Great service! I scheduled an appointment and they got me in and out in 1hr. Although one of the tire monitors that they installed ended up leaking after I left. I called them and they told me to come in and they would take care of me right away. When I pulled into the parking lot the manager flagged me down and had me pull right in. I think the managers name was Zach. He was super friendly and took care of the issue right away. He also had great knowledge about tires and gave me some good tips. read more

Always get that tire warranty. I've gotten at least four tires replaces for about 20bucks each each of it. ALWAYS MAKE AN APPOINTMENT ONLINE! This has saved me SO much time. I know that sometimes things happen last minute but if you are able to, make an appointment! They have a guarantee that they get you out in under an hour. I think it's 45 mins but I'm not positive. I have always gotten out under an hour. These guys here are always awesome. They work with you in any way they can. They are always busy also. Whenever I have to get a tire replaced, there's always a line and I'm so grateful that I have an appointment b/c if you're just waiting, who knows how long it'll take! I've taken all my cars here. My newest one, the tires weren't from here but I had to get a new one and they offered warranty on all of them. Yes. They will sell you warranty on tires that you didn't buy from them. So that was a year ago, I just came back last week to replace another tire and they found gash in ANOTHER one. I was thinking, gosh, now I have to pay for TWO tires?!? Sigh. But then the guy told me that I have warranty on it so it's 18 buck for that tire!! YES! I budgeted for one tire, got 2 tires replaced for the price of 1. :) They have a customer for life! I have never had any issues with my tires. I think there was one tire that they didn't cover but they state specifically what kind of damage they cover and don't cover. I was more frustrated with the warranty company I have through our leasing agency because they lacked the customer service skills that everyone at Discount Tire showed. I felt David really advocated for me with this third party company, and he was working hard to resolve the matter to get me off of the spare I drove around with for a week. The staff is lazy, uncooperative, and refuses to help while watching you struggle to find spare tire. Homeless people are residents on site, staff doesn't respect your time, manager was invisible, No seating, will wait outside and listen to loud construction noise as hours go by - this was our 3rd and last time we will ever use this location. The Friday after the crazy snow storm I noticed that my 3 month old tire was completely flat so I decided to take it here to get it checked out. When I called, they informed me that there was about an hour and a half wait. Even though it busy as hell, I was immediately greeted upon exiting my vehicle and put on the schedule. This team was hard at work and got me out of there in about 30-40 minutes. Sometimes they try to get you to purchase a ton of extras or upgrades, but usually back off when you say no. I have only gotten the occasional push back but all very normal salesmanship.
