I had a review under the old office and so now I will review the new office. Dr. Fisher is running the show here as Dr. Hans has been spending more time at the other location. There are 4 tables in the main area or you can request a private room. The girls at the front desk are so sweet and can talk up a friendly storm on what ever subject you want to...they really like motorcycles ;-). Dr Fisher has a softer touch then Dr Hans. So if you find Dr Hans to strong for you go to Dr Fisher. Enjoy the cookies and tea up front. In the past I have read review about the pricing structure. Discover likes to sell a whole treatment plan verse you just paying by a visit. To get fixed requires more than one visit. Sure any chiropractor will take you money once and send you on the way and hope you come back but discover wants to see that you are following a treatment plan to heal your pain and not just get a one time customer. They were very workable on the plan and there can be some sticker shock when you first here it but they work with you. We are on the family plan and allows us unlimited adjustment for all in the family which works out to about $10 a visit for our family of 5 if not even less if we go more often. I initially came in as a referral through Club Sport (my local gym in Fremont) and received a thorough diagnostic exam, which included x-rays and a full work-up, that was more in-depth than I have received at past chiropractic practitioner offices. I came in again due to a car accident and the treatment under a different doctor, Dr. Fisher was also equally comparable. I had looked at other chiropractors (referrals), but my initial visit prior (Dr. Tracy Yang) was so good that I wanted to continue with a practice that held a high standard of care. Dr. Fisher possesses a wealth of experience and my physical condition has improved significantly under his care as a patient. He is always open to answer my questions and gives sufficient recommendations to improve my overall well-being. The adjustments in my neck and back have decreased my amount of pain. My improvements have been so great that I think they are some sorts of miracle workers. I think my weight and body fat loss was possible because of the chiropractic care that was able to re-stabilize my body, something I was unable to do under prior care or on my own. I was still unable to lose a significant amount of weight and body fat for months despite taking the right steps for wellness, but I believe that the realignment/adjustments and the freeing up of my pinched nerves, combined with other chiropractic techniques prove to work well for me. The customer service is great, Jenna and Nicole are wonderfully pleasant every time I visit or speak with them on the phone. He's very focused on his assessment of your back and will double check everything so you know the issues and he explains everything in detail. I had a pinched nerve that was giving me a lot of pain. He is very gentle... but he knows the places he has to adjust to get the maximum relief for your pain.
