I enjoy taking my dog here because you can easily book your appointments online, and it's only a short walk away. The staff at this center are very friendly and kind. They seem to take great care of the dogs, from what I can see when I'm inside as well as on the webcams. My dog is a bit antisocial when it comes to large groups of dogs, so daycare isn't really for her. However, the spa treatment is really helpful and she seems to tolerate it even though she isn't the biggest fan of being away from home. We have a small bathroom, so giving her a bath here would be difficult. I had a small issue before where they didn't call me when my dog was ready after her bath, however, I learned that they had tried to call but it didn't go through. I haven't had this issue since then - I just want to make it clear that it's really important that you give them the correct phone number so that they can call you when your dog is ready. Thank you Dogtopia for being easy to work with, and for helping take care of dogs throughout the year. It's not an easy thing to be working over the holidays when folks need their pets taken care of, and we appreciate your energy and presence.

Initially we checked out the Ridgeside Instagram account and then after contacting them for additional information we decided to sign Flossie up for the 3 week board & train program. We were given our trainer's contact info in case we had any questions or wanted additional info prior to the start date. Gina picked up Flossie and for the next three weeks we got pictures and videos every day of Flossie's training progress plus also information for us to learn about the training. All of this made the transition back home easy and seamless. Gina's instructions were clear and concise and she also made sure that we understood the hows and the whys of training. Since Flossie has been home Gina reached out to see how things were going and said she was available if we had any follow up questions. We are very happy with the outcome and feel the training really firmed up our loosey goosey training up to that point. Gina gave Flossie the foundational training she needed in order for us to meet our goals with Flossie and we couldn't be happier with the outcome.
