I went back the next day and they only checked the engine area and not under my car and told me it's probably because of the gas I use (idiotic and for a mechanic to blatantly lie knowing I don't know much about cars is disgusting.) I had repairsmith come and look today and discovered that this place had drained my transmission. They were not supposed to touch anything that did not have to do with an oil change. The owner Bobby denied that he or his team didn't leave my truck like that, knowing dam well they did. Then Bobby tried gaslighting me saying it wouldn't cause any danger/internal or future issues with my vehicle. On 6/19/26 I came in to get a refund/bolts and he denied the refund saying he didn't leave my vehicle incomplete and basically said the job was done properly. After he denied my refund he only handed me 4 bolts when I told him im missing 6 of them. I have pictures and videos of the missing bolts. Now taking it to a professional mechanic Im missing more than just bell housing bolts and come to find out again they used the wrong bolts for the transmission which caused 2 bolts to break and needs to be extracted. They said they'll replace all the bolts im missing but wont extract anything. Now they're ignoring me for asking why wont they extract anything bolts. He also lied on the invoice stating installation of new bolts but there wasn't any bolts. Lying on a invoice is against the Law. Incomplete auto care Romans 12:21

There were two men outside, one was a mechanic and the other was offering to wash my car after. They were very welcoming and inviting. I came with my dog hoping that she wouldn't be a problem. They were very welcoming of her as well and even invited us to sit inside. Inside there is a barber shop! The price for my emission test was $15. At the end of my service, the mechanic gave me recommendations for my car. I did not get any extra services since I was in a rush, but I appreciated that they took the time to check on my car more apart from the emission test. I have been coming to Mobil 1 since before I could drive, and my parents have always really liked this spot. I'm happy to see the service is still as great as when I was a kid.

I asked him about it and he let me know they do do brakes. I got them changed. He went above and beyond to make sure I was safe. My air filter was also changed, per my request. Overall the experience was much better than the last time I went to that same Jiffy Lube. Great job guys. The prices were very fair. No complaints at all. It took approximately 1 hour. For a business that markets itself as a "Lube" specialist, it is unacceptable to be unable to perform a basic chassis lube. It shows a fundamental lack of understanding of vehicle maintenance beyond simply draining oil. If you have a vehicle that requires actual grease points to be serviced--especially older models or heavy-duty trucks--you're better off going to a dedicated mechanic who maintains their tools. Extremely disappointing to see "preventative maintenance" limited only to what can be poured out of a bottle.

Starter receipt: You told me you would provide a receipt for the starter you purchased and installed. I have never received it, not in person, by text, or by email, despite requesting it several times. 2. Claimed oil leak: You told me the original starter failed because of an oil leak and said you would send me an estimate for repairing that leak. I never received the estimate, and I have since had the vehicle checked and was told that the claimed oil leak did not exist, nor was the cause of the starter failure. 3. Final price: The price I was originally given was $515, but I was ultimately charged $624, an increase of $109. I have not received an explanation or documentation accounting for that increase. Preferably, we can resolve this directly. Please provide the starter receipt, an explanation for the additional $109 charge, and a refund of any amount that cannot be accounted for. If the $109 difference is refunded and the documentation is provided, I will gladly update this review to reflect that the matter was resolved. I have attempted to address these issues directly before posting here and would still welcome the opportunity to resolve them.
