Had a hole in my tire and they got me in right away to patch it. Called me a few hours later saying that they stripped my lug nuts and had to have my car towed to get them re-threaded. Had to pick it up the next day and they didn't charge me anything. A month later my wheel was making noise so I took it to get checked somewhere else. They asked who replaced my lugs because they bent my rotor and it seemed to be very beaten. I am now having to go through way more repairs for damages caused by discount tire or wherever they towed it to. I was understanding and trusting in them, but I now know not to trust them. Please be aware that a quick fix with them can turn to a huge issue in the future. read more

I needed four new tires for my car. The employees were quick efficient even though it was a busy time of the day. They were also friendly and ready to answer any questions I had. Most of all, they did not try to talk me out of getting the least expensive tires they had, but accepted my request with questions. The men who installed the tires were also quick and efficient, getting to my car and finishing installing and balancing my tires sooner than I expected. 1. Wait time is long; 3 hours or more. 2. They do not spend time with the customer to explain the options, or the pricing involved. I ended up purchasing 4 tires that I think I paid too much for. Then they added tire insurance for each tire without asking me if I wanted it or telling me how much extra it was. I didn't know until I got home and looked at the receipt. 3. When I came back for my tire rotation, they lost one of my hub caps and they claim it was missing before they worked on it. I know that is not true because I just washed my car and I would have notice it. They also did not tighten the lug nuts to the tire. They were on, and when I got home, which is less then 1/2 mile, they were gone. 4. Bottom line...they just want your money and they have poor customer and service attitude. read more

I made an appointment for 11:00 this morning, and was back on the road by 11:40! Their service is fantastic, and they even put my seat back in just the right position (I'm pretty short). I have to say Cody really made my day. I was going to get the second-cheapest tires for my car because I'm on a very tight budget, but he pointed out that there were other tires better suited for my car with a much higher rating; the only problem was that they were about $50 more than what I could spend. I expressed this concern, and he made me a deal to fit the better tires into my price range. He was not aggressive, but instead helpful, polite, and understanding, and I am very grateful for that. These guys are just phenomenal. I was greeted in the parking lot. I had made an appointment online. I got in and out in about 20 minutes with 2 new tires, like I had my own personal pit crew. Also, my tires were slightly less than I expected to pay - always good news. Discount Tire once helped me out when I was a poor college student and had punctured a tire. They patched it up for free, at a time when buying a new tire would have meant I wouldn't be able to get groceries that particular week. As a result, they have earned my business for life. I made a same-day appointment online for new tires and wheels for a used car I recently purchased. When I arrived at the store, Nick quickly evaluated my car and then worked with me to determine the best package to suit my needs. I expected to have to wait for a few hours while the work was done. I dropped off the car in the morning at 9:00 am .They said they would call me with in the hour was not busy. No one called. I am called at 1:00p.m. They said car was ready to be picked up. When I got there Connor told he called, I told that he didn't call because it would of showed up on my smart phone as a incoming call. There was nothing on my cell phone. I told him that he should not lie about it. It is better to say he forgot , but still insist that he called. That is a big false lie. Sorry, but I will not do business with you guys again. Made a last-minute appointment today, late in the day, to get two new tires. Right off the bat, I was impressed I could get in so quickly. When I got there, I was immediately greeted and helped by Alex. He was extremely personable and friendly and did a great job getting the process started for me. They took my car in right on time and, as quoted, took only about 30 minutes. While I was waiting for my car to be done, I got to witness the hustle and bustle of all of the employees there and, I must say, I was impressed with how hard everyone worked and how well everyone worked together...like a well oiled machine. Those guys really hustle and bust their butts doing a good job. There were several walk-ins while I was there and it was pretty close to closing time but, not once, did any of the employees convey any kind annoyance or frustration by these extra customers and the fact that they were all coming in at the last minute. The employees greeted each and every one of them and, genuinely, seemed happy to help them. When my car was all done, Cyris was the one that checked me out and, he too, was very friendly and pleasant to talk to. It's not often (if ever) that I see the entire staff on a shift seem to really like their jobs and be committed to providing excellent customer service and quality work. I dealt with Jordan recently at discount tire. Lost a day of work because what was supposed to take "1 hour and 45 minutes" took 5 hours. I suppose Had I sat there twiddling my thumbs I would have been serviced properly and respectfully. My husband took my car in to discount tire to have our back tire replaced at 9 am and was told there was 2 other customers ahead of him and it would be completed in 2 hours or less. Instead of waiting at the tire store, my husband Ubered home to get some work done. 2 hours passes and no call. At 12pm he calls and Jordan's response was "I was just about to call you." Okay great is our car ready? "there's a nail in your tire, would you like us to put the spare on?" (What good would that do?) To our utter confusion and disbelief our car was not finished. They discussed replacing the tire (again) and went on with our day, DT was to replace the single back tire. Ending the conversation with "It should be done 30 minutes from now and to be expecting a call." No Call. We drive back over at 2 pm to be greeted with a finished car parked in the parking lot. No call. I wasted an entire day and loss of work due to negligence and failure to initiate any sort of level of customer experience. It wasn't so much that our car took 5 hours to replace 1 tire, more so it was too inconvenient to get the job done in a timely manner bc I wasn't there to watch over them the entire time. read more

I have had amazing experiences with Discount Tire in the past, but not at this location. I recently moved so when I needed to replace all four tires I setup today's appointment to the nearest location. I am a fan of the Discount Tire brand, and it is such a large company, I figured one would be the same as the next. I was wrong. The setup seemed fine. No complaints there. I registered my appointment online, I got a reminder email yesterday, and when I arrived on-time my appointment was scheduled in their systems. The price was very high (but I am not rating based off the price because, really, what do I know about fair tire prices.) I just remember the prices being lower in the past. When they called me to notify that my vehicle was ready it was waiting for me as promised. The tires were replaced as promised. Here is my primary issue. At the beginning, when I was discussing the vehicle and my needs I pointed out two issues beyond the basic tire changing. I had a pull to the right and I was missing a lug-nut. The salesman responded to both issues with "ok" and then continued with the tire quotes. After they replaced the tires, game me my keys back and tried sending me on my way I asked if they discovered the reason for the pull to the right. At THAT time the salesman corrected me by advising they were not mechanics and would not have been able to correct the pull and then handed me a flyer for a nearby mechanic. I took the card and walked to the car to inspect their work. Were the 4 tires, indeed, replaced. Yes, with horrible scuff marks on the tires. The scuffed tires upset me but not as much as the lug-nut (still missing.) I walked back inside to inquire. Again, the salesman said they are not mechanics. He then explained that it was not just missing but the bolt, or whatever, the nut screws onto was actually broken off and the could just find another nut and replace it. He again, recommended the nearby mechanic. He apologized for not explaining that initially. In truth, after setting up the appointment and arriving, this news would not have turned me away but had i known well in advance, I would have gone to my preferred mechanic to replace my tires in the first place. My mechanic already advertised their ability to change tires because they have a partnered tire-warehouse. I still went with discount because I figured, Discount specializes in tires so if there is any difference in quality Discount would probably win. I was also very happy with my prior Discount experiences (at other locations.) Now I know that, unlike Discount Tire, my mechanic would have repaired the additional issues during the replacement of the tires. Also, in retrospect, how difficult could tire replacement be for experienced mechanics? My final issue was already mentioned, the condition of the tires. I expect they are, structurally, sound, but they look like hell. Every one of them was dirty and scuffed. At the prior Discount locations, the tires were gleaming and shining and without scuffs. Oh, and another thing. When I went to other Discount locations, they registered my tires for me. At this location, they just gave me a pre-filled post card to mail in my tire-registration. It is the little things... Do not make the same mistakes I did. Do not expect every Discount location is managed equally and, if you have a good mechanic that advertises tire replacement, go with them because you never know when something beyond basic tire repair will come up. If something does come up, you can get everything fixed in one appointment. read more

I showed up at 5:40PM with a closing time for them of 6PM with an almost flat tire (perpetrator? You ask - screw!). I felt bad & told the guy they could just patch & I would come back in the morning - he said we don't care what time it is, we take customers until closing, no matter what the problem! I was already impressed (even though I'm smart enough to realize it's about business & the almighty dollar & bottom line). They didn't have to see me & I was grateful that they did! Unbeknownst to me, I was riding on 4 bald tires - clear to see - and I needed replacements. They handled it with efficiency & precision, getting it done by 6:30pm. I had already called my husband who was on his way to meet for dinner because I thought surely it would take longer, but alas the Cardinal game was on & they know how to get it done to get home to their personal lives. Needless to say we went for dinner at one our other fav's, Guru Palace across the street, so it all worked out! Now me and my car are riding like a dream thanks to them! I will never go anywhere else. I bought four new tires with them about two years ago and I've been here THREE times in the last four months with flat tires (I'm not kidding, every time there was a giant screw stuck in my tire). Luckily every time they have been able to patch my tire quickly and at no cost. The costumer service here is excellent and I've been helped by almost every member of the staff. I came in last weekend and there was a man in front of me being incredibly rude about having to wait and complaining about the service while a staff member was helping someone in front of him. I couldn't hold it in and let him know that every time I've been here the costumer service has been amazing, the costumer at the counter being helped even chimed I'm too! I'm hoping I don't have to make another trip there any time soon but I know if I do it will be an excellent experience! read more

While she has been there my girlfriend has stayed there every minute of everyday with our daughter, making me the only one working for nearly 2 weeks now.
