If you need new tires, tire check, patch-work, etc. you have to come here these guys are the best.... UPDATE, so I came in today to rotate the tires that where recently purchased. To my complete displeasure I was told the front two were bald... they have less than 9,000 miles on them and they were brand new! So Jaz (store manger) explains all my options as he currently didn't have the tire I purchased in store. Long story short he gets me into 2 tires, that he said he uses on his own vehicle and saved me a ton of money... I initially thought it would be free because they were under "warranty" Jaz explains to me that tire warranty's are are always prorated, which means you pay for what you use, which makes sense. Wow is all I can say. I never in my life thought I'd be impressed by the quality of customer service at a tire shop, but this shop is unreal. Saturday morning doors open at 8am and there's a line of 8 guys already lined up outside, that's enough to piss me off if I was working but sure enough 8 happy employees unlocked the door and burst through asking who's first. These guys took care of the entire rush in 5 mins. The icing on the cake, my service was free!!! Big shout out to AARON for turning a bad experience into one I am bragging about! Getting ready for a road trip and had that pesky low air light. Took the car in just to be safe and the folks here found a screw in the tire. Fixed in under 45 minutes. This place is fantastic. The staff were super friendly and so helpful! I got a flat coming into Phoenix. I brought the flat wheel and tire (it was off the car at this point) into their store and they worked around my availability. They patched the tire while I was away, and when I came back they mounted the fixed tire and rotated the rest in about 10 mins. All free of charge! I have been buying tire from Discount Tire for over 25 years and I will keep buying from them . I will not buy from this location not happy at all. Lost a wheel weight off at back tire and went in to have one tire balanced. First they wanted to charge me 40 dollars. I said go ahead not happy about charge then he came in after looking at car and said tire tread was to low and and they couldn't work on tire. I wasn't asking them to work on tire just to balance the rim. Second the tire still had plenty of tread. I guess the honestly of Discount Tire has changed in some locations. I will highly recommend this discount tire location to everybody I know. On May 23rd I was on my way to my daughters to watch her girls when I thought I had hit something. I then realized I had a flat tire. I made it to the discount tire only to find out they had closed at 5 pm, this was at 5:20. They were putting everything away but the Assistant Manager, Joey Nelson was so nice to me. They went ahead and changed my tire and had me in and out in 15 minutes. Wow!! What great customer service. It's been a very stressful couple of months and I finally decided to get out the house and run a few errands. Came out and saw I had a flat tire. Did some quick searching and found this place. Took a quick drive, spoke to a friendly gentlemen (Tyler Foisy), and they had me out in no time. The staff here is always friendly whether over the phone or in person. Usually go here for tire rotations. Went there today and had another great experience. Always happy to help and told me it would take 1hr 30 minutes to complete on a walk in basis. They are happy to please when I requested a cross rotation pattern and to check the spare tire. I was out of there in slightly over 1 hour. Will be back in a year or so for a whole new set of tires. Great people! read more

I have been to this location twice. I was thrilled the first time with the speed and service compared to other Discount tires I have been to. I finally have to leave a review. I had a nail in my tire and called to get it repaired. The wait was about an hour, but they did get me in sooner. The manager Jaz and Justin both did a great job communicating and making the time go by quickly. Being a business owner they did exactly what I would expect my own staff to do. They called my name after about 45 minutes. They were definitely busy, but got me in and out quicker then I expected. Out the door I went. About an hour later. The tire started going flat again. I called and the said bring it back and they'd get me right in. I pulled up, they took the keys. Brought it back. 10 minutes later that manager came over and said they are just going to put a new tire on, since I had a 2nd trip and it took them a while. I'll be back and definitely telling my friends and customers where to get tires. read more

Customer service is terrible at this location. Apparently they will actually go out of their way to be terrible. Came in for a rotation today, Jan 4th 2024, Thursday at 2:00pm. Didn't see many cars as it's not usually a busy time. Guy at the counter was pretty happy to tell me it would be close to a 3 hour wait like he preferred if I would just leave so there would be less work for them. Happily accepted the wait time as I am a very easy going person. Didn't think it would possibly even be 3 hours. Usually if I make an appointment these days it still takes an hour or two anyways. It's after 5:30pm and my car hasn't moved. Noticing now on the link he sent for updates it looks like he scheduled an appointment for 4:30pm because I see a 4:20pm-4:40pm arrival time. Says it should be done by 5:15pm. Apparently walk ins aren't welcome anymore or the guy just wanted to be a jackass. I would have left and came back at 4:30pm. After sitting in the store and listening to the two sales guys at the counter talk with other customers, they clearly are not customer service oriented. You can easily tell that they would prefer if everyone that came in left. Maybe if you buy their wiper blades they'll actually try and act like they care about serving you. I guess like many other low paid employees these days they are all about work avoidance. You can tell it's not their business. Been a discount customer consistently for about 20 years and I think I'll finally have to have the family go somewhere else going forward. In 20 years I've never waited more than 2.5 hours when forced to on a Saturday. It was the fat guy with the little mustache that "helped me" today. It's now 5:45pm and car still hasn't moved. The parking lot is almost empty. They close at 6pm. Can't believe this Jackass went out of his way to make me wait until they close at 6pm because I didn't leave like he wanted me to when I came in. This business will eventually suffer from employees like this. The more I think about it, I'll never be back to discount for a purchase. Unfortunately, it's what the jackasses want... I haven't said a word to them since I dropped it off because I'm afraid they'd make me wait even longer if I'm rude to them. Now that it's closing time, I finally asked for the name of the fat guy with the little mustache and his name is Brandon Shields. Apparently he's the assistant manager. I had a blow out on a Michelin tire that had very low miles on it. As it turned out the tires were kind of old but the manager there called Michelin directly and was able to get it covered under warranty even though it was actually out of date due to very low wear. As it turned out a Michelin no longer made the same tire any more. The manager worked out another deal where he replaced two tires on the axle for the cost of mounting on one tire. I then said well I would rather have all 4 match. He then went and found 4 of the old tires but different size or 4 of the exact size in the replacement tire. In the end I got all 4 tires for the cost of 1.5 tires and I am very happy. I felt like he really went beyond what I would expect. read more

So, I'm an entrepreneur. I own a mobile grooming dog business. I have one of the large vehicles called the Elite. It is a Ford E-450. In the past year whenever I take my my vehicle to Discount to replace a tire or stem they would not secure my wheel cover properly. As a result they would come loose and could never be recovered. Mind you this happened at 2 different locations. I would end up without wheel covers and it was a pain in the neck to replace them. I decided to bring this issue to the attention of one of the managers because this was happening too much. The manager that I spoke to was named Brennan. He sympathized with my dilemma and went way out of his way to provide a solution. He looked up the type of wheel covers that I needed and told me that if I would order them myself and bring them to him he would reimburse and install them for me. So I did and when I received the wheel covers I immediately called Brennan and he told me to bring it right in. He delivered as he promised. My wheel covers look fantastic! This discount tire is amazing!! I just went there after getting a nail in my tire and the manager took care of me. I was really impressed by their costumer service and I will def. be going back. I have had so many bad experiences with getting my tire fix but this place has turned that opinion around. Jesse was knowledgeable and helpful about everything. He wasn't trying to scam me into anything either. He gave me genuine concerns and wasn't pushing me towards getting all those things done now. Top notch tire service. Shoutout to Lloyd who was super knowledgeable and able to get me an insane price on a set of Hankook's during their labor day sale. Their base price was cheaper than Tire Rack, and on top of that the tire was eligible for $75 Memorial day rebate, plus $60 for using a discount tire credit card, plus another $100 from Hankook. Out the door price on 225/45R17 with road force balancing (+$8 per wheel) was less than $250. Literally cannot beat that as far as I know. read more

I stopped by for the free tire pressure check and I am beyond impressed!! They have a separate lane to drive through for the tire check. One of the guys rushes over to do the check but takes all the time you need in explaining the results.
