Everlast was very efficient in taking care of the problem with our AC. We have a home warranty. The first contractor mis diagnosed the problem leading to the warranty coverage being denied. We had to hire a contractor to identify the real problem. They did and the appeal was approved. The warranty company required they assign the contractor to fix the system. I did not want the original contractor, so Everlast was assigned. They came out the next day, sent in his concurrence of the problem and came at 6:45 PM the next day to repair it. Truly thankful to have found Denys and will be sure to call him for any future heating and air issues. During the latest heat wave, our AC stopped working and I initially had a different company come out to check the issue. They ran some tests, inspected the unit and said there was a problem with the motor fan and that it would need to be replaced for $2,000. Oof. I called Denys for a second opinion. He did his own inspection and told me he believed it wasn't the motor fan but a wire that kept getting detached anytime the AC was turned on. He worked his magic to secure the wire, and after that the AC (and motor fan) was working fine again.
