She directed me to the auto parts store to get a particular hose, I returned and she and Octavio went to town immediately! Tools, attachments, funnel and Ann even gave some of her specialized antifreeze that she said would really do the job. They burped the engine of air, put cap on and I was good to go! I can't complain about the price either, way less than I expected. Ann is very personable knowledgeable and said she teaches the public in classes how to fix their cars. Ultimately I sat there one day and waited for them to open the gate and got it towed to the dealership and it was fixed within weeks. I do not recommend them at all. Poor communication and total lack of respect. When my vehicle was towed away they called the tow company stating they owed them fees for vehicle storage after they explicitly told me I didn't owe them a dime. Highly recommend you go elsewhere.

Back in 2015 I had an oil change performed at A1 Auto Service Center on my 2014 Mazda 6. Several…read moreweeks later my oil pressure light came on while driving and my engine sounds were alarming. I took the car to my dealership and they pointed out that the oil filter had likely failed as the oil had leaked out which caused heavy engine damage. I contacted A1 Auto Service Center and was told that since the oil filter was good when I drove away, that it was my problem to deal with. After a LOT of back and forth over weeks and months WIX, A1 Auto Service Center's oil filter supplier, eventually covered the damage to my car. However the approximate $5,000 in rental car charges that I incurred, due to not having a working vehicle for several months, was never recouped. After doing some research into the industry, it turns out shops like A1 Auto Service Center are required to have insurance to cover situations like this and they didn't have it. In the end A1 Auto Service Center put the responsibility on me to pursue their oil filter supplier while they refused to take any responsibility. A reputable shop would have provided a backup vehicle while they took point and got it sorted out. I understand companies being cautious about accepting liability but this should never come at the expense of the customer. I felt helpless as these two companies consistently pointed the finger at each other all while I'm incurring debt in order to secure transportation just so I don't lose my job and ability to provide for my family. The way the owner/manager conducted himself towards me was disgraceful, disrespectful, and showed a complete lack of care for my situation as his customer. Everyone I spoke to that was involved in this ordeal had similar things to say him and the way he does business. This is, by far, the worst experience in customer service that I have ever received. That is why I have come back 10 years later to drop this review.

F&F is a throwback where you get personalized service and attention. I generally do my own work on…read moremy old jeep (95 YJ 4.0) but my wife and I are in the middle of a move and all my shop tools are currently out of state so when my project started a coolant leak I had to let someone else work on it. Mark at F&F did a great job! He traced the leak to the water pump and through the course of repair found both the idler pulleys had a fair amount of putting, this in turn was causing belt wear. Since the jeep is 30 years old, those pulleys are no longer made, Mark was able to smooth them out and hopefully extend their lifespan. He also had to deal with 2 broken bolts on the water pump. Needless to say wheel was wobbling and could have come off while I was driving. The shop has already closed for the weekend. I took it to Firestone and they solved the problem. Tuesday I was reimbursed by F&F Auto Clinic.
