Fun place with bad food. They managed to mess up basic bar food to a level that I worry the place won't make it. The egg rolls were not warm. The mac & cheese balls aren't balls (triangles) and were barely warm. How hard is it to fry frozen food? We were with other people who barely touched a pizza and other apps because they were just bad. We bowled for a few hours and enjoyed the drinks. The spiked lemonade was good and is served smoking from dry ice. The bowling was fun. The atmosphere is good. This place is just a few miles from my house, but the terrible food will probably keep me from coming back when it's not a scheduled event like a birthday party. read more

We had to ask the bartender about seating and he said we could have our pick. Tim was our server and he was kind, patient and attentive. The food came quickly and everyone enjoyed. I had the house salad and added chicken. I also had the pink mojitorita I think it was called. It was decent, but for $14 I might've went with something else. I think you pay extra for the dry ice. We paid $60 for a virtual shooter experience at District 850 in Tallahassee and were unable to actually participate in it. The experience only lasts a few minutes, and ours was effectively lost due to staff failure. The game started before we were given any instructions, safety guidance, or required equipment. Half of our group was still outside the play area when it began, and we were left trying to figure things out in the dark while it was already in motion. No one told us about seatbelts, and we were not given 3D glasses. I had to leave mid-experience to request the glasses, and by the time we got them, most of the session was already over. When I asked to restart, I was told no. What's more concerning is the lack of follow-up. I reported this immediately and made multiple attempts to resolve it, was told a manager would contact me, and never received a direct response. Calls are now not being answered. For a short, expensive experience, there is no margin for this kind of failure. We paid for something we did not receive, and the lack of accountability afterward has been just as disappointing as the experience itself. read more

I've visited District 850 several times but today we had a horrible experience. We were bowling and ordered several burgers, appetizers, chicken tenders and so on. All 3 burgers were wrong with missing ingredients or the wrong side. One of the chicken tenders plate didn't arrive until we were all done with our meals. When we addressed the issues with the manager, she was extremely rude and said "all sales are final" without even asking how to fix the problem. All we wanted was the burgers the way we ordered them. She took one of the burgers and came back to tell us the "kitchen" opened the burger and said it was prepared as ordered, then brought that same burger back. We were served wings that were cooked but actually cod to the touch - like they were used again after once served and not warmed up. they were not eaten. I hope the rude managers and staff are happy because I'm never going back again and neither should you. They charged my group for two lanes of bowling when we actually only needed one. When we asked for a refund for the one lane they told us to not use the second lane and wait until the next manager came in and he would give us the refund. When he got there the staff pretended that they didn't know what we were talking about and the manager refused to refund us. So we paid $115 for a lane they told us not to use and then they didn't refund us. They robbed us of our money for their overpriced bowling and were jerks about the whole experience. The escape room is $20 for 20 minutes which isn't the worst I've paid for an escape room but pricy compared to hour long escape room prices. It isn't very intense but it is a short time to solve any puzzles. The bowling is the best part, lots of beautiful lanes and a stand to change game modes. The food is absolutely abysmal, which I hate to say, but I must warn others to eat before they come here or risk getting the pork skin nachos. Its appearance is incredibly unappealing and basically consists of fried airy pork skin. The sight of it makes me nauseous and the taste is like stale popcorn oil with plastic cheese on top. I didn't know what exactly to expect by reading the menu, but it was the worst thing imaginable. The other items like the shrimp and tater tots were fine, but came in tiny portions for the price (4 pieces). This is a wonderful place for family time and melting the stress away. I brought my kids here for bowling. The facility is crazy clean and well-maintained since it is pretty new. The staff was friendly at the counter when checking in for shoes and bowling lane. The prices are high but comparable to like businesses. The lanes are nice as they are new. This is not your traditional bowling lanes as the pins are on strings and get different action than regular bowling lanes. I did enjoy bowling in a super clean environment. The lights and music videos were loved by me and my kids. The food is typical quick fry or oven bar food. Nothing to go crazy over. The arcade games are a little expensive and money goes fast. Kids did enjoy the many games available. Overall, nice visit and will be back to try out the ax throwing and other experiences. read more

The food is impressive. We had a couple pizzas. They are wood fired with toppings aplenty. They feature a wide variety of local craft beers on tap, as well as a large selection of bottled. The entertainment is equally impressive. The arcade games are modern, clean, well-maintained, and fun!!! Skee ball is a guilty pleasure. I tried my hand at axe throwing for the first time. After the first 5-10 tosses, I got the hang of it. Definitely an enjoyable activity. ALL the employees we interacted with provided five-star service. This new business ..entertainment center is awesome. You can stay a child for over. Under one roof it has it all; games and other stuff for all ages, genders, level and tastes. Private bowling lanes with new electronic with many games, video games, private party rooms are wonderful. We had best time at the birthday party. The reason for the four stars instead of five is the fact that Caleb was such an overt jerk. This place is HIGHWAY ROBBERY. First I got a casmigos margarita. It was $20!!! The menu just says "premium liquor $7 and up" ummmmmm maybe mention that a pour of it is almost as much as a whole bottle. Then... the bowling... $90 for 5 ppl for one hour with shoes. Then we ordered with the server at the table. Ordered the nachos which were $12.99 and when I tell you I made better nachos as a poor kid with chips and cheese and a microwave I am not lying. Also there was about 10 chips on the plate, another person got a chicken Caesar salad which was not tossed in the dressing and it came with two tiny portions of dressing that wouldn't even cover 1/4 of the salad. Our server took forever to get our drinks. We saw them sitting on the bar for over 10 minutes. Then when it was time to pay we find out there's automatic gratuity that allegedly goes to the server, kitchen staff, and bartender. 20% gratuity THAT THEY MAKE YOU TYPE INTO THE MACHINE AND WONT LET YOU SKIP IT OR CHOOSE A DIFFERENT AMOUNT. Also they don't show you a tab before you pay anywhere in the place. They just charge you an amount and tell you a total and expect you to pay it. There is some sketchy stuff going on here I don't see how making someone pay a gratuity is legal when the customer has to type in the gratuity and you make them put 20% or it rejects it. We reserved the Hyper lounge and waited 1.5 hrs and the employee gave the line away after I was waiting in line to pay AND received a text message about the lane was ready. Manager Nicholas only offered my party to wait for another hour, regular lane, 50% off. The manager did not apologize and the employee who gave the lane away did not apologize. He was SO RUDE!! Absolutely HORRIBLE !!! I purchased a birthday package for 28 kids at District in the Hyper Room. I was told I could come in and decorate at 11am due to the room not being booked before my party. I arrived at 11am with the decorator to start setting up for the 3pm party. I met with Taylor who advised she would be my host along with another girl who will be her helper. At 3:00pm - Taylor was no where to be found and , I met Jessica who advised she would be handling the party, I asked her did she have an assistance and she advised that , her help had went home. I told her I had a huge party , so she would need help for sure. Kids were suppose to bowl at 3pm but did not start until 4pm due to her not having help getting the shoes. I paid for ropes course, dark room and laser tag along with bowling (The Hyper Party). Out of 28 kids, no one was able to do ropes course (when they went to try it they were denied and said they needed tickets). Only 15 completed Laser and only 13 completed Dark Room, because Jessica dropped them off to one activity and never came back to take them to the other. (Their total organization is awful) The host did not serve the pizza or the drinks ( my mom and aunt did), she also refused to take additional orders in the party from parents who were hungry, ( her excuse was that she was overwhelmed and that she was only 17).I then asked her why was she serving alcohol to parents who ordered ?, if she is underage. The host is assigned to handle the party and all guest ( she must handle kids and take additional food orders which is impossible for one person. I then explained to her how upset and dissatisfied I was and she advised I need to notify Nick at guess services. I then went there and spoke with him and he advised all refunds will be issued by Kerin ( the event manager). After party I left voicemail & emails to Kerin about issues. Kerin then called me on 4/19 and advise she got my emails and voicemail about my service and issues. She then told me she would calculate the amount I am owed and have it refunded. Then on 4/20 Kerin emailed me and advised that she could not issue the refund due to the manager Neil saying so. I then went to District and spoke with Neil about my dissatisfaction and the fact that I paid 1800 for a party and did not receive what I was suppose to was an issue. Neil was very rude and advised that he would not issue any refunds and he would only offer me a gift card with all missed activities on it. I then told him how did he expect me to come to 3 separate activities with 28 kids ? I then told him that is unacceptable. He then said he didn't care and if I wanted my money back to contact my card issuer. Neil then told me he was going to issue a no trespassing order on me at the venue. Because I told him his customer service skills is awful. Once home I checked email and Kerin had recalled all emails she sent to me. Thankfully I had printed them all out. This is kind of a mixed review. If you are coming for the games and activities it is super fun, clean with a lot of variety. The food and service left something to be desired though. Food was meh. My kids hamburger was undercooked and cost $8. We got the eggroll app which the menu says that you can pick two kinds but the waitress said you couldn't, ok fine. Apps came out with food. Our friends app never came out. The Buffalo grilled cheese says it comes on French bread but came out on soggy toast. The waitress never came back to get drinks refilled. So lots of issues with food. The absolute WORST service. The bartenders do not even know how to make a drink. I asked for a Bloody Mary and the bartender poured a shot of vodka, then bloody marry mix on top, and threw a straw in without shaking or garnishing. I have yet to go to District 850 and not have an enjoyable experience. I tried a new menu item at the restaurant, the Turkey and Brie sandwich, which was fantastic. The pepper jelly really added to the flavor profile of the sandwich and was a delicious touch that elevated the entree as a whole. It was not super crowded, which was surprising on a Friday night, but it meant our service was efficient and we got our food quickly. One small complaint is that they did not have the Chicken and Waffle Mac available but still had it listed on the menu, and since they do everything online, they really should have the menu reflect current offerings (of course maybe this means they're bringing that item back, which would be good because I really want to try it).
