    Wow-the previous reviews did make me wonder about coming here but I had outstanding service. My daughter had come over on the weekend to get some cleaning fluid to clean the carpet and we got the cleaning machine for free. She then told them about the loose filter and they said to bring it in. I brought it in today and was immediately attended and I explained the problem. The technician fixed the filter and replaced a small part on the vacuum cleaner and when it came time to pay, he said I didn't have to pay anything. Very professional and efficient!!

    This is the best place to take a Vacuum for repair. Wonderful service, super knowledgeable, and the Vacuum looks like new!!

    This is a great little vacuum ship, they are always quick and inexpensive. I buy all the parts and bags for my vacuums here.

    This location seems to have a bad wrap. We had a pretty good experience here for a new washer and…read moredryer. They were attentive and courteous. Not overbearing but they gave us as much attention as we wanted. We had all of our questions answered. They didn't pressure us into anything and worked with us to coordinate pickup at their location a couple of days later. The reason I'm giving this location a 3 star review is because of the lack of follow through. Our salesman neglected to mention that he was not going to be there on the day that he told us to come back for pickup. He didn't find a manual for the dryer that he sold us from the floor like he said he was going to. My #1 complaint is when I arrived 2 days later to pickup both machines, the one that we had purchased and paid for from the floor was nowhere to be found. It had not been set aside with the new one we ordered when it came in. I found it though. It was still sitting on the sales floor. Nope, it wasn't even marked as sold, reserved, or anything which would have indicated that it was unavailable for purchase. The associate who helped me even said, "Wow, we're lucky this thing is still even here with the price tag on it." Good stuff across the board with this chain. Bad form on putting me in a position where I would've had to have come unglued on someone if they had sold something that already belonged to us.

There was a dent in the refrigerator, but the seller said it was a new refrigerator, so I bought it. However, on May 1st, the day it was delivered, there was a problem with the refrigerator. The water dispenser wouldn't turn on, water wouldn't come out, and it wouldn't work. The main control panel didn't work, so I couldn't control the refrigerator temperature or the freezer temperature. So at first I asked nicely, why is there a problem and when will it be fixed? The person who fixes it said that someone would come and check it in two weeks, which didn't make sense. Then they said they would send a fixer on Monday. But the person who came on Monday wasn't there to fix it, but to see what the situation was. So I called the person who did the sales and he said he would call me back to look into it, so I waited for two days. When I called again and asked again, he said that the manager would call me first thing in the morning. So I waited until noon today, but I didn't get a call. So I called and the person who sold it to us wasn't working. I spoke to someone else again and they called me. i want return it But they said they wouldn't do it because it's against their company policy. They said they'd fix it, but I don't like that. I don't understand why I have to fix it when it's a new one with a dent. why I wait 2week more. why I buy my water and ice I wonder if it's because I don't speak English well, or because I'm Asian. I have nowhere to go to speak my poor English, and I want to express my grievances here even if it has to be translated.

    I am so-so on this business. I have been coming to this location since I moved back to Denver in…read more2020. The location is on the east side of Colorado Blvd, just north of a Hampton Suites Hotel. It somewhat shares a parking lot with Whole Foods. The parking lot is really large though. A lot has changed in Denver, and saying so respectfully, not for the better. I would visit frequently the first two years I moved to Denver. However, I don't like being approached by random strangers. I will try to be politically correct as I call them the squeegee people. I wish the management would handle this. It is private property and frankly disrupting customers is bad business. It gives a bad impression to customers. For a while in 2022 and 2023, the parking lot was messy. I think it has improved some this year. I will watch the next time I am in the area or stop by, to confirm. Most of the time I either order online or pay someone I trust to run the errands. This year has been quite busy in my life. Now, to the pricing. It is mostly reasonable. I would watch their return policy though. Not everything can be returned and you should always have your receipt to return an item. Some things can be returned within 90 days, some things with less time frame. Again, check the receipt regarding the return policy. I would suggest confirming what is in stock with a phone call too. From my experience, though the website states something is in stock, it may not be. Calling before making the trip will make things smoother for you. My latest reason for shopping here has been to purchase Husky red bins for organizing. I like that they have different sizes and they are very sturdy. They also have snapping lids. The parking lot is big and most of the employees are helpful when asked. I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars, but not sure we can give a half star.

As has happened not once but multiple times, I have scheduled my work, sitters, etc. around the provided date and time that works for me. I WORK!!! The night before, I receive and e-mail changing the delivery time. When I spend multiple times calling to change back to the original time, I am told basically "too bad" if you're not there. You will need to re-schedule. This system is causing very much aggravation to my life and work. It just happened again today. I now have to wait again with no guarantees or time as to when or even if the service people will show up. I am re-scheduled for Monday and told that Sunday night I will get an e-mail with a window. That certainly does not help my work schedule. I am losing $ by the minute thanks to Home Depot service system and their "we don't care about the customer" attitude. (it all depends on the driver's route). I doubt I will ever purchase an appliance from HD again.
