I recently had a bad experience at another salon and was on the hunt for a new nail place, luckily I found Diva's Nails! I came in today around 10 for Gel X and a pedicure. The salon itself is very cute, they have a T.V show playing in the background so you can zone out for a while lol. I'm not entirely sure who did my Gel X , but she shaped it sooo well! My pedicurist (also don't know her name) was super sweet. She handed me a list of pedicure options, I decided to go with the deluxe pedicure which was much needed! It comes with a sea salt scrub, a 10 minute massage, hot towels, and callus remover. This is definitely my new go to spot. read more

Had my gel-x removed today (done at another shop) and a gel manicure done. I was so happy with the shape of my nails and the polish job. The technician made sure that both hands were equal length. I also appreciated the option of the gel builder (and was notified it was $15 extra). They did a great job of applying this. The shop and tools were very clean, as well. Widest selection of colors I've ever seen. Clean and comfortable stations. The pillows on the chair are a game changer. Such a great experience at Diva's Nails. They were able to accommodate me on a short notice but I do recommend coming if you're not pressed on time like me. I was scrambling to get things ready for an event the night of, my bf looked on yelp, picked Divas and called. He was able to a free spot which worked out for us since we were in the Burbank shopping center. Linh was amazinngg. I just needed a simple gel manicure but if I would've known about this place beforehand I definitely would've had a gel-X set. Since i only had about 40 min to do this and little nails to work with Linh still was able to turn my nails amazing, she was so nice and all the workers to. I have been trying to find a nail salon in Burbank, and it looks like I'm still going to be searching. This place is okay. Nothing to write home about. I had the signature pedicure. The callus remover was underwhelming. They do time the massage, so that's nice. You know you're getting the full five minutes. That said, it was a meh massage. Again, nothing to write home about. It was...fine. The color application was so long, but perfect and the attention to detail was certainly appreciated. While I was in the chair for quite a while, my tech was always focused on me and my nails, which was super appreciative compared to other places I've recently been. I will say, it looks like there wasn't enough time in between coats - one nail just had the polish move over an hour after leaving the salon. All in all, just very meh. While they require folx to wear masks, and in fact, the county requires everyone to be masked indoors, two of the employees were walking around without a mask. Others had it falling under their nose. Maybe it was because I was the only person here? They do have a sign that states all techs are vaccinated, and while that is great, I have no way to actually know if it's true. It was my first time coming here. As I'm getting my services done, this gentleman comes up to me and asks if i want to pay already. I said sure. My services aren't done but i get they want to wrap up. As I'm paying he asks if i want to tip on the card. There's a 4% service charge for using your card, so of course i said no... Then immediately, the lady doing my manicure asks "no tip? do you want to zelle or Venmo me my tip" AWKWARD!!!!! As It being my first time here, this made me soooo uncomfortable! First of all, I ALWAYS tip Second, tip is not required. Tip is based on service! You were not done with the service and were already asking me for a tip? This is definitely just this lady, because the lady doing my pedicure was so sweet. Did the service and was not persistent on getting a tip. This place gave me the ICK after that. I also noticed this same lady asking for a tip kept looking at her previous customer. I wasn't sure why but i just kept thinking she better not cut me! Because she kept moving and turning around. Finally when the customer came to give her the tip she stopped looking at them since they left. I will not be going back. They need to tell that lady that she cannot be requesting tips. It's uncomfortable and so tacky.... And my nails were okay. She left a lot of space between my skin and nails. I hate that. read more

At a previous nail appointment (different salon) when I asked for a design they used stickers. So when I made my appointment at Diva's Nails I made sure to mention I wanted to do a gel manicure with nail design. I showed a picture of a what I was looking for and they nailed it. And the gel has lasted sooo long. Over 20 days. I think after trying a lot of places in the area I've finally found the nail salon I will keep coming back to. Yes! Definitely recommend this establishment. I love my gel-x extensions and they were done in a timely manner. Some of the nails are a little uneven Mehh... I should've checked before leaving and also spoken up and said something but despite that hiccup, great service, great staff, relaxing atmosphere. I am obsessed and happy that I found my new nail place !!!!! I had a last-minute appointment and wanted a gel pedi, so I decided to go bold and go for a mani as well. The place is a hidden gem the staff is so nice, and as a bonus for me, it is only 10 minutes away from home, which is a plus.
