I came here last minute for a late breakfast. It wasn't busy but the place was very clean and they were super welcoming. They had a lot of options on the menu and I chose the blueberry lemon pancakes. Light, fluffy and crispy. Very tasty. I got the toppings on the side and the compote was great. For breakfast I definitely recommend. Enjoy.

Great place and kind service! We went with the special (brisket boudin!) and enjoyed the sweet, savory, and tangy dish. Nice easy breakfast and a calm place to start the day.

Cool, atmosphere, great service, and absolutely delicious food! I made reservations the night before on Resy for Sunday brunch. We were seated immediately. I had an iced lavender latte and cinnamon roll pancakes. Very yummy and large portions. I also took a photo of my friend's hot chicken and pancakes. She said it was pretty spicy. Several people at the table shared Brussels sprouts, which they raved about. I got a Sopapilla donut to go. The ice cream case was intriguing but we were headed to a museum so that was a no go to take with.

They may be known for their uniquely flavored donuts but the cinnamon roll is really where it's at. It's truly one of my favorite sweets on the menu. I enjoy the CBD location. A great option for coffee and lunch as well if you're in the downtown/CBD area. Great service. Spacious open dining area with a few outdoor table options. I personally like the bar which gives me an old school diner feel.

I had breakfast here while visiting New Orleans and it was amazing. Although there are not a lot of vegan/vegetarian options, they were happy to modify the breakfast burrito for me and I loved it- thank you! The coffee & beignets are also delicious. We had a big group but our server was on top of it and everyone got exactly what they wanted. It's in a great location with natural light and relaxing ambiance.

    BLT

Stopped in for a to-go order cause I had a hankering for the aioli sweet taters. I couldn't decide on a sandwich, though, so the cashier recommended the BLT. Service: 10/10 - The cashier was friendly and helpful, and the team member who brought out my food was just as pleasant. Sweet Taters: 4/10 - I'm not sure why the potatoes were switched from what I had before, but these purple ones were disappointing. They weren't sweet (which defeats the point) and just didn't taste good. BLT: 6/10 - This sandwich didn't work for me. I tried to like it, but the bread, bacon, and toppings just didn't come together. Aside from the great service, this experience was completely different from my last--and not in a good way. Definitely not worth the $20+ I paid.

This place is starting to be one of my favorites. I love the bread and butter sandwich, not pictured as well as that blackened shrimp Caesar and a quick trick for if they're busy and there's nowhere to sit make sure you order food to go and then you don't have to wait.

I stopped here for breakfast while on a business trip, as the Hot Chicken & Honey Butter biscuit was recommended by my coworkers. It did not disappoint!! It's made up of a sweet buttermilk biscuit, spicy fried chicken breast and honey butter. The server was friendly and attentive, and the restaurant has a nice, upscale diner atmosphere. Wonderful place!

Worth the hype, excellent food and really enjoyed my coffee. Service was a little weird, think our server was having an off day and we did go in a bit later in the day. Definitely a place that would be in regular rotation if I was local.

    B.E.G (bacon, eggs, and grits).

District All Day Delicious lives up to its name! I had an iced latte and the B.E.G. (bacon, eggs, and smoked Gouda grits). The eggs were fried just right as was the thick-cut bacon, and the grits were creamy and cheesy. My only quibble was I thought my latte could have used an extra shot of espresso. This is a great choice if you're in the area.

Nola Benedict was delicious: the beignets and the sauce, chicken and poached egg were perfect. The breakfast burrito was just ok. Lovely space and staff.

"Walking To New Orleans" This time I'm walkin' to New Orleans.. I'm walkin' to New Orleans I'm gonna need two pair-a shoes.. When I get through walkin' these blues.. When I get back to New Orleans.. We settled into the District All Day Delicious (DADD) for early morning grub... The Lass, enjoyed her "Crawfish Beignet Benedict". Perfectly cooked runny egg & plenty of crawfish in a superb sauce. The Lad, chawed on a very good "Hot Chicken with a honey muffin and a side of Ancho Potatoes". Quite tasty and just the right heat for a 9 am alarm..:) We washed our cuisine down w. Tangerine Mimosas and Espresso Martinis.. Yes, a perfect pre-Mardi Gras awakening for these Baby Boomers..:) Ya used to be my honey 'Till you spent all my money No use for you to cry I'll see you by and by 'Cause I'm walkin' to New Orleans..:) Best, Avram Fatsdomino Jr.

This is a great place to eat breakfast or brunch. They have booth and high top seating, a bar, and great service. The food is great and has great portions.

The Vintage - New Orleans, LA…read more The Vintage on Magazine Street was our very first food stop in New Orleans, and it turned out to be a great way for my wife and me to start our trip. From the moment we walked in, I really liked the atmosphere. The place has a cool, relaxed New Orleans vibe with a little bit of an upscale café feel without being overly fancy. It's the kind of spot where you can come in, sit down, enjoy some good food and drinks, and just take your time. Of course, we couldn't come to New Orleans and not start things off with beignets! We decided to go with the Fancy Beignet Flight, which gave us a chance to try several different flavors. We got the raspberry, s'mores, and Chantilly. They came out looking almost too good to eat, covered in powdered sugar with all the different fillings and toppings. Almost... because we definitely ate them! They were warm, sweet, messy in the best possible way, and a fun introduction to our New Orleans food adventure. For my meal, I ordered the Italian Panini with the truffle Parmesan fries. The sandwich was packed with meat, cheese, and flavor. Looking at that cross-section, they definitely weren't being stingy with the fillings! The bread was toasted nicely, and everything worked well together. The truffle fries were another highlight. They had plenty of seasoning and Parmesan and paired perfectly with the sandwich. I also grabbed a small iced mocha, which went really well with the food and especially the beignets. One thing I really enjoyed about The Vintage was the atmosphere. The interior has a lot of character, from the marble tables and vintage-style flooring to the bar and pastry display. It feels like a place that belongs on Magazine Street. It was comfortable enough that we didn't feel rushed and could just enjoy being in New Orleans together. The service was good during our visit, and everything came together for a really enjoyable first meal in the city. Our bill came to around $48 after tax and tip for the two of us, and considering we had a sandwich, upgraded fries, drinks, and the beignet flight, I thought it was a good experience for the money. Most importantly, this place gave my wife and me a great start to our New Orleans trip. When your first stop includes a loaded Italian panini, truffle Parmesan fries, iced coffee, and a whole flight of beignets, you know the trip is starting off right! Definitely a place I would visit again. Great food, great atmosphere, and a great first taste of New Orleans. 5 stars from us!

Still a New Orleans Gem - Visitor since 2018!…read more I'm updating my review as of April 2026 because it's important for visitors to know that The Vintage has absolutely "still got it." My last review was in 2020, and I'm happy to report that the quality and atmosphere remain top notch. Whether you are looking for a morning pick up or an evening wind-down, this spot covers all the bases. Their beignets and coffee are a classic must have, and I can personally vouch for their Americano. It is consistently well made and delicious. They also have a great selection of beer and cocktails if you're looking for something a bit stronger. What really sets this place apart, though, is the hospitality. We have always had great interactions with the staff, but a special shout out goes to Jimmy, whom we met this past week. He was incredibly kind and hospitable, truly making us feel right at home. Jimmy if you are reading this, THANK YOU!! If you want a spot that feels authentic, welcoming, and consistently excellent, put The Vintage at the top of your list!
