of my rear camera. That attention to detail alone showed me I had someone working on my vehicle who actually knew what he was doing. I'm VERY particular about who I let touch my car and I ask a lot of questions. Luis was very knowledgeable, explained my different options, and gave me the information I needed to make my own informed decision without pressuring me into buying something I wasn't comfortable with. Another thing I really liked was the support after the installation. Luis explained that as an Acumen distributor, if I ever have an issue with the camera system or need help with a warranty concern, I can work directly with him instead of having to figure everything out through some random third party or dealing with some long over-the-phone wait to go through some customer service representative. We all know what a pain and waste of time that can be. I really like knowing I can go back to the same person who actually installed it and knows exactly how everything was set up to fix whatever issue may arise with my equipment. The entire installation was completed within one day, the price was very reasonable for the amount of work involved, and I ended up getting MORE functionality than I originally planned for. I'm still planning on doing my stereo upgrade, so I'll definitely be coming back when I'm ready for phase two. For now, this camera installation alone was worth leaving the review. Luis hooked it up, the work is clean, everything functions exactly how I wanted it to and more, and most importantly, I feel better protected driving my Bronco. The pictures speak for themselves.
