I've been going to various Discount Tire's for 20+ years. I've always been happy with their service and prices. Went to this location because one of my tire's was losing air. I understand having to wait when going to any repair place/tire shop and I'm fine with it. What bothered me was watching people come in after me, wait, and then get on their way while my car didn't even get checked out. A couple people you can understand or figure they had an appointment. After about a half dozen, you have to wonder how you got knocked so far down the queue. The place wasn't even that busy but it took over 90 minutes to get my tire checked. I had been to discount tire and been serviced by them before. From their prices to their customer service I was very impressed with their business. But not until recently did I truly appreciate their consistant, honest and expert work ethic. I recently leased a 2014 vehicle from the Toyota dealership. When I discovered my tire pressure was off I went back to Toyota thinking they'd fix it and it'd be free under warrantee. Well- They said I had a bolt in my tire, not patchable, it would be $136 to replace, and take over 4 more hours to repair. I immediately called discount tire where Jim is always waiting to save the day apparently. :) He said to drive right over. It'd take an hour but he had the tire for $88. I drove up, he greeted me, and after looking at my tire informed me that he could easily patch it- for FREE! This is not the first or last time Jim and his team will save me from a tire catastrophe, I'm sure. But thank God there are still businesses like discount tire on Thomas that you can TRUST to take care of you. Thank you guys. So much! read more

Love this place. Not that it's fun to get tires repaired on a Saturday morning, but this is the best place to do it. The people here are very friendly. I bought tires here a year ago and have been in twice in the past few months after randomly running nails. They fix everything quickly. I think you also get free lifetime rotations if you buy tires from them. read more

I had a flat and needed to get back home (6 hours away). It was a Saturday morning, so they were very busy. But being busy didn't affect the service they gave. I was greeted at the door and the gentleman who helped me, Ryan, did a great job. My tire was not able to be repaired, and they were getting run down anyway. Great and fast (always been there with appointment) and friendly service. Buy your tires with warranty. My father-in-law made me do this and at first I thought it was a waste of money. After a flat that could not be repaired and needed a new tire I ended up paying $19 for new a brand new tire. Lesson learned, warranties are good. read more

This location is awesome ! They went out of their to help me mount and balance my new wheels into my car 5 minutes before closing! They also were fast and efficient pricing was very fair and quality work! Not one scratch on my new wheels and TPMS sensors were installed and programmed properly. I don't trust this shop. I brought in my car with an air leak. They said they couldn't repair it, there were two holes in it and tried to sell me a new tire for $189. I told them to give me my tier and put the donut on. They said they had to remove the valve stem! Why? I never even saw the leak! The next place I went to showed me the patch and said it was done incorrectly and there was no reason to have taken off the stem if I didn't agree to a new tire. After their attempt the tire could not be fixed. I got a new one for $89! read more
