BE AWARE AND GET A SECOND OPINION!!!!!!…read more I brought my car (Hyundai Sonata) in to have my air conditioning system looked at because it wasn't blowing cold air let alone cool air just air. I had a thought of what it MIGHT be, but I wanted to have it looked at to discover the root of the problem. After like thirty or forty minutes they told me it was low on Freon. So I'm no expert I just have experience with cars' AC systems and what could happen over periods of time, they could reload the Freon and I be on my way in about an hour, they also offered to clean out the tube to clean out any mold that might be there, but I respectfully declined, they waived the diagnostic fee of $185, I paid $504 for the Freon refill, and I was on my way. Now a week later, my car's air conditioning was starting to blow cold air only on the passenger side and now just air like it did before I had the Freon refilled. So I took my car to the dealership and asked for a diagnostic of the air conditioning system along with a safety recall and we had an answer. It turns out it was the AC evaporator, which was the initial problem because they did a full check. What I mean is that in order to get this figured out they had to run dye through the system to find leaks and remove the windshield and dashboard in order to find the problem. Now this Goodyear, their technician ran dye through the system and DID NOT advise me further about it possibly being something more. When I brought this to them, they did not take me seriously, acted like they saved the dealership an extra step, and told me that they do not do this kind of extensive check because they don't like to throw parts at their customers or due to the size of my car (I have a Hyundai Sonata it not huge but not like a coupe or a Fiat), they also said the dealership cheated on their diagnosis because they used their dye that was still there in order to find the problem, and because of them waiving the diagnostic fee one of their guys did not get paid properly (and based on the technician's response to that it sounds like it had happen before). The technician that was helping me took the quote from the dealership and worked the numbers to beat the quote given and the best they would do was $300 less than the dealership which was almost $3000 and they could do it in one day instead of two days which they probably thought would seal the deal with me and the fact that the manufacturer's guide says it only takes less than a day. All I could think was "NO WAY", they already tried to hide an issue that they decided not to check despite putting dye in my car to check it but refused to touch the inside of my car to possibly find the issue before I even spent the money, when they also claimed their AC technician is the best in the company, well you're not touching my car again and potentially squeezing me for more money. All they cared about was citing their own policy and gloating in the fact that the dealership "got help" from them because they had already put the dye in my car to find the problem.

A worker named James wrote my name down on a calendar and said they would try to get to my car before they close at 8:30pm. There were two other cars being serviced. At around 7pm one of the workers walked into the store and asked James if the car he was working on needed an alignment. James stated yes and the worker yelled "FU@&!!" At 8pm it occurred to me that James never checked me in the computer. I asked him about this and he stated "You're only entered into the system if you have an appointment" At 8:30pm James handed me my keys and said "Sorry we don't have time to work on your tire". And that was it!! Nothing else. He didn't even offer to schedule me an appointment for the morning. Horrible experience. I will be calling their corporate office as well.

Took their time, even showed me the tire in the dunk tank that there was no leaks, and when I asked why it might still be leaking one of the guys said you know what maybe we should replace the valve stem sometimes it gets stuck. They replace it for free and the dunk test for free. Which also meant a lot because I've had to put a couple thousand dollars into my van just this month and money is tight. I would highly recommend this shop. They are very professional very courteous. If I have need, I will be giving them my business in the future.

I've waited 3 months to write this review because I wanted to not overreact in the moment. But I…read morestill feel very strongly about how badly this shop handled our car and situation. Would not recommend to anyone. They had our car for about 10 days longer than they stated it would take. We were told 3-4 days to finish when dropping it off. Their prices were a few hundred more expensive than other shops in town but we setup service with them because we had time sensitive needs to go out of town, and they assured us multiple times it would be ready. They never contacted us about any of the delays, we had to call and ask each time if it was ready yet or when to expect it to be, and they failed each extension of time. We delayed our necessary trip several days trying to be as patient as possible. We finally had to go out of town with a borrowed car. They didn't contact us for several days even upon returning the next week and we had to stop in to try to find out again when it would be or see if we could get it back. They told us it was finished the day before. But yet never bothered to call and say so? How many people can go indefinitely without their car? They added on work, for more costs, and services that we never discussed, agreed to, or requested be done. When we left with the car we got home only to realize they'd not put the engine cover back on and had to return for it, and later found they had not reconnected a sensor they should have. My husband normally does our car repair but wanted to let someone else do this as the transmission needed to be pulled, and we needed to make a 1300 mile long drive with it. We took our car in for flex plate and they took it upon themselves to change the oil and filter without approval. To do extra engine mounts when we had just replaced them and even had warranty on them. We had personally just changed the oil and filter less than 1000 miles before leaving it with the shop. My husband was very specific about exactly what he wanted done. Imagine what they would try and do to someone unfamiliar with mechanic work or their own car needs. They did sneak in everything they could to charge more and did not even try to discuss or keep in contact about these things or delays that come up. They also did not warranty their work - only the parts. Beware.

Last week my tire light came on and I went to another tire shop in town first. I was totally blown…read moreoff and told there was an hour and a half wait. I didn't have time to wait, so I headed to Broadway since it's by my house. They are super nice, he told me to pull right in and was checking my tire pressure maybe 5 minutes after I had been there. He filled them all up and told me if there was a leak I should notice it losing air by that afternoon or the next morning and if I did to come right back in. I didn't have any problems until this morning so after taking my son to school I drove right there. He remembered me and went ahead and too the tire off to check it. There was, in fact, a nail in my tire. He patched it and then double checked it before putting it back on for me. I was on my way after about 20 min. They are super nice fellas and extremely helpful. They also sell new and used tires.
