However, today I felt like I was on a used car lot and the only after my money instead of trying to help me. I had a sensor light on my dash concerning the TPMS so I made an appointment to have it checked and the tire inspected. Upon arriving for my appointment, Franklin greeted me and wanted to inspect the tire. After telling me it was a simple fix to replace the battery in the sensor, he proceeded to check the other tires including my spare as well as my wiper blades. After which he told me that everything would need to be replaced. Also, because my tires are in such bad shape, he would not replace the battery in the sensor. I asked what happed to it being a simple fix and was told that unless I got a new set of tires (and wiper blades), he would not be able to help me. Now, I understand that my tires are not brand new but they are not bald and have had several recent air checks from the same location without any warnings about bad tires. I hope this company has not changed its business model to be one of upselling instead of helping the customer. Guess I will need to find another location to use.

Big facility with multiple lifts and work stations w/ mechanics/technicians busy working. When the dreaded red triangle of death appeared on my hybrid, I first called the dealer. The receptionist was clueless and wouldn't even let me speak to a service advisor at the Gilbert & Pecos location. I was told my only option was a a $98 diagnostic fee. Then I called APA and spoke with Drew. He explained that their diagnostic fee was similar, but more importantly, walked me through a few things they would try before even going that route. The diagnostic would be a last resort. That alone made a huge difference. When I dropped the car off, he offered me a ride home. I declined and stayed nearby, but the gesture stood out. When I checked back in later, they told me the issue was something super minor - and they fixed it for under $60. Had I gone with that Toyota dealer, I would have paid the diagnostic fee, and who knows what they would have charged for the remedy. Always always read reviews...The Toyota Dealer off Gilbert Road, has reviews showing concerns about repair practices & pricing. The sales side received great reviews, the repair side faces challenges. Bottom line: Drew and APA earned my trust. If I have any future car problems, I know exactly where I'm going. I was actually getting an oil change at the Valvoline location next-door, and wanted to get my tires rotated. I have a 2021 Ford bronco, and unfortunately, Valvoline lifts couldn't accommodate a truck of my size. But I noticed the goodyear next-door seem to have some open slots in their bays so I walked over to ask if they could potentially accommodate my request. I had a nail in the front right tire and knew that I needed to rotate the spare on until I got the nail removed and the tire fixed. Not only did they rotate the tires for me, but they checked out the tire with the nail in it, and informed me that that Tire was not going to be repairable. So the salesman also pulled an estimate up on how much the tire would cost for me to order, as tires for Ford Broncos are not usually stocked by most tire shops. After giving me the estimate, and taking care of my rotation, they sent me on my way, without any charge. Definitely appreciate the level of service and the value!

I plugged in the year, make and model of my car and it popped up with several different tire options for my car. I picked one of the options, snagged a warranty, a wheel alignment then checked out all within 10 minutes . The website was very easy to use and check out was simple . (Big O and Discount Tire take note !). I used Apple Pay so I didn't even have to give my credit card info . It was a no nonsense transaction and I got a screaming deal compared to those other places. An hour later I was at Goodyear getting new tires installed on my car while I was sitting in their waiting area talking to a guy that travels the country with a chicken named Gladys Kravitz . It was awesome. Goodyear has great pricing on their tires and they're warrantied for 80k miles. The other tire shops were 1/4 that mileage and the pricing was outrageous. I'm stoked !
