Front of house associate was knowledgable. And he didn't let me forget that. After he gladly took my money for a new tire (which was supposed to be covered by insurance, but apparently wasn't because "there's just a bit too much tread gone"), I couldn't get this guys attention for the life of me. I was standing by the desk for 15 minutes, waiting for him and his other buddy to finish a conversation about who knows what. But it certainly wasn't about tires. Bottom line, I'm trying to buy more stuff from your store, but this guy was too busy goofing off to get my sale. The guys in the garage were fast and efficient. That's the only reason this gets a 2 star. There are better Discount Tires out there. Worth the extra drive NOT to go here again. read more

These guys rock! Went in to get a tire plugged (had a slow leak). They found a screw in my tire, removed it, plugged the leak and I was on my way - NO CHARGE!!! Sure they are busy and I had to wait 45 minutes or so but totally worth it. They are friendly and I would definitely get new tires there when I need them! read more

I called to get my tire plugged (had a nail in the tire). TWO other competitor tire stores wanted me to wait 3 - 6 hours to get the plug. Discount had it done in a hour, for free, and rotated my tires for free. And they were very nice to me (which the other stores weren't). Never met a more rude salesman with no comprehension of sales! I just took my Mom's Firebird up there because she said there what is a lifetime warranty on her tires and they had all gone flat over the winter because it's not a car that is driven very much. I New and I know that the car needed new rims I had been pricing them for her but she wanted to know if they could do Anything with the tires because now a couple of them were dry rotted and they had a flat spot that made a noise driving down the road. So I drove up there and the guy said let's take a look at them. I was showing him that one of the tires did not match the other three from it being changed out to years ago. He said that's because they didn't sell the tires anymore. He told me there was nothing he was going to do because it was the problem of the rims And the only time a tire goes flat is from bad rims. I told him I was looking to buy rims I just wanted to know what was the deal with the tires. So instead of taking the opportunity to offer me something in a rim and tire package he decided that I was only there for a free tire after I said to him several times I was buying new rims. I said there's nothing you can do And he said no the tires were too old. I said I have told you several times I was buying new rims and he still did not get the hint to change his attitude to try and offer me to take a look at what kind of tire and rim packages they had. Instead he chose to just walk back into the store. So just down the street was Belle tire With the salesman who actually understood what sales meant. Hopefully this post will be re-viewed and they find someone who can actually sell tires. read more

I've been going here for many years. Work is always done right (no going back for rebalancing). Prices are within a few dollars of Tire Rack not even adding in shipping (sometines even cheaper). I keep coming back and am not disappointed. They can get busy so if you can, an appointment is good. read more

if i could leave a zero star i would. they lost my center cap. they ordered a new one and that took 5 months....when i got it they forgot to order a bolt and literally handed it to me. i asked repeatedly to have my tires rotated and they argued with me now i need new front tires. read more

by far the WORST Discount Tire I've ever been to...not only do these schmucks not put your old tires in bags (like all other Discount Tires) while instead throwing your dirty, uncovered old tires in the back of your nice ride, but their generally incompetently staffed with inexperienced/amateur level workers who look like they wet behind the ears and straight out of high school- don't be surprised if you suddenly get flat tires after having recently visited this particular location (no joke)- in summary go to ANY other location but this one unless you don;t give two S**ts about your car....word read more
