The problem was that the technician never got back to us with our quote for the repair, even after I called a couple of times. After a week, I just wrote a bad review, thinking they did not want our business. The owner reached out to me after that and explained his technician was new and forgot to send us the quote. He apologized profusely, and he went above and beyond to make things right. You could tell he prides himself and his company on the quality of work they do. He ended up helping us repair our drying machine that just had a belt snap a few days ago. He was honest and sincere and very knowledgeable. Made the whole experience great. He claimed there was a piece of foam stuck in a hose causing the leak, but that he removed it and all is well now. Well the very next day, I talk to the tenant and she says the fridge is still leaking. And Juan advised her to call him if there are any issues.
