There they filled the brake fluid again . Not understanding we had only driven a mile. ( why is it mechanics dont listen to women. I used to rebuild cars ( old now) Turned out they needed to look deeper , one is the hoses to the ABS was leaking fluid rapidly ( very dangerous). Les Schwab could not repair it nor could their other branch. They recommended another place in town but that place had a 3 week wait. So we took a flat bed tow truck ride back to the coast... vacation cut short. ( the guys were pleasant, they tried , but it would have been faster had they listened to the fact we had just filled the master cylinder , they tried to send me back home through the mountains with a leaking ABS line ( likely we would have crashed)

these people are terrible and have no sense of ethical business! my bf brought in his jeep bc it…read morewasn't driving normal. it sat there for 2 hours and then they insisted on keeping it another day. little did we know that is how they loop you in to rip you off bc at this point they hold your car hostage unless you pay a $150 diagnostic fee he never ever wouldv'e consented to! swtich and bait. he needed a new alternator and they priced him A $900 for an alternator!?! turns out that they were saying that had to remove and refill the AC etc.. and when he said no way can i pay that @$900 we dont have that kind of money they immediately didn't need to do the AC and dropped the price to @$700! at this point trust is breeched because they originally just said we had to remove the AC to install it and the do not credit the $150 diagnostic (that he never agreed to ) towards the new $700 bill that he was quoted (which he would never pay!!! ) they held his car hostage and refused to release it unless he paid the money that they extorted from him and he never signed. they kept saying that they made a 'verbal agreement' but when we asked for paperwork that he signed saying he consented to the diagnostic they had nothing and kept saying verbal agreement! highway robbery. then we called TNT automotive they came right to him, quickly installed the alternator and gave him an awesome honest fair deal , and the whole job including parts was @$320!!! done in an hour. the kicker being that TNT told us that they would've credited us their diagnostic towards the bill! worst customer service at rogue automotive ever and when he went in to confront him about never signing anything for the $150 diagnostic they refused to take any accountability and threatened to call the cops. gaslighting after exploiting people for money. rogue automotive are crooks.

In less than 10,000 miles (about a year and a half), the tires started showing visible tread chunking and abnormal wear. When I had another shop look at them, they estimated the tires had already lost about 50% of their tread life, which is extremely premature. When I first brought my vehicle back to Point S, they told me I needed a rack and pinion replacement and quoted around $2,000. That didn't sit right, so I got two additional opinions. Both confirmed there was no issue with the rack and pinion. When I returned and told them this, they said the original diagnosis may have been a mistake and that they could have confused rainwater for a fluid leak. That explanation alone was concerning. They also dismissed the tire wear as normal, despite the low mileage, visible damage, and feedback from other shops. They did not offer meaningful help with a warranty claim or take responsibility for the situation. At that point, I lost confidence and chose to go elsewhere. Between the incorrect $2,000 repair recommendation and the unwillingness to address what appears to be premature tire failure, I would not return. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion if you're told you need major repairs here.
