I had my tires rotated and aligned on 6/17. On 6/18 my husband noticed a small gash in my tire so I went back to Tire Kingdom at 6pm on 6/18. A worker named James wrote my name down on a calendar and said they would try to get to my car before they close at 8:30pm. There were two other cars being serviced. At around 7pm one of the workers walked into the store and asked James if the car he was working on needed an alignment. James stated yes and the worker yelled "FU@&!!" At 8pm it occurred to me that James never checked me in the computer. I asked him about this and he stated "You're only entered into the system if you have an appointment" At 8:30pm James handed me my keys and said "Sorry we don't have time to work on your tire". And that was it!! Nothing else. He didn't even offer to schedule me an appointment for the morning. Horrible experience. I will be calling their corporate office as well. read more

Don and the ASE certified technicians do a great job fixing your car and doing what's best for you and your car. They found a nail in my tire that I didn't even know I had. I would give them zero stars if possible. The first time I left after break repair the breaks were smoking. Returned and after another go they were still squeaking, like they were when I first brought them in. Returned and they said they drove the car and heard nothing. Months later, now in Orlando, and was told by Lakeland location I could take the car to any location to resolve (under warranty). I get to Orlando location, and was told I was over charged, they do not test drive (they did twice in Lakeland), and the did not do what the were supposed to do. Then was told I should have purchase premium brakes. So apparently $400 does not get you premium brakes. Then the Orlando location was going to charge, but changed his mind. I had to ask is this not a chain? Did they not provide sub-par service, and over charge me? I am writing this while sitting at tge Orlando location, so not sure what the final result will be, but wanted to get this out. Stay away from Tire Kingdom, specifically in Lakeland, FL on highway 98.​ read more

Had a sudden flat tire and assumed the rest of my day would go very poorly. I walked in with no appointment and let Adam know what was going on. He checked out my tire, explained my options, and had the team working on my car before I could even sit down. The service was incredibly fast and Adam was so kind and helpful. I received outstanding service at this location of Tire Kingdom. The staff was professional and courteous, even replacing my spare tire up under the vehicle (no easy task) and putting tire jacking tools back in the bag and putting them away in the vehicle! Superior customer service!! read more

Not happy that my 65 year old father took his care here and was taken advantage of. They put on 4 tires for 500 bucks and they smelled like they were stored in a dumpster. I came back in and they looked at me like I was crazy(less than 24hours from install). I told them i wanted them changed they agreed so here i sit waiting on my day off.(July4th) They never apologized to me or offered any compensation(not that I would come back). However working for the biggest hospital in town, it wasn't a good idea to mess with the wrong family. Word of mouth travels fast. Beware if you're older check the car and bring it back or go somewhere elese. read more

Have been going to this Tire Kingdom for 4 years. Had an old car that often needed fixing, but rarely felt like they were trying to charge me for excess things. Even when I had a major repair to some fan in my car and it still didn't work, they made sure they checked warranties in all parts and did the work and replacements for free. Manager Don is super great...remembers me and always makes a point to say hi! During the pandemic, I was furloughed and not using my car much. Found out my car battery was so dead that we couldn't even get it jumped to take over there. Don said to call him back before calling a tow truck. He and a tech came out after they closed and replaced my battery at my house! Really amazing customer service. My husband and I really trust this Tire Kingdom. read more

Always good service from this group. Tanner and les are always pleasant and willing to work with you. Pricing is what you would expect at a shop. They found a loose tie rod end on my vehicle after I complained about poor steering and a crooked steering wheel. I just had a $150 alignment at the dealer two months prior. Returned to the stealership for them to tell me it was normal. Second opinion at tire kingdom proved otherwise. They were honest and really had an opportunity to screw me hard and didn't. read more

Let me start off by saying I drive half an hour sometimes more just to come here to get my car serviced. I have never been let down by Dalton or any of the people who have helped me with servicing my vehicle. I came last year and Dalton helped get me into the right set of tires and I wound up using the warranty on them when a nail ruined my day. Fast forward 12 months and I'm back to get my cars first brake pad change and regular maintenance. Wouldn't go anywhere else! read more

I went to this tire kingdom many of times an this last time I drop my truck off the guy that worked on my truck stole stuff out of my truck. They walso didn't call me to pick up my truck on Sat an they was closed on Sunday an made me late for work. read more

They honestly don't care for customers, it was like 10 minutes before they were about to close I asked them if they can change my tires cause it had a nail. They said they can't but then as soon as a pull out I see somebody else come in and get there tires changed. Yeah I don't recommend going here read more

My boyfriend gets his tires from here and don't get me wrong, the lifetime warranty he gets on his tires is great, and they were great when he took his vehicle in to check out his tire that couldn't keep air, the right front tire to be exact. He asked for a tire rotation and to patch the tire. They told him it would take an hour to an hour and a half, so we went elsewhere. So my boyfriend gets a call saying there was a nail in the tire and he opted for putting it back on because he was okay with filling it up every so often. They ended up pulling out the nail all on their own, without permission and now are now saying because of that, he'd need a brand new tire, which is what we wanted to avoid because if the tire was fixable, it would be covered under the warranty. Despite dealing with that, they forgot to rotate his tires. We had to make a trip back (which not too upset because it ended up being free) but when we dropped it back off, the guy who got in a pulled away revved the engine as if he was mad. I think that was uncalled for, especially in your customers vehicle. read more

I took my 2009 Mini Cooper in for an oil change here around November 5th. It's now November 28th and my car has been spewing oil all over the place and I'm pretty sure my motor is destroyed. I would not recommend coming here for anything! I've had several cars make it to 300k miles never had any motor issues before in my life with any car I've ever had ..I take good care of my cars.. I take my car here one time at 102k miles for an oil change and a few weeks later it's completely ruined ... read more

It's a shame I had to give them even one star. Terrible customer service. Counter employee told us his techs were going to be "pissed" when they saw our truck and what they had to do. When I walked outside to pull my vehicle up to the bay the tech threw his hands up in frustration. I had no idea changing four tires at "TIRE KINGDOM" wouldve been such a problem. I have had multiple bad experiences at this Tire Kingdom. Each time I have brought them to the manager's attention, Lloyd Powers. He really doesn't seem to care if his "mechanics" are doing poor work, lying about services needed or if the customer is unhappy. The general condition of this facility is a great indicator of how they will treat your car. The two other Tire Kingdom shops in Auburndale and the south side of Lakeland are one hundred times more honest, well kept and professional. Horrible will never go there again. Bought 4 tires with 40k warranty brought back with less then 20k on them with belt showing and was told because I didn't get an alignment there is no warranty. Ummmm OK so I paid 400 for nothing. They were rude and acted like I was dumb. They sold me the tires and it is their crappy product. This is a car that I drive less then 2 times a week for local driving. I put 20k on tires from January 2011 to August 2015. It is a well cared for Buick LeSabre. read more

I went in today because my front brakes had a new sort of "bump" while I was stopping. They said they would completely inspect the brakes for free and that is what they did. Mechanic Don showed me what was going on with my brakes, and it was nothing, fortunately. The store down the street quoted me $411 without an inspection. I'm glad I took it to Tire Kingdom. Customer service was excellent, and, again, after all their work, it was FREE. There have been numerous personnel changes in the past few years, but the team they have now seems to be excellent. Don't get an alignment here. They improperly did mine 2 times and left a jam nut loose. My tires are ruined and they blame me for not getting it fixed. read more
