If you love coffee but want more than just a classic cup of joe or an ube latte, this place is absolutely for you. We stumbled upon this hidden gem right by the Blue Line stop, tucked inside the restaurant Urban Belly--and let me tell you, both the food and coffee are incredible. Their coffee menu goes far beyond the usual selections. While their black coffee is solid, what truly impressed us was how bold and exotic their specialty drinks are. The real highlight? Their famous "ramen latte," created by the barista himself. I can confidently say your taste buds will be on a wild (and unforgettable) ride. The flavor is bold, unexpected, and surprisingly well-balanced--nothing like anything I've ever tried before. The staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, which makes the experience even better. Yes, the pricing leans toward the luxury end, but in my opinion, it's absolutely worth it for the creativity, quality, and overall experience. Their concept is truly unique and refreshingly different. Even more exciting--they're planning to move into a nearby permanent location soon. From what we heard, they'll also be introducing fun coffee concepts like coffee tastings and seasonal flavor menus, which I'm already looking forward to. If you're anywhere near the neighborhood, do yourself a favor and give them a try--you won't regret it.

Nice experimental coffee drinks for a truly unique caffeinated experience. The staff is very friendly and welcoming without giving off that intimidating "too cool to approach" vibe that some specialty cafés have. If the specialty menu feels a little too adventurous, don't worry -- their classic coffee drinks are just as well executed and reliable. A great spot whether you're in the mood to explore something new or stick with a solid favorite.

My husband and I love coming here monthly to try their new coffees/matcha flavors! The ramen latte is what they are known for and it is so worth it! There is something about the umami flavor that blends with the espresso and spice that creates this beautiful magical latte. The ramen latte is also vegan which is a huge plus! Other things we have tried here and loved: their lattes/matcha that were corn milk based. The corn milk brings in this really nice sweet flavor that harmonizes well with the earthy matcha flavor or the richness of espresso. The staff is always so sweet and super helpful! During the summer there was a window space you were able to grab coffee from/outdoor dog friendly seating and for the winter they currently have a small section inside urban belly.

My friend brought me here after saying it was one of the best coffee spots he's discovered recently, and it definitely lived up to the hype. I usually don't order hot lattes, but I tried the Channel Orange latte and it was amazing. The orange flavor paired so well with the espresso, I absolutely loved it.

Haven't been here in years (2018?). Still a great hang with couches for catching up with friends…read moreand socializing. Staff was friendly and it's always a nice little luxury to get a coffee not made from home in this economy! I had the vanilla bean latte, half sweet, oat milk And my friend had the koopa troopa, half sweet, oat milk They've had the same menu a long time so it's tried and true and then their seasonal offerings as well! Love this place. Bit of nostalgia for a different time. I remember the cereal bar. Now that I've made myself sound about a million years old it's time to sign off! Go catch up with friends here

The decor is classic and cozy, and the coffee is genuinely excellent. I also love doing work here with their community tables. I usually don't like my lattes too sweet, but they nail the balance and flavor combinations every time. It is a bit sweet overall, but I'm not bothered by it? They really balance the flavor combinations really well, especially with the ghostly trio! Despite how busy it gets, the service is surprisingly quick, and somehow every drink still comes out consistently great. I honestly don't know how they manage it.

Cozy and huge coffee shop! They have my beloved oat milk for lattes. And tons of donuts, cakes,…read morecroissants, cheesecakes and also custard and pies! And cookies and danishes and muffins. Oh my! The pies kind of look like homemade individual sized pizza pockets with either spinach, chicken, veggie or zatar. They're on the bottom shelf in the picture. All kinds of pastries from savory to sweet. I was eyeing the chicken pie for a future visit during lunchtime. If you want to work on your laptop, the free WIFI is good and there are charge cord plugs all along the wall. I like how spacious and bright it is inside, not to mention the high ceilings. When I get cabin fever it's nice to "escape" to a clean and friendly location like this.

Qamaria is quite literally tucked away in Albany Park so I was shocked to see the ginormous space…read morewhen I entered. There's seating for probably 50 people, if not more, and it's open till midnight most days. This is the perfect 'third space' for anyone looking to catch up with friends or looking for a new work/study area. I loved the iced mufawar because it's a perfect blend of spices like cardamon and it gives me a caffeine high. There's an assortment of sweets and a few savory items like croissants. A shared parking lot in front is a major plus, but it's also steps away from the Brown Line making it super convenient. Definitely a great place to get some work done.
