I've been coming to Diva's Nails regularly for about a year and have been pleased with each visit. Even in times where I've been sick or had other conflicts, they've been understanding and accommodating. I've my nails done by many different nail technicians, and they've always done a great job at helping my vision come to life. Never felt unwelcome or uncomfortable here!

Since the last miscommunication happened, Kevin was apologetic about the misunderstanding and everything is great like before. The text appointments are simple to make and I haven't had an issue since. My nails always look great. Today I had the opportunity to try my service with Joan and she executed amazingly.

Tried this spot out for the first time today. Booked one day in advance through text message and to my surprise they were able to book me in. Staff was friendly and welcoming! The place was cute and nicely decorated. Easy check in process. Yuyu worked on my gel-x nails and she did an amazing job!! I absolutely love my nails!!

$120 and 3 hrs later, i left disappointed. I've been coming here for a while and usually do a single color, but this time i wanted to do something different. this was lazy and rushed work. i came in around 1 and was told they were busy, but i can make an appt and come back 4. I come back at four and only someone was available to do my pedicure. i kept waiting for someone to do my mani, but everybody was busy so im assuming the manager had to come and do my manicure, which he didn't soak my nails or anything at all just straight drill gel removal... after 2 hrs later someone was finally available to do my nail art. she did one flower and showed it to me and i told her it wasn't really like the picture. she seemed annoyed and removed it just to make the same flower but bigger. i was tryna trust the process, but the more she drew the flowers, the more i realized it wasn't gonna come out like my inspo. at this point i was tired of waiting and just wanted to go home. paid and left upset. i understand places can get busy and won't be able to take you in and that's totally fine...but tell me that! don't tell me to come back or try to squeeze me in knowing that your fully booked. i would've been totally okay coming back a different day if it meant i would've received better quality...pedicure was great tho

I've been coming consistently for almost a year now and I still love it so much! I see Eri, and she is amazing in both nail care and design. As you can see in my current picture my nails and nail beds have improved beautifully thanks to her hard gel manicures. I'm loving this new design for Spring as well. Strawberry Matcha Vibes.

I cannot recommend Justyce at Diva's Nails enough! I came in with an existing Japanese Para gel base, and I am extremely protective of my natural nails. Justyce completely understood the assignment. She safely worked with my existing para gel without drilling down to my natural nail, did a flawless fill using hard gel, and made a few necessary fixes so the structure is super strong. The absolute best part was the nail art--I asked for a really cool French tip deck of cards design, and she executed it to absolute perfection! Her precision and care for the health of my nails while delivering top-tier, custom art is unmatched. I would go to her anytime, every time, forever. If you need a tech who truly understands structural gel and intricate art, book with Justyce!

I've had my nails done here multiple times, so this review is not based on just 1 experience. All I got to say is that they are by far the best nail salon in the SFV. Nails always come out great, service is great, and prices are fair. Kevin ALWAYS makes an effort to squeeze me in for all my last minute nail appointments. These nails were done by Claire.

Good quality nails! I've been here a few times and it's my go to place. I do think it's quite pricey tho. I was surprised I paid 153 this morning for gel overlay and gel basic pedicure. They did have to remove acrylic on my hand and do gel overlay and it was a French tip design so nothing crazy design wise. And tore had gel on it to remove and put new gel. Might be a bit pricey for me but quality is good

I've gotten my nails a few times here with different nail techs and the results are always great! This time I decided to get French chrome with a design and they are by far my favorite nails that I've ever gotten. They were done by Claire. She was so nice and made great suggestions when I wasn't too sure what to go with at first. I definitely recommend coming here, they are all so talented in their work.

This is my new place!! I first came here when my best friend was getting engaged so I messaged them and let them know not to let her do anything crazy on her nails and they helped me so much and were very discreet. I've been going back since and they always make the crazy designs and color I want happen even if it takes mixing colors to make it happen. This place is located at a busy street, across Costco . I recently got my nails done for the holiday season. It was probably one of my fav designs I've ever done. The nail technician did amazing job , even better than the reference photos I showed her! Meanwhile the other coworkers offered bottle of water to me and my friend . I called ahead of time and made an appointment, but I still had to wait 20 minutes before anyone could help me. They were ok, but u can definitely find a better nail salon in the area.. Absolutely love this new set! I swear the nail techs here always do such a great job. I decided to go simple and pretty and got a jelly pink with pearl chrome on top. Rachel was my nail tech and took such great care of my cuticles and making sure everything was shaped well and if the color was how I wanted! This cost $95 and definitely worth it in my opinion! read more

This is the best nail experience I've ever had in my life. Yuyu was so attentive and patient with all my requests. I was kind of needy and she was so kind the entire time! She has such an attention to detail and literally gave me the nails of my dreams. Every step she took she double checked with me to make sure it was what I wanted. I've been going to Diva's Nails for several months now. Everyone there is so sweet! Kevin is always so nice to my daughter when I bring her with me and makes her feel so special. He even gave her a mini nail polish set as a gift that made her so happy! The receptionist is always super sweet too! They offer drinks and help you feel comfortable in any way they can. I always go to Justyce for my nails! She is so amazing and always makes sure to take her time to ensure I love everything she is doing. Her talent is unprecedented! She keeps up on the latest nail trends and what I love most is she will give me her honest opinion about what she thinks will work best/ look best for me. I've never walked out of a nail salon so happy! The place is small, clean, relaxing, and everyone was very calm and friendly. Justice worked on my nails, and oh my goodness, she was incredible! She took her time, she was very detailed, she was kind, she was funny, and she genuinely wanted to do what she was doing. I felt like I was visiting with a friend! My nails going in were horribly thick and unnatural acrylics... Justice soaked and filed and prepped my nails back to life... she did the hard gel overlay with gel polish... I couldn't be happier! The best nail salon experience I've ever had!!!!! I'm so happy I did my research and found this place. For so long I've been hopping around to different nail salons in Burbank/Pasadena but I think I found my new go-to place. I'm not an avid salon goer, I really only go for special occasions so I can be a bit of a deer in headlights at salons but the staff, especially my nail tech Lisa, were so kind and helpful!! Lisa did my GelX and did amazing artwork, was super patient as we brainstormed different ideas for a design. She took her time and didn't rush through her work, which I appreciated. Mimi did my pedicure and was so gentle and took her time with my cuticles - I've always had people rush which caused me to bleed but she was so so patient and did her best work! Lastly, all of the staff was very friendly and congenial. They were so kind to me as I was the last in the store and helped me with my belongings. I wish I could give a 10/5 review! Lastly, the prices were very very reasonable. My GelX w 3 nail designs was $80 and spa pedicure only $27. I can't wait to go back for my next set!! read more

i've been coming here for 10 years never had a problem until this past year when they decide to over book and keep me waiting hours just for my nails this place is slowly getting worse The quality keeps going down and the prices keep going up nail polishes are watered down my nail polish is chipped within two days my gel x sets cracking or lifting within days sloppy work I can keep going believe me this place is lucky they've lasted as long as they have !!!! read more

Linh is great and I definitely recommend :) I drive 40 minutes for her to do my nails because she got the most unique and artistic designs I LOVE IT! I'm very picky when it comes to cosmetics and I told Linh about my bad experience with another salon. Removed those nails 3 days after having them done and Linh made it up by doing a beautiful elegant marble design for me. read more

This place is great. I had a deluxe pedi and a gel manicure with hard overlay they lasted a good 3 weeks, through a wedding and a trip up to SF. I came back again recently just to get a refresh on the mani only because my nails grow so fast and I can't stand seeing the gap between my cuticles and the polish. Erin is awesome! I have been to many nail salons but this one was by far the best. Dory took really good care of me. I did full set gel Acrylique French tip ....my appointment was at 1pm but I was running a little late to I pushed the time to 1:15pm and she was very understanding and told me I can still come in. Dory took at least 45 minutes on my nails, she was fast and made my nails so nice exactly how I wanted it. She was such a sweetheart I enjoyed my company with her. Lastly, the salon was spotless and clean and no bugs or flies! If you ever want to get your nails done do it by Dory!! read more

I just want to start off by saying that Vy is the one you want to go to if you are a perfectionist. I got exactly what i asked for! Haven't been to a nail salon in years and im so happy i've finally found a nail tech who exceeds your expectations. Apologies on my behalf for not communicating enough to have had her working under pressure at the end but, even after being under pressure, she left an amazing impression on me. I went in and the nice technician started removing my gel, at the end of removing my gel she asked 'do you want me to cut your cuticles for you?' And I said 'if you don't mind that would be appreciated!' She cut my cuticles and I went to wash my hands and was ready to pay. However when I went to pay, the receptionist told me it would be $45, I asked to confirm the price because all I got was my gel removed and she told me because I agreed to having my cuticles cut, it was now considered a manicure and 'she did the service so I need to pay it.' To which I asked for clarification because she did not paint my nails, do a clear coat, soak my nails, or any of the other services that come with a manicure. She said I could get a polish if I wanted to and I considered it but then I asked again is there no way to pay a little more than the gel removal fee because yes she did cut my cuticles but it feels unfair that since they did not communicate that uncharge to me that I would be expected to pay for a service I simply did not get. She said I should have asked for the prices when she offered to cut my cuticles and I said that doesn't feel fair because I've gotten gel removed before where they just cut my cuticles without asking so why would I have assumed it would be a $35 add on to my $10 service. The receptionist then told me to leave and she would rather me not pay than argue with her. I explained I was not arguing and I do want to pay, $45 for a service I did not receive feels unfair but I would not be leaving without paying. I took a $20 out of my wallet and put it on the technicians table and left. I paid double what I would have paid for the service alone, I will not let someone think I'm trying to not pay service workers, she deserves to be paid, however, I am not okay with trying to be scammed out of $35 for a up-charge that was not communicated properly. I do not recommend this shady behavior in an establishment, sorry for the miscommunication but this could have been handled so much better than it was.

I got hard gel nails done in Japan, and it took awhile to remove, but she handled it with such care. My nails still felt strong. I chose to do white 002 with #13 chrome and it turned out so beautiful!!! I am literally obsessed with this new color and can't stop looking at it in the light!!! I may want to just do this combination every single time!! The salon itself is a very relaxing environment. Especially coming on a weekday, it was extra peaceful and lovely. Also, the owners of this place were very nice and cleared up the misunderstanding we had during my first appt. I appreciated the genuine and kind follow up from them, which means a lot to me! I do love the quality of work they do here, and they'll continue to be my go-to nail salon!

With that being said, I got a gel French pedicure, but keep in mind I did not get a sugar scrub, hot towel treatment, or any extras however she still charged me $70 as if I choose a deluxe pedicure package. I should have spoken up, but I just wanted to get out of there. The environment is not warm or welcoming and they clearly take advantage and rip you off. I will not be coming back.

I am truely sad to have to write a negative review for this place…read more I was really hoping based on their other reviews, that I found my new nail place. I had hard Gel on my nails from my old place. Not chips or cracks! I was asking for my nails to be cut all the way down and hard gel again. Ben was the tech, he used a dremel to grind off what was on my nails and to cut down the length. I first had to keep telling him to go shorter and shorter. He then used the nail file and it still wasn't getting them short enough and they were extremely crooked. I had to point out about 8 of the 10 nails one by one that need to be leveled out. He then did his thing painting them. I got no lotion, no cuticle cutting, no hand message. Just the Dremel, file, paint, light and oil. About 3 hrs later 1 nail chipped. I went back and Rose tried to corrected it. She removed everything off the nail again. Placed some type of liquid hardener, cure it, but did not smooth it out so after it was painted it looked rippled. By that night a 2nd nail cracked, by morning a 3rd nail chipped. I wasn't doing any house work or anything to cause it. By day day 3, I have 3 chipped and 1 cracked nail and that's not mentioning the one they corrected. $50 for Hard Gel and 2 Visit, tipping both visits. Gone! Update: 7 days later my nails are so messed up. I really wanted to possibly go back and give them one more chance but absolutely not!

Both Ani and Anna were very attentive throughout the appointment and kept checking to make sure I liked the shape and cuticle work, which I appreciated. I especially loved my pedicure. The only issue was with my manicure. Toward the end, I noticed a piece of dust trapped under the gel or top coat on one of my nails. Since it's something I'll probably notice every day for the next few weeks, I pointed it out when she asked if everything was okay. She checked it and added another layer of top coat, but the dust was still visible. I'm not someone who likes confrontation, so I ended up just leaving, even though I knew I'd probably regret not speaking up more. Overall, everyone was kind and detail-oriented, and I really enjoyed the pedicure. I just wish the manicure issue had been fixed before I left.

So I went into this nail salon yesterday for a pedicure. I was recommended by a friend to ask for Becky. So I did. But, she tells me that she was busy with another client so she asked me if I could allowed another one of her girls to do it. So I'm thinking what's the harm and I let them. One thing that immediately put me off was that as soon as this woman started working one me she started talking in her native tongue to the other woman. I don't know what they were saying so it was really off putting. And when when I told her that I wanted a gel nail polish and she did it, though I was still uncomfortable with her talking over to her coworker. And she seemed to rushed it as well. I kept telling her that she was buffing my toe to much and she broke the skin!!! Nope, by that point I just wanted this to be over. I though about complaining and not paying at all but I did want to cause a scene so I paid and left. Worse experience ever!!! And this morning I wake up to see the gel nail polish clipped from both my toes!!! I have had pedicure done before even without the gel nail polish and they lasted way longer!!! read more

Hands down best service I've ever received. I stopped going to nail salons this year because I absolutely dreaded the process. I would try different ones and it was always the same thing; I wasn't greeted, long waits,the technicians would come off as annoyed if I asked for simple changes such as a change in nail shape. And, most importantly, mostly all were absolutely unclean. After reading reviews about this salon being clean, I agreed to giving it a try and omg I didn't spot any dust or nail dust anywhere. Not only was this place clean but the service was amazing. Upon entering, I was immediately greeted by Becky and another technician ( I didn't catch her name). They took me in as a walk-in. I found diva nails on yelp about a year ago and have been returning since I LOVE this place it's on the second floor a cute little spa and they always have good music and Netflix playing, they do offer 1 free drink with your appt. They take walk ins but I prefer to make an appt they make it easy you can call or text! Im always taken at my appointment time they will even call and let you know if they have cancellations! I love all the technicians I've had so far today I had Eri do my gel x extensions with cat eye she was amazing very polite and took her time paying attention to detail and Ada do my classic pedi both were 10/10. They always listen/ask if everything is up to your liking. When to Divas Nail Salon today. And I'm never going back. One of the reasons why I went was because of the prices, I am not a big fan of going to places like this but I tried it because I had a party on Saturday so I went to get my nails done. The thing I don't like about nail salons is that there a places where the employees will start to talk in another language. I would have given this nail salon a five star review if I hadn't gotten a bleeding cuticle. My nail tech Jenny cut my cuticles very aggressively and ended up making my thumb bleed. After my nails were done, my thumb was still bleeding and it still stings whenever I wash my hands. Jenny did not even apologize, which was very disrespectful. The nails turned out the way I wanted it to, but I can't stop thinking about the fact that I got an injury and did not receive an apology for it. read more

OK so in the picture they look beautiful but they lasted a whole TWO DAYS! she made them so thin that they just broke right off. Also they started to lift from the bottom very quickly so my hair would get caught. If they were thicker and not filled down so much this may have been a great spot. My toes were below average. So, Becky really IS wonderful. No, it wasn't packed in there when I had an appointment, but she gave me her full attention and didn't seem to care about my anal-retentive, picky suggestions. She made my acrylics thin so that they look more natural for me and her secretary gave me water while she assured me "only a little longer" over and over, constantly concerned about my comfort.
