I paid him, he ordered the part to be installed 5/3/21. 5 days later the tenant using the fridge informs me it's still leaking, I call 5/12 multiple times with no answer, I email no answer. I was able to get him on the phone 5/13, and he went to check fridge for same issue 5/14. He claimed there was a piece of foam stuck in a hose causing the leak, but that he removed it and all is well now. Well the very next day, I talk to the tenant and she says the fridge is still leaking. And Juan advised her to call him if there are any issues. This bothered me, Bc the tenant is NOT the paying customer. I PAID and I am having a hard time reaching him. Long story short 6/13, I have the same Problem with the fridge. With no response from Dr Appliances. It's extremely frustrating, I am being strung along so the warranty will end up void and he won't be responsible anymore.

I had the pleasure of dealing with Roy throughout the process and of all the companies we contacted he provided the most information down to earth explanation of what he would be doing. He inspected our current system and advised on what could be replaced and what could be saved in order to reduce the cost. We decided to go with a more efficient system with the view to saving more money in the long run. The entire relocation took about five days from start to finish, including installing a new AC condenser and the building of the furnace platform in the attic. Roy and his team were always respectful of my house and I felt that he was trustworthy. In addition to the relocation Roy added attic lighting and a particle board laid out in the attic to form a path to access the furance. The communication throughout the entire process was second to none and Roy was helpful in providing updates. The relocation of the furnace from our garage cupboard into the attic was handled extremely well, and included a number of redundancies in case of leakage. This was all explained thoroughly by Roy after installation. I will definitely be keeping this company in my list of preffered contractors and use them whenever I need any further furnace issues resolving.

As it turned out, the power had simply been switched off following a recent termite tenting of my home. Dustin literally flipped a switch and solved the problem in seconds. What impressed me most was that, despite taking the time to come out and troubleshoot the issue, Dustin waived the service fee entirely. Most companies would absolutely still charge for the visit, but this level of honesty, integrity, and old-school customer service is rare these days.
