Liked this place a lot today. It was great. Went in, told.them exactly what I wanted, no issues. In and out.

I've had frustratingly inconsistent service at other Discount Tire locations, but am two for two on good, recent experiences at this location. It's a busy store, and on Saturdays you can expect to wait an hour or more. That said, there is always water and coffee and magazines to thumb through. This place us great! Friendly, prompt and professional. Had a low tire, thought I might be required to replace it, as I had recently replaced the other 3. After inspecting it, they determined that a drill bit was stuck in it and repaired at no charge! I appreciated not having to buy another tire just yet. read more

Had an appointment for 8:15am today and it's 8:45am and they still haven't looked at the vehicle. Why set an appointment if you can't uphold the time. I believe it's because I'm only getting a free tire rotation after I made a huge purchase of new tires 3 months ago. This seems to just be a ploy to get you back so they can keep your business. Don't waste your time with an appointment. Those paying will just jump ahead of your timeframe. read more

Don't believe the free tire patch. They will take your tire off and then say that it can't be fixed. Then a sales person will try and sell you a new one. Also they will not put your tire back on that they had taken off, making an excuse that it is for liability reason. Absolute rip off and dirty business, do NOT go here. read more

I've been coming to this particular Discount Tire for nearly 4 years. Friendly & knowledgeable staff, and they didn't make any real attempt to upsell me. I came in to price out a new set of tires 3 weeks ago, and was advised that they would beat any price I find...whether it was online or at a local competitor. Great start! I did my due diligence...checking online, and local competitor's prices....they were the best around. So, came back to get my set this past week, and decided to splurge a little bit (Michelin, instead of Falken). For a little more money, I got a longer wearing tire, from a company that I'm more familiar with. They told me it would be 45 mins, they came in right around that make....and they knocked the price down a little....no complaints! read more

Staff was friendly, even helped me out on the price a little bit. Recommended the correct tires and got me taken care of. I would give more stars except while my car sat in the parking lot, five guys were standing around inside with hands in there pocket, while one was outside working on another car. I insisted I get them done tomorrow, because I was on a schedule, they insisted they would get it done in time. They were wrong....Now I'm writing this review while waiting to be late to work. Worst customer service! I wish I never bought tires here, everytime I get my tires serviced there's always an issue, been a customer for discount for along time and other locations are good but this location is sub-par. Just to have this discount tire to do their job I've had to call their Vice President for them to preform the work that they initially screwed up! read more

Service is the biggest thing discounted. I scheduled and appt so I would not have to wait. They promised I would be out in 45 minutes. 45 minutes later they still had not started. I had to go, but then had to hang around because they had charged my credit card without having installed the tires. I went to a local garage to a guy who didn't treat my like dirt and the price was the same as this place. I thought the "discount" was on the tires, but apparently it is the service that is discounted. read more

Service is always great at any discount tires, but this location definitely outshines all the others I've been to. They have never had a negative attitude, not even a little, to me or anyone else I've seen walk in. Whatever you need, they try their best to accommodate. The only downside is that they get pretty busy, and it could take awhile to finish your car. read more

Discount Tires never fails me. I had a nail in my tire that the dealership said could not be fixed (the dealership never removed the tire and inspected it). I worked with Martin at Discount Tire, I was there to purchase a tire and he gave me the prices of the available tires. Before we agreed to the sale, he asked if he could look at my tire and have it inspected to determine if it could be fixed. .The next time I looked up, my car was out front and Martin was telling me it was fixed. I left work and noticed my tire was loosing air. I pulled into Discount Tires and had an air check done. The tech stated it appears that there was an issue with my tire and recommended that it get checked out. I received great customer service from the start. My tire was looked at quickly even though it appeared the store was very busy. A tech came in and explained the issue and fix it at no cost to me. I have never been to Discount Tires but they have made a future customer out of me. read more

This morning, I walked out of work to a flat tire with a nail in it. I sent my teenage son in to take care of my car and instructed him to call me once he spoke to the guys at Discount. My son called me several times but I had fallen asleep. My son made a bad decision to purchase a new tire and not accept the other options that he was presented. When I woke up a few hours later, I saw what he had done and called Discount and spoke to Ethan. Ethan was very helpful and offered to make everything right. They fixed my tire and allowed us to correct what we had done wrong. I'm truly grateful because I honesty didn't have spare money for a brand new tire. Thanks Ethan and Dustin!!!! You guys rock! Trying to get this place to quote a price for non-stocked tires, order and then wait 8 days for delivery is frustrating. Look elsewhere if you want to be served and respected for wanting matching tires. Tire-Rack serves customers faster. read more

these guys are crooks, my teenage daughter went there with a bad tire, i called and paid for a tire and informed the manager to not do anything else to the car,,,my daughter had her friends mom there trying to buy 4 of the most expensive tires they sold.... long story short , i didnt want THAT LADY to purchase tire for my daughter and TOLD the manager so.... well guess what? my daughter shows up with 4 brand new Michellins.... i took the car back and demanded those tires off my car,, but no refund was offered and some sorry excueses were made,,,, THEY MADE A SELL AND THAT ALL THEY CARE ABOUT.. not the wish of the customer..... read more
