Terrible experience. Walk in to get a flat serviced. They told me 20-30 mins. 49 mins later I see people who brought their cars after mine getting serviced. I ask what's going on and get informed they were before me. Thankfully for an honest customer coming forward and telling him she came after me. Did they fix the situation? No. An hour and a god dang half and they finally get my rig looked at. They come tell me theirs an issue with the nail in the tire. It's in the zone they can repair it. But tell me the nail went in angled outward. I look at it and it's angled inward. They inform me they can give me a really good deal on a replacement. Keep in mind these are KO2s E rated which run 240-260 a tire. Took it right over to Fletcters. Explained the situation. They told me they adhere to the same safety rating at discount so most likely they won't be able to fix it. Once they look at it they said they'd fix it for free and that discount usually doesn't do things that this dishonest. I tipped the guy 20 and told them they earned themselves a customer. I came into discount tire for the first time today with a stressful situation. I was driving on a spare tire and it was unsafe. Fransisco came out immediately to look at my tire and helped me out with getting a new one on my car. I was in and out of the store very quickly and I found the guys working there to be very kind and helpful. Specifically though, I do want to give a big thank you to Fransisco for being so patient, understanding, and kind! He made me laugh a lot too and I can't thank him enough for helping me quickly! 1400: Pulled in to have one tire replace and buy warranty on other 3 tires. Tech told me it would be 1hr 1515 they would start working on my vehicle. I stayed and watched meany other trails and vehicles have service preformed before mine. 1630 After inquiring about the time line and service they finally started working on my car. 15mins for the service. 1645: Did not leave until 1645. BTW 1700 is the posted closing time for this store. Make an appointment and keep on the staff as they are too busy to remember what is needed to be done. Listen - having to get new tires isn't fun it's not a task anyone WANTS to do but it's one of those things you just have to do. I stopped in late enough in the evening to feel a teensy bit bad about keeping them late, but Dustin set such a reasonable expectation on the wait (possibly quite lengthy), as well as offered me options like being the first customer in the am, or scheduling an appointment a couple days out... not only were my tires very reasonably priced (less than I was expecting), the staff was so wonderful even with a crotchety old man complaining loudly about the wait. Every single time I've been here, the guys have been on top of it. They are quick with the service and don't play around. They ask me what I need and don't try to sell me anything extra. I haven't ever needed to make an appointment because they have been busy but move pretty quick only there. However, I think it would be beneficial if you made an appointment. read more

Cannot day enough good things about this discount, Lenny and especially Stacy. We lost the tread on a trailer wheel on our way to Phoenix. We were under a time crunch and had a two month old with us. After inspection the borrowed trailer needed (3) tires. (We we're surprised it didn't need all). Stacy got us in right away and didn't try to upsell tires we didn't need. When it was our turn a FedEx truck showed up to make a delivery blocking the open bays. Rather than have us wait until he was gone Stacy had the guys change the tires in the lot. While we were waiting he also helped us with an issue with the wheels on our truck. Stacy is super knowledgeable, doesn't waste time and is personable on top of that. After Discount installed 3 of my tires (and 2 hubcaps when I only needed one) two months ago, I was low on air and went to this Discount Tires. Afyer 20 minutes waiting in line (only 2 people ahesd), the guy finally started pumping air. When he got to me, he said, "You have a flat, we can't air it up, so go over there and check in to get it fixed." Estimated time? 3 hours! So I drove to Walmart to get it done in 25 minutes where they easily filled it with air, but told me there was a nail in the sidewall and it needed to be replaced. Went BACK to Discount (where the same guy couldn't tell me how long it would take). I'm now sitting in my car WAITING AGAIN, but this time w groceries in the car. The guy even argued with me that the tire didn't show up on my records (despite it being one of the 3 I'd bought, all Discount brands). I will NEVER go to Discount Tires again. read more

I called ahead of time and asked about pricing on nail repair, and they said they'll do it for free!! I was shock at first. I'll definitely be back here some day to change my tires. Took my Subaru down with a mail in the rear tire. Took them a few hours to get to it, but they let me know what the wait would be. Once it was up on the stand, took less than an hour to remove nail, repair the tire and have it ready at the time line mentioned. The honor their tires warranty. Fixed it for free. Yesterday, February 14th Valentine's Day, my tire side wall opened up on my Raptor and I immediately drove to this Discount Tire. My Fiancé and I were on our way to run errands and get home before the crowds of Valentine's dates came out. These guys were so amazing! We had to walk in 5 minutes before closing (which I HATE to do because I know how it feels) and you would never know they were closing or ready to go home. The respect, kindness and welcoming personality all of these guys had was noticeably pleasant. They didn't try to push sales on us as we aren't sure if we are purchasing new rims or not so they dropped my spare for us and replaced the flat tire at no charge! This discount tire is lit! All the team there are super efficient and friendly. I called to see if they can add air and they actually have a spot you can pull up in and they check all your tires and apply air for free! Their employee AJ checked out what my requirements were and added an additional 3 over my tire pressure because it's hot and informed me that when it it cools it will drop so he wanted me to be where I was supposed to even when it's cold. Pretty disappointed in this location today. They did not have our tires ready for our appointment this morning, even though they told us they would be here when we first ordered them last week. An hour later, they called back to say they found the tires, and we returned but then waited another 15 minutes in line again for them to help us when they said they would "take us right away." When they finished, they told us that they inflated "all the tires" to the same level, but then we started getting the indicator lights on again our way home. After checking the levels at home, we realized that they never filled the last tire like they said. --Went to the other shop on Shannon, and they refilled it and told me to drive a few miles to see if the indicator light stayed on. It did, so I came back with it, and he showed me where the reset switch is. Why the Ina shop couldn't fill all tires evenly and reset that switch is beyond me. Hello Ladies, I went in to the store ready to get one tire. Because yesterday I went to the Shannon and Ina store to get air come to find out I had a nail. Long story short it couldn't be repaired. The manger there was condescending and talked down to me so I left. After speaking to my husband he told me to go to this store. I really didn't think it would be any different. Boy was I wrong. Great customer service! Brought in a flat tire (I was riding around on my old tire, which I use as a spare b/c it is still in decent condition). CHAD said he would be happy to try to patch my tire. It was a huge hole...I had run over an Alan wrench that someone had thrown in the intersection! Grrrrrrr. =P It only took about half an hour, even tho I was a walk-in! On top of that, he found that my tire was still under warranty, so it was a free service! Will definitely continue coming here....customer service is friendly and personal here vs. other places. I had to be towed in as my tire practically disintegrated. I bought two new tires and was told they'd have me out of here at 11:15 - that was almost an hour and a half timeframe. Not ideal, but okay. I waited a while then walked to McDonalds. I came back at 11:17 and my car, with flat, is still sitting in the same spot! One of the guys said he'd go check on it and I watched as they pulled it right in and started on it. He finally came back and I asked if there was a problem and he said no, there were just appointments ahead of me and the previous guy just misquoted how long it would take. BS. I'm pretty sure they just forgot,after all, I only bought two cheaper tires ($188 total), so clearly not a priority customer. I've always thought and said good things about this place in the past but clearly something has changed in the couple years since I was last here and customer service is no longer a priority. My mother noticed my tires were low on air and told me I could get a free air check here. I went over right after I got to the park and ride in order to make sure I got there on time. While it took me a few minutes to have my tires checked, they were also really busy, so I was willing to wait. The gentleman who helped me was super nice, and asked me when I had last checked my tires because they were so low. He suggested I come once a month to have my tires checked from now on. Since it's such a short detour from the park and ride to my house, I think I'll take him up on that offer. They may also end up with my business the next time I need tires due to their awesome customer service. read more

I specifically signed up here to review this place, so I hope that says something off the bat. That being said, this shop worked really, incredibly hard to help me address some issues on a limited budget. They thoroughly explained the long term complications of having aftermarket 19 inch rims on my car from a previous owner that really limited my tire selection due to the heavy weight of the car. They could have just insisted I buy the most expensive tires available because I was between a rock and hard place- instead they suggested I go back to factory spec rims. And while many may think trying to sell me knew rims was just a sales gimmick, they worked with my budget and went above and beyond to do what was best for me in the long run. Customer service was absolutely amazing. I can't say enough for how great Stacy has been. I was not pushed to spend more money- I was encouraged to get the safest option on my car and they made it happen on MY budget- which was no small feat. They really had to work to get me in a range I could pay and they did- so it certainly wasn't just an attempt to make more money. I would have paid oodles more if they just told me to stick with the 19 inch rims and made me buy the few tires that would accommodate the weight of my car. I got the sense these guys really cared and I wasn't just a sales figure in their head. Through the whole process they were patient and accommodating with my firm budget and friendly and incredibly informative. And importantly: I wasn't treated any less than with top notch customer service, even when it was clear I couldn't spend a dime over X amount of dollars. Furthermore, they happily ordered special parts needed for a smooth ride at no extra cost. That kind of service deserves some acknowledgement. My son purchased 2 tires from this location and was told they would be in on the Tuesday after memorial day, no tires! "Ok, they'll be here Wednesday " Wednesday comes no tires. Thursday no tires, you get where I'm going with this. What a shocker! It's Friday and no freaking tires! These people are acting like it's no skin off their nose. Well he has a life and a job and needs his vehicle. Not to mention they gave him a rebate coupon that was totally worthless! Way to run a business.
