Came here for a routine oil change. KENNY helped me out efficiently, personably, and professionally. Probably the first time I got my oil changed and didn't get slammed with 1-3 extra things they wanted to do to my car that were minimally necessary. The place is an eye sore in a crappy part of town but these guys have the customer service that's easy to deal with and they got the job done in a fair amount of time. I brought in a set of two wheels with tires. I wanted the new wheels put on with my old set of tires. I had to explain this 20 times and still there was miscommunication. After everything was cleared up I spent 200$ to have my tires installed with massive clearance issues. Both me and the shop missed the offset. No biggie lesson learned. So I had to spend another 1000$ on smaller tires. I was guaranteed that they would fit. The next day they let me drive my truck off the lot with clearance issues again. The shops idea of making things right was removing my splash guards and wanting to cut into my truck. I ended up cutting out a piece of the wheel well myself because I was not going to trust them with anything else. I made an online appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I made the appointment on a Wednesday for Saturday morning at 11. I showed up and although they had a five hour wait for walk ins, they had my truck up on the lift by 11:10. As I was sitting in the waiting room they notified me of a nail in one of my tires and asked if I had a few extra minutes so they could remove it and patch it. They are awesome. I came in for some tires to be installed that I ordered last week. They had the best price on tires for the amount of miles. Other places were quoting me $800-$1000. They let me know I needed a rear alignment and gave me a discount on that since I got tires there. Service was great, prices were reasonable and definitely will he back for oil change services. This place is a waste of time, steer clear. I took my van in for an oil change, had a President's Day oil change special of $18.99 good through Feb. 28th, 2019. First of all the front desk guy had an annoyed look on his face, definitely not friendly and inviting. They took my information and keys, told me it would be an hour so I did some shopping and took my father to lunch. About 45mins past when they called me and said they couldn't do the service. The tech was having trouble starting my car and it was running badly when he did. This totally shocked me because I had just started the van and drove over, it was perfectly fine. So I went over and spoke with the manager who came out and fumbled with trying to start my van several times, it was a pathetic show as he seemed to be turning the key just enough to get it to turn over but then pulling it back before it fully started. So I told him to get out and I got in and it started immediately, sounded just fine and I even drove it around the parking lot. Then I confronted him with the fact that it started and ran perfectly, I told him he needed a new tech but he defended his right to be incompetent so I just told him I'll take my business elsewhere. Drove my van up the street to Jiffylube and they did the job no problem. This place used to be cool couple years ago, but its under new management and new staff. I will never come here again, good luck to those who do. read more

This place look so sad... the two worker outside looks like they have been sweating like crazy in the hot heat 108 degree with no fans. They also have staring problems.... at my car I'm sure. Tires are not cheap. They are about the same as everywhere else. Small office with AC and two to three chair for you to sit and wait if needed. Friendly and great customer service. They didn't have my tire I needed I was going to have to wait for three days for my order to come in. read more

Update: Took my car to another shop and was told that the previous shop who aligned my car did not knock out the spots needed to adjust my camber and castor. Meaning they did not do a good job on my alignment. The previous shop was Discount Tires Center. read more

Great customer service I needed a set of new tires, I had spoken to numerous DT stores (Blackstone & Herndon)& (Shaw and Brawley). This location was the only DT that was able to find a tire I wanted not just a tire to sell. Above and beyond excellent customer service. Steven the Manager was also helpful in recommending a tire I chose. When I picked up my vehicle with a new set, my wife's passenger side rear tire had a screw so Kenny took action and resolved the problem thanks to Chris for that. Talon identified the issue, and while they were too busy to fit us in, he told us how to get home safely. I was with my family, including two children. This is my second time doing business with them and I also took my mother here today for tires for her car because they have the best customer service. We went for tires (which we both got amazing deals on) and oil changes, I went for tires, an oil change and a break check and I love how honest they are. They could've easily told me I needed breaks because I truly thought I did and they told me my breaks were still good. I feel they have their customers best interest at heart. We were helped by Steven today and another gentlemen but I didn't get his name, but they were amazing. They took the time to explain what they did to the cars and what needed work. Very competitive pricing and good customer service, from their call center and at their location. I was very happy from end to finish. I have done business with America's Tires for years but this time Discount Tires beat them, in price and availability. I've called a few other places to see what my options were. Unfortunately Les Schwab again disappointed me in their selection and pricing. I got my tires installed just hours after talking to Discount Tires over the phone. I would definitely give Discount Tires a try the next time you are looking for a new set of tires. Make sure it's for this location. I called their Fresno location and didn't get the same experience nor pricing. One note to keep in mind is depending on the number you called you might get their call center. I have to say that I am NOT a fan of any repair shop. However, I have taken my car here 3 separate times to have brakes done and I am super happy with the work performed. I called the shop, told them how much money and time I had and asked for an estimate. They were very clear about the prices and told me that if they found the brakes to be in worse shape than anticipated, it could cost more. I expected on my last visit there, that the brakes would cost a lot more, since I was a lazy car owner and waited until my brakes were screaming at every stop. I was pleasantly surprised when I was called and told that the brakes could be fixed for the original amount quoted and that they would be ready in an hour. Very pleased with the service. I will never take any of my vehicles to this store again. I had alignment done on my truck prior to a long trip. Instead of doing their job and inspecting all parts they half assed it and by the time I arrived in Colorado my two front tires had worn all the tread off of the outside half of the tires. Took it to a local shop and $2200 it was done right. Shop manager said he would make it right and never did. I made several attempts to see what the stays was and all I got was a run around. There is a lot of more professional shops with better work ethics than this place please use them. read more
