We went earlier this month and had appointments. I can easily say I had the worst pedicure of my life. The women did not have a name tag on but appeared to be a bit older than most other manicurists there and had several large moles around her right eye. She skipped so many steps I am not quite sure how she has a job. Her massage was a total joke. I went with my sister who sat next to me and a someone who paid attention to every detail. My review starts with Mother's Day earlier this year. I had made reservations for 2 DELUXE pedicures for myself and my mother who was traveling from an hour away. After checking in and having our appointments confirmed as Deluxe pedicures, we were very confused when our water was drained and toes we're getting polished after sitting for 20 minutes. I tried to ask stop the technician and clarify that we were there for 1 hour Deluxe pedicures but she said "sorry, we're very busy and out of time." She proceeded with polish and after asking for the manager, she said they were very busy, but could give me a $30 gift certificate for future appointment. Disappointing that my mom travelled a hour to be pampered, but we left trying not to be unreasonable. Today I came in as a walk in for a Deluxe pedicure and to use my $30 gift certificate. Within 3 minutes of sitting in massage chair, I realized it wasn't working. The chair powered on, but none of the buttons worked. The technician said "sorry it's not my fault." I had to ask to be moved to another chair as I was here for a 60 minute pedicure and enjoy the massage. With hesitation she moved me to the next chair over, but stated she could use another lavender packet because she had already put it in the first bowl. As a person who also works in the service industry, I believe it's always important to give a business the opportunity to make thinks right and was looking forward to my appointment today. After being made to feel like I was on an assembly line and an inconvenience today, I will not be returning. Disappointing as this location is convenient for me, but they need to do better. read more

I got these done for 70 dollars and she did amazing had to get nails done for spooky season. Later when I was going to get them filled with the fall nails I paid 85 dollars which is stupid because it was a fill in nails and then 5 days later my nails broke and call and went in to get them fixed and paid 14 on top of the previous 85 not including the tip. The worst nail salon I been too. I suggest taking your money elsewhere and on top of that rude staff. read more

A local nail salon that is practically perfect. From easy parking to friendly staff, diva is hands-down my favorite place to get a local Mani or Petty. While I don't get anything fancy, I'm usually with my sister or daughters that do ...and we all come away happy. This is the worst nail salon I have ever been. The service is horrible. The employees are rude, from the front desk to the nail technician. You really cant ask questions without them being irritated. They nickle and dime you, one day I came in and ask for two color application, regular and glitter on top and then and a month later they charge $3 for just simply asking for a glitter color on top of regular color, to me is the same thing like getting 2 coat applications. My pedicure was lovely. They have wonderful chairs. My toes look Amazing! She did paint them though so I'd have to come back in a week for another pedi. Smart tactic but won't work on me. They are cute though great shaping! But I am very unhappy with my nails. My regular nail lady is injured so I had to go here for my fill. I've been here a few times and I think the staff are super sweet. I like my nails super long, thats why I see my lady because she really takes care of them. There's bumps,lumps, scuffs, theres like this clear dot/bump on one , and they are all different lengths which feels weird. I paid extra actually because I wanted a jewels. Extra for scuffs, bumps, and scrapes. I'm not gonna tell her to do it all over again that's ridiculous people's time is valuable. But I genuinely think if I'm paying 100$ to get a pedi and fill that I should atleast have proper care for my nails. That goes for taking care of lifting because mold can form under the nail. I wasn't going to review but my nail broke in half. It literally just snapped and I didn't even realize for awhile that it was gone. I understand nails pop off from natural oils and stuff thats ok. But you need to actually take care of the persons nails. Thats what I really want when I get my nails done is for someone to care about the quality of my nails. I could tell she was rushing for her next client which in my opinion is rude because I felt kinda like shooed out like "ok give me your money I don't care about you my next client is here" thats how it feels. Not relaxing at all. That just puts me on edge. And it probably put them on edge too. Make time for clients and actually pay attention to the nails. I've had mine a week and have to go to another salon now to get them fixed. Not cool. I'm really upset. read more

I've gone into this salon multiple times. Every time i've had less than average service. I went in on a Friday as a walk in around noon for a shellac fill. I was seated promptly. I asked her to make them a bit shorter and she cut them WAY shorter than I would have liked and proceeded to ask if this was the length I wanted. Like i wanted to pay for a new full set after she already cut them. With that said, as I was already upset with the length, I left and realized within minutes that she didn't even cut the nails on my right hand and if she did there was no way she checked they were all even. They charge $5 more than the place across the street for a less than average service. The paint job itself is not even and is rigid toward the tips. read more

I dropped my teen daughter off here to get her nails done for homecoming and later after meeting at home she showed me her nails which I was pretty disappointed in spending $60.00 on these acrylic nails which the lady said if she wanted a little longer it would cost more-which makes zero sense when the lady glues them on and then cuts them, so they are pretty short. Also my daughter got painted tips but the lady told her if she wanted a second coat so it wasn't see through that would be an extra 7.00!!! I showed her a photo of what I wanted from the beginning and she said she could do it, when it came to it she couldn't do it. So I asked her to just put white on, then she said white would take too long and to choose a different color. At this point I was already there for over 3 hours and beyond pissed so I told her to forget it and paid and left. The nails were not the same length, not the same shape, one was pointing straight down almost, and plain terrible. They also turned a weird yellow/orange color after she was doing the service. Not only that but I went in 2 days ago and 4 of them have already fell off. I wouldn't even contact them to fix it. Beyond terrible service and a waste of money. read more

She not only fix them but made them 100% better!!!! She is truly gifted and if that weren't enough, she is the sweetest person you could ever meet. So polite and good natured, all the qualities you'd want in someone you'd spend and hour with. I now only book with Thy. She does my French manicure flawless and my pedicures.
