Went for the opening of District Pour & Provisions and honestly the self pour wall alone is worth the trip, 92 taps and they rim the glasses with tajin and salt before you even pour, which is such a small detail but it makes the whole thing feel like an actual bar experience instead of a gimmick. Margaritas were legit good and they use pebble ice which I'm a sucker for. Got the guacamame from Chuchi-CO and it disappeared fast, smashed avocado with edamame and crispy garlic hits different. But the real winner was the wings from Three Chickens and a Cow, crispy, well sauced, and they've got a 20 wings for $20 happy hour that I'll absolutely be back for. Two patios (one is dog friendly), tons of seating, and the wifi was fast enough that I could see myself working from here on a slow afternoon. Gelato is made in house too, don't skip it. So many different self pours. 1 time you have to talk to a host to get a card that your credit credit card get load on to go to self pours pick your glass/ cup and load the card to the tap and you pour. Brought a large group of co-workers here after a workshop - it was such a win we came back again a few days later. Can't beat the ease of everyone being able to meander about and choose their drink of choice as well as ad hoc ordering of food. Personally, I started with a small glass of bubbly to beat the heat then a small IPA. It was nice to be able to have smaller pours. My co-workers opted for a wide variety of beverages and I heard no complaints. For food, I had the watermelon ricotta salad and it was huge! Delicious and fresh and refreshing - really happy with my choice. The second night I had some sushi and corn and again pleased with the value and quality. Great concept, plenty of seating options / space for large groups both indoors and on patios and wide variety of food and drink options. You can't lose! read more

What a cute spot for a Friday afternoon treat! I love the decor, the food and the service! The drinks were reasonably priced as you pour however you want. Joy was so friendly and gave us a run down, Adrienne was so kind and helpful with update on the pizza time. It was gonna to take 45 mins but it ended up taking 25ish. Pizza was chewy and crispy at the same time. We love the Irish Pig pizza w bacon and mashed potatoes. The Calabrian salami was good but I don't love carrots. The karaage chicken was so juicy and crispy. The sushi was on point - rice was nicely done. All in all we had a great time! Parking can be challenging at 5-6 ish time. The rooftop view is amazing, sunset and good food, can't beat that for a Friday happy hour! read more

This is a new concept for the area, you come in, pour your own drinks and order food. It's a great idea. The drinks are paid for by your scan card, which you use at the tap - drinks are charged by the ounce. Some drinks are more expensive than others, but once you find something you like you'll be coming back for more. There are 3 restaurants inside this place and we tried a bite from 2 of them. The sushi place is up top and the the other 2 are on the first floor. Sushi was great, and the karaage sandwich was delicious as well as the Bahn mi. The cron ribs were delicious as well. We did not get to try the gelato... Made me sad but we had to get going. Here is where I think the place needs improvement. The first floor is very bland. There are TVs, that's fine, but there is no other decor inside. The walls are bare and adding some decor inside would make the 1st floor much more appealing - granted they want you upstairs for the great views of the front range. Every employee we encountered was friendly and kind, and made sure to take care of us as we enjoyed our time. We'll be back for sure, and next time with some friends. read more

It is wild to see the old LODOs space transformed like this. I walked in expecting the usual, but the energy at District Pour and Provisions is completely different. They have clearly leaned into the tech side of things. You start your experience by grabbing an RFID card to link to your tab. Honestly, the initial line was a bit of a drag and took about ten minutes to get through. It felt like a minor hurdle, but given that it is a new spot, I have no doubt they will iron out the kinks as they find their groove. Once I got past the check-in, the scale of the place hit me. They have these massive walls of self-serve taps. We are talking fifty or sixty downstairs and nearly thirty more upstairs. It is a playground for anyone who appreciates a solid pour. I stuck to the craft side of things, and it was spot on. The Cerebral Brewing Rare Trait and the New Terrain Golden Drops tasted just as fresh as if I were sitting at the brewery itself. Even the Bell's Two Hearted was poured perfectly with just the right amount of head. They charge by the fluid ounce, which is clever since it lets you experiment without committing to a full pint. You hit a limit after three drinks, which keeps things responsible. You have to find a staff member to reset your card if you want to keep going, but I called it quits. I did not manage to grab a bite this time around, but the variety is impressive. It is not just your typical pub grub. They have four different concepts inside the same building. You can grab sushi from Chuchi-Co or settle in for some Detroit-style pizza at Alt 227. My friends dug into the sushi and seemed to really enjoy it. I am already planning my next trip to try the menu at Three Chickens and a Cow. Plus, if you find yourself nearby on a Wednesday, they do half off wine all day. It is definitely a spot worth checking out for a casual afternoon. I will be back soon to see how the food holds up against the beer selection. read more

Very disappointing and not worth the trip. The food was not very good, especially considering the prices--about $18 for sushi and $30 for a pizza. The beer is priced by the ounce, which I found pretty crazy. All self-serv including the ordering. Then there's an 18% service charge, even though there really weren't waiters providing the kind of table service you would normally expect. I have no problem stating that the charge is there, but I'll let each person decide how they feel about it. For a meal and drinks totaling around $150, we ended up with another $30 service charge and about $17 in tax. At that price, I expect considerably better food and service. The experience didn't get any better. The guy checking us in was rude, and when we checked out, the gal asked if we wanted a receipt in a way that came across with an attitude. Overall, the food wasn't great, the pricing is excessive, and the service left a lot to be desired. This was my last time going there. There are plenty of better places to spend $150. read more

Went here last night with my wife to enjoy the sunset and have a drink. Rooftop area has great views of the mountains and is the place to be at sunset. District has the card system with several dozen taps with a variety of beer, wine, cocktails and non-alcoholic drinks where you serve yourself with a card you get from host as you enter. They also have the the three basic food groups, at least for me: Sushi, Pizza and Burgers. You order the food at one of the stations, upstairs or downstairs and receive a pager to know when your order is ready...although a server brought us our food. We had the sushi and some Kaarage chicken bites, both were very good. We look forward to going back and maybe trying the pizza or something else next time. read more

They found it fun and exciting to see and experience the ambiance. Beer and wine taps you use on your own by tapping the DP&P you receive by submitting your credit card for a moment. Mixed review. The salads we ordered were awesome so tasty. A strawberry/sweet potato salad with lots of leafy greens. I don't like waiting by on myself so that was different. They did have a wide assortment of drinks so you can taste to your heart's delight. My biggest complaint is it was too LOUD! You couldn't really have a conversation. If I go again bc I did like the food, I would either sit outside (good views) or away from the community room (which was the loudest area of the place). The people that work here were so friendly and helpful. It was our first time in and they let us know exactly how everything worked and quite a few people checked in to make sure we had everything we needed or just to make pleasant conversation. The drinks were ok. Quite expensive for what you get. I would not get the pre-mixed cocktails (with or without alcohol) for the price. The food and ambiance were the least impressive parts. We went mid-day so maybe it's different at night, but the decor/vibe was generic and all you hear are the cars from the strip mall parking lot you're in. No personality to the place. We had the gyoza, 2 sushi rolls, and the wings. The gyoza just tasted like frozen dumplings and the sauce was super watery. The sushi was OK. The wings also tasted as if they were reheated from frozen, they were very dry on the inside and not crispy on the outside. The blue cheese tasted like a weird chalky milk. Note: not saying these things were reheated from frozen, they may have been made fresh there but sure didn't taste like it if so. I don't think we'll be back unfortunately. For the prices, I'd expect higher quality. read more

The sushi was very good and fresh. You can tell the fish is top quality. We ordered a pizza as well and it was a lot bigger than we were expecting which was a great deal for the price! Great rooftop and lots of great choices for drinks. Finally a good spot in the north metro area and offers a pour your own drink and a great variety of food. It's an interesting concept. One thing that I was unhappy about was that they automatically add a 18% charge, presumably for gratuities. This is regardless of the fact that you are basically your own server. If you want to go for dinner, be prepared to stand in a long line to "check in" as well to order your food. The food is sub-par. The chicken is dry and the chicken straps were dry and had more breathing than chicken. Others in my party reported that the sushi was very good. The silver lining of this establishment is the "server", Kelsey. She was quick, efficient and very friendly. Also, if you get the chance to sit on the rooftop, the view is amazing. read more

Poor concept at Pour. You have to be your own bartender. You have to be your own server. Yeah, they charge you 18% gratuity. For what? They charge a ridiculous amount for premade drinks. I got a 13 ounce margarita that is by no means a fresh squeezed lemon or lime mix. Mass produced mixer that does not taste good. They charged me $18.39 for this margarita. Immediately add on an 18% gratuity at $3.31 (remember, they did nothing service orientated for you to get this drink). Add $1.96 for tax. Now you've got yourself a bad $23.66 margarita that you had to pour yourself. Now you get to move onto ordering food. You go stand in line and finally make it up to the counter where they take your order and send you back to your table. Once the food arrives if you want another drink, none of their food runners ask you if you need anything, so you have to get up and go get another drink in the middle of your meal. The cheese on the hamburger was a horrible cheese that tasted like craft singles so it left a bad taste on their signature burger. The wings were good, but they are so very small. They give you 12 but it should be six because they are about half the size of what I'd normally expect. The best thing about this old LoDo's establishment is still the rooftop. Great sunset views. So if you want to go to work and be able to eat and drink on the job, this is the place for you. I will definitely not be returning. read more

Really great and unique concept. The food is great and the drinks are good. Some of the drinks were empty and that was a little bit disappointing. I've been there three times so far and every time the music has been just way too loud to visit, so don't go there if you're expecting to have a nice conversation. This place is super fun!!! And the food was outstanding! Just opened a couple weeks ago. This location has struggled for years, but I think District Pour & Provision hit it out of the park with their model. You check in (to the right as you walk in), get a card like a hotel key or arcade card that is linked to your credit card, and then can self-pour from any of 100 or so different taps that have a huge variety of beer, wine, ciders, mixed drinks, non-alc drinks, and more. The main floor has a patio that is dog-friendly, and the upstairs is a rooftop patio with killer views!!! Summer sunsets are going to be bonkers there looking out at the mountains. There are 3 different internal kitchens - and the food we had far surpassed expectations. Caesar salad was great, Empanada was great, but the Corn Ribs stole the show. Sounds odd but they are sooooooo frikkin good. Shout out to our runner/busser Macy as well! She is the best! read more
