I waited for nearly 10 minutes before I finally decided to leave, as I went to go and get my tire inflated as my tire pressure light was on. I could see that there was a car in the space where they do the tire inspection., but from the looks of it, it was being worked on, and several people saw that I was waiting, but no one bothered to come over and let me know that there was a wait or anything for that matter. Knowing that I had to get to work, I missed out on the opportunity to get my tires checked, which is really frustrating. read more

This Discount Tire was at the right place at the right time. I had a nail in my tire. Less than a mile and a half to Discount Tire and less than 45 minutes and we were on our way. Bottles of water, comfy seats and a view of my vehicle as the tire was fixed and rotated amongst the others. Once again this is just another reason to always go to Discount Tire. They treat you well, are knowledgeable and are quick to get you back on the road. Discount Tire not only sells tires but also provides the after the sale support especially when you buy the tires from Discount Tire. The value they offer is the best, don't bother going anywhere else for tires. They will also check your air pressure for free. I had Discount Tires mount, balance, and install new tires on my truck. A few months later, without any additional work or adjustments, my truck slammed to the ground as my drivers side front tire rolled on past me as the tire had snapped off. They were never fully tightened, wiggling looser and looser day by day eventually fully loosened causing my tire to vibrate and shimmy until eventually snapping my lug studs and lug nuts off sending my tire driving solo past my wrecked vehicle. Discount Tire denied accountability, responsibility, ultimately leaving me high and dry for weeks without my work truck, my only source of income, on top of that.. having to foot the bill. I was loyal, and only went to them for my vehicles maintenance and needs.. which was my mistake. I never leave negative reviews, check my previous posts/reviews.. absolutely crap customer service, even worse accountability, and pathetic customer service or relations, however you want to put it. Luckily my lawyer said this is a clear cut claim and liability suit which will be settled before the bill gets even more substantial. Shame on you Discount Tire, shame on you Sam Mitchell for thinking you could railroad me into accepting your half ass assessment, and shame on the entire corporate structure/policy for trying to stomp on the small guy. We will see you in court, have your check book ready.. yesterday's price isn't today's price, my lawyers hourly isn't cheap. I stopped to get air in tires as my warning light kept going off tho no obvious lows. They aired up my tires but pointed out a nail in my tire and recommended repair. I opted to stay and get it taken care of. I was impressed with their professionalism, which I had plenty of time to observe since they were busy. I did have to wait a while but was extremely pleased when they did not charge me for this repair! I noticed they did not try to up sell anyone who walked in and in fact witnessed them working out a discount for someone who entered who was in a financial bind, needed a new tire, and needing to travel out of state immediately. Getting new shoes aka tires for your car is never a totally fun thing, after doing some research and comparing several locations in the city, I decided on discount tire, everything I read about theM made me feel at Ease, but I had to call ahead just to make myself feel better. The customer service/sales rep was awesome, when I said I don't want bottom of the barrel, but I don't want to have to sell my kidney. What would I get? All of my questions were answered and I was very pleased with the pricing. I made an appointment and showed up on Monday morning, they got me right in, and had me sit (with a mask on, hurray for covid safety) they placed my new tires on and now my car drives like a dream. The inside is also very clean, and you can sit spaced out which is very important. When I need tires again I'll come here! read more

I had a flat tire which was hard to fix for it was hard to find the puncture. I finally went to DISCOUNT Tires to figure out if it was a minor or severe puncture. Fortunately, it was a small one which they fixed right away. I did not have to pay anything! I was surprised. The staff were super accommodating and nice. I have used this Discount Tire location for years, and had already sent my oldest two kids to them for new tires in the last few years. Earlier this week, my youngest daughter had a tire failure and needed two of hers replaced. Her failure occurred near a Belle Tire location so she got a pretty aggressive quote from them on their low end tire(~$90). I took my daughter to Discount, and showed them the quote. It was going to be difficult for them to beat it because they did not have their low-end (~$85) tire in stock. So instead, they gave us their more expensive (~$110) tire for price of their low end tire, generated a quote for $10 less....and committed to getting the work done that day!!! read more

First service review in a while, for a reason! This will be my second visit to this location within the last two months (no mistake on them) and they've taken great care of me every time. While distancing, they come right out to your vehicle to ask what you need. Chuck was very polite and professional; he made sure to give me enough information and a great price that lead to 3 new tires to go with the one I replaced in March. I made an appointment for 530. I was there a little early so knew I would have to wait. The guy told me 615. They didn't even touch my. At until 553. 23 minutes AFTER my appointment time. It's 630 right now and they are STILL not done! 615 my ass. Two people who were walk-in got in about immediately. This is rediculous. They use to do good work but they have absolutely gone down hill. Definetly not coming to this place ever again. They have no idea how to run a business. If you make an appointment. They should Hold it. If they give you a time they should stick to it. Unfortunately woke up to two flattened tires. My Dad nor AAA were able to change my tires due to not having a special anti-theft key that is required to take my wheels off. (The Dealership's fault). But ANYWAY, Got my car towed at 8am and was out and rolling by 8:38am! Levi and crew were super knowledgeable, and accommodating. My daughter's tire just blew up on her, and we had to have her towed to their store, which wasn't far from where the blow out happened! They were kind, courteous, respectful, reasonably priced and FAST! My daughter needed TWO new tires, and they got her serviced FAST and back rolling in a hour! Awh tires... they are very integral part of your car, and if your like me, you tend to forget how expensive they can be until you need them. This is where Discount Tire comes in. Why I will continue to purchase from them: + Appointments- You can pre-schedule an appointment with them. This is especially helpful during the dreaded Pothole season, especially during the weekends, when this place can get packed. +Inventory - They have a good selection and variety of tires that range in price and warranty. Plus, you can search what the store has in stock prior to arriving via their website +Service - They were fast and friendly. I told them what I wanted and didn't try to sway me. They were also honest in terms of what additional parts I needed. + Location - While not the best location, you can drive right past it if your not paying attention, you are within walking distance to a few fast joints +Waiting area - There are chairs to sit while you wait. +Price - Their name says it all, they offer a discount. I paid about $350 less than my previous time replacing my tires, and that was with additional parts, a higher tire warranty, and service included +Warranty - Your warranty is good at any of their stores, which if you travel out of state, this can be a lifesaver. Friendliest staff around!! After years of service with the Westside location, we moved to the Northeast side and decided to give this spot a try. I am SO happy they are here! Needed a new set of tires for my car after getting 80k+ (on 65k tires) on my last set from Discount Tire. I called this location and talked to Joe (ridiculously nice) and then Chris (equally nice and amazing). Adam (also nice and super funny) hooked me up with a new set of nice tires, with roadside, warranty for replacement, and free rotate/balance for the life of the tires for about $450. Score! i scheduled a time to get my tires fixed during a fifteen minute brake at work and i was able to find the right tires on the website and then called (just bc i prefer a level of human interaction). went in at opening and it was a 30 wait tops to get all four tires changed. customer service was wonderful and pleasant. big thanks to Cade who helped me schedule and then check out. overall, great experience and i will be returning. read more

I had a great experience. I arrived early to my appointment and Levi was more than accommodating to get me started early so I wouldn't have to wait even though I told him I wasn't in a rush. After a quick once-over of my tires, he gave me a few recommendations and didn't try to up-sell me. What a fast and wonderful experience. The unforune of working 9-5 is that everything closes at 6pm. I had to get an emergency tire patch (Carmel, why must you always be constructing roundabouts?????). I walked in and the staff was super friendly and welcoming despite being close to closing time. They were able to patch my tire and get me on the road in less than a half hour. And the best part, the patch was free! read more

Went in last week to get four new tires on my 2008 Accord. Spoke to a young kid who told me they would cost $925. That sounded a bit steep so I asked for a written quote and said I was going to shop around. He seemed kinda nervous about the quote (which he wrote on the back of his business card). As it turns out, he had a good reason to be nervous... I called a couple places and gave them the tire numbers I got from Discount Tire. The tires don't even exist! They were charging me for tires that would not fit my car and trying to make a quick buck. I eventually got even better tires for only $590. Bottom line -- they lie and they cheat. Customer service was good. I would've given 4 stars but the Time was my only complaint. Took 3 hours. However, this is the busiest time of year because everyone wants to get tires before winter so it was out of their control. Even with all the traffic the staff were kind and got the job done. I have purchased many sets of wheels and tires from this location over the years, and I have been very happy the majority of the time. I'll tell you about the good things first. The staff here is always very friendly they are also very knowledgeable about tires wheels in general automobile information. The facility is clean has lots of seating and there is always free water and coffee. location is great if you are going to stay there while they work on your car as there are many places around four food. Let me give you one example of how happy I've been with them. As you all know this was one of the worst winters Indiana has had in history. And as you all know our roads during this winter turned to war zones with our vehicles. Twice this winter I hit potholes so bad that they nearly blew out my tire, and twice I called the store to see if they had my tire in stock, they did not but got one in two days and called me promptly to let me know that it was there. (note: it's not a tire one keeps in stock) once I got the call they had it in I went to the store with no appointment andI was in and out both times and under an hour. Since discount tire warranties their tires it only cost me around $25 in labor for a full replacement. Now the few times where I was not as happy was all because of Poor project management. I had an appointment scheduled for a specific time, I came early in my car didn't get into the bay for almost an hour. At that time they were very busy but customers with appointments should take precedence over walkins. This only happened twice out of the near doesn't times I've been there and was just a time inconvenience. I have Michelin tires on my 2010 Silverado that I had purchased here. I ran over something and it punctured my tire. These are $220.00 tires. I am thankful I bought the warranty because they replaced it at no cost except for $39.00 to renew the warranty. Get a warranty on expensive tires. You never know when you'll tear up a tire.
